Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to urine itself or sewage sludge removal apparatus for collecting sewage sludge from septic tanks such as urine and domestic wastewater and collecting them intensively.
A device that intensively treats sewage or sludge collected from septic tanks such as sewage and domestic sewage, receives sewage collected from various places, septic tank sludge, etc. once and roughly separates earth and sand, metals, etc. Receiving / storing facilities, primary / secondary processing facilities, consisting of agitation tanks and aeration tanks for physical treatment and biological treatment of those sent from the receiving / storing facilities, and sedimentation tanks for solid-liquid separation, part 1 The liquid component sent from the secondary / secondary treatment equipment is treated with ozone activated carbon, etc., and sent from the advanced treatment equipment to purify it into a dischargeable state, this primary / secondary treatment equipment or advanced treatment equipment. Constructing the sludge treatment equipment for final incineration by dehydration, drying, chemical treatment, etc., and deodorization equipment attached to each equipment as appropriate. It has been.
In the apparatus having such a configuration, the processes after the primary and secondary processing facilities are considerably advanced, and there is no particular problem. However, the inventor of the present application recognizes that an important problem remains in the first stage of the reception / storage facility, and will be described below with a focus on this reception / storage facility.
FIG. 8 is a diagram for explaining a conventional manure and sludge treatment apparatus.
As shown in this figure, the receiving / storage facility, which is the first stage in a series of sludge treatments, includes the receiving
In such conventional manure and septic tank sludge treatment apparatus, a large amount (usually 100 to 500 m 3 ) of
By the way, the removal of sand in the tank and the cleaning work in the tank by such workers are dangerous due to lack of oxygen and gas poisoning, and therefore requires large equipment and attention. Furthermore, during the removal / cleaning operation in the tank, the operation of the apparatus must be stopped, which causes a reduction in the operating rate of the entire treatment of urine and septic tank sludge. As described above, since it causes problems in the management and operation of the entire facility, it has been required to minimize the accumulation of sands in a large-capacity urine storage tank or septic tank sludge storage tank.
In order to solve the above problems, the sludge treatment apparatus of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 1 which is a block conceptual diagram showing the overall configuration of the present sludge treatment apparatus, and a receiving
In the receiving /
The screen is a cylindrical rotating body, and a spiral blade extending at least along the inner wall is fixed inside the screen.
In the above configuration, the
In the sludge treatment apparatus of the present invention, the receiving /
Furthermore, in addition to the above-described configuration, the sludge treatment apparatus of the present invention has an outlet portion of the
With this configuration, the spiral blade extending along the inner wall of the outlet portion rotates together with the screen and operates to scoop up the sand-mixed sludge, so that the residence time of the sand-mixed sludge in the
Further, the sludge treatment apparatus of the present invention is provided with a polymer supply unit for supplying a polymer to the outside of the
The sand-mixed sludge discharged from the cyclone is mixed with a polymer, that is, a polymer flocculant, whereby the agglomeration effect of the sand-mixed sludge is enhanced, and the sand-mixed sludge is removed as a solid matter.
Furthermore, the sludge treatment apparatus of the present invention is provided with a rotatable discharge conveyor for receiving sand-mixed sludge discharged from the
The discharge conveyor slowly scrapes up the sludge mixed with sand, and the sewage dripping along the inclined surface of the discharge conveyor. Thereby, it is possible to promote the drainage of sludge mixed with sand.
Furthermore, in the sludge treatment apparatus of the present invention, the screen has a cross-sectional shape of an inverted isosceles triangle, and a plurality of filtration members provided side by side with a predetermined interval in a direction orthogonal to the rotation direction of the screen. It is preferable that the filter member is composed of a plurality of support members provided in a direction intersecting on the apex side of the inverted isosceles triangle.
With this configuration, even if the screen is less clogged and clogged, for example, sludge can be easily removed by a cleaning device using air or water.
According to the sludge treatment apparatus of the present invention, the inflow of sand to the storage facility can be almost completely prevented, and the removal of sand in the tank and the cleaning work in the tank, which were required once or twice a year, It becomes useless and free from work that involves danger such as lack of oxygen and gas poisoning, and difficult work such as handling filth, and it is possible to prevent a reduction in operating rate by stopping the equipment. As a result, management problems and operational problems for the entire facility were resolved.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
<First Embodiment>
FIG. 2 is a diagram showing a main part of the first embodiment of the sludge treatment apparatus of the present invention, and is a diagram for explaining the configuration of the receiving /
This apparatus includes a crushing
In addition, when the residual amount of sludge in the urine receiving tank 1 reaches a predetermined amount, the pump 3 stops and the sludge transport stops. This apparatus employs such an intermittent method, and this operation is automatically performed by the action of an electrical control device such as the level switch of the receiving tank as described above.
The
A pressure feed inlet 7 for receiving sludge is provided in the upper side wall portion of the
The
Next, the
The
As shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, the
On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the
Further, the
The
In the
In the above process, the sand-mixed sludge that has not passed through the
The
In this 1st Embodiment, although the example which performs a manure process was shown, it is also possible not only to manure but to also perform a septic tank sludge process.
Next, as a second embodiment, a treatment apparatus capable of simultaneously treating urine treatment and septic tank sludge treatment will be described.
Second Embodiment
FIG. 7 is a diagram showing a main part of the second embodiment of the sludge treatment apparatus of the present invention.
In this device, the same components as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals and description thereof is omitted.
In this apparatus, in the
In this embodiment, the manure receiving tank 1a and the septic tank
The
The sand-mixed sludge that has not passed through the screen in the
The
In 2nd Embodiment of the above structure, about a manure and a septic tank sludge, the process to a cyclone can be performed independently and the increase in a processing capacity can be aimed at. In the second embodiment, the treatment sludge is not limited to two types, and it is needless to say that even one type of treatment sludge can be applied.
[Example]
As a result of operating the apparatus of the first embodiment (facilities for manure treatment: 60 kl / day) for one year, the actual amount of sand deposited in the storage tank was about 0.02 m 3 . More specifically, in this apparatus, the result that the recovery rate of fine sand reached 95% (particle size of 0.2 mm or more) was obtained. This value is a value that greatly exceeds the target value of 85%, which has been a target in the past and has been difficult to achieve. As a result, in the conventional device (storage tank 500 m 3 ), 100 m 3 of sand was deposited, so it was necessary to remove and clean the sand twice a year after the device was stopped. There was no need for such work with the equipment, and it resulted in significant benefits in terms of management and operation of the entire facility.
Furthermore, the water content of the collected sand-mixed sludge was 75% to 85% (screen exit), and the water content was successfully reduced significantly compared to the conventional one. As a result, in the past, sand-mixed sludge was incinerated by the attached incinerator, but the sand-mixed sludge obtained by this device does not exceed the upper limit of 85% of the moisture content for transportation. , Made it possible to transport sludge mixed with sand. As a result, this sand-mixed sludge can be transported to an incineration plant in another facility, where it can be incinerated, and the incinerated residue incinerated can be disposed of as landfill.
The present invention is beneficial in that it eliminates the need for sand removal and tank cleaning work in danger of oxygen deficiency and gas poisoning, and contributes to the solution of problems in management and operation of the entire facility. To do. Furthermore, not only is the sand-mixed sludge after treatment treated by incineration, but the sand-mixed sludge after treatment is within the upper limit of moisture content (water content is 85%) for transporting this sand-mixed sludge. Therefore, it can be transported to an incineration plant in another facility, and landfill disposal of the incineration residue incinerated there can be realized. Thus, it is beneficial in that a new development has been found in the method of incineration of sludge mixed with sand.
