Description

The present invention relates to a structure for towing a vehicle carriage in a transportation facility in which the vehicle is lifted and lowered on an inclined track pulled by a rope.

The rope pulling type transportation equipment that pulls the vehicle with a rope and transports it is used as a equipment for transporting a relatively small number of people on a slope such as a golf course or a park. It is called. In this rope pulling type transportation facility, the operating vehicle itself does not have a drive source, and the rope connected to the vehicle is driven up or down by an electric motor or the like provided at a stop at one end. It is one of the transportation facilities that have environmental advantages such as low noise and no generation of exhaust gas.

Such a rope pulling type transportation facility is roughly configured as follows. First, rails such as steel rails are laid between the upper stop and the lower stop on the slope to form a track, and a vehicle that moves along the track is placed on this rail. The The rope is extended along the rail, and the vehicle is connected to the lower side of the rope, and the upper side of the rope is connected to a winch or other hoist installed at the upper stop. By driving this hoisting machine, the vehicle is operated between the lower stop and the upper stop.

Here, the ropes attached to the vehicle are arranged in parallel in consideration of the safety when the ropes are cut, especially when this transportation facility is intended for personnel transportation. In some cases, the vehicle is stretched and connected to the vehicle, and the vehicle is pulled by the two ropes. At this time, if the lengths of the two cords are different or the speed at which the two cords are wound up may not be synchronized, either one of the cords may be overloaded and fatigued. This causes inconveniences such as speeding up the vehicle and unstable running of the vehicle.

In order to eliminate such an inconvenience, there is Patent Document 1 that has been proposed in the past. In Patent Document 1, a single rope is used to tow a vehicle, and a tow pulley is pivotally mounted on the vehicle carriage so that the rope is wound around, and both ends of the rope are connected to a hoisting machine. I try to roll it up. With this configuration, the vehicle is towed by the two ropes via the towing pulley, so that the two ropes always have the same tension. Further, in the configuration of the carriage, a front stopper member and a rear stopper member are fixed to the carriage on the side of the hoisting machine from the position of the towing pulley, and a rope clamp is attached to the rope between the both stopper members. By clamping, in the unlikely event that one of the ropes is cut, the rope clamp contacts the stopper member and the vehicle is locked to the rope to prevent the vehicle from running away. .

However, in the technique shown in the above-mentioned document, it is necessary to fix a front stopper and a rear stopper with which the rope clamp comes into contact with the carriage of the vehicle when cutting the rope, and the frame structure of the carriage is complicated. At the same time, considerable space was required to install them.
JP 2005-88863 A

In view of the above problems, the problem to be solved by the present invention is a simple structure that does not require special processing or work of the rope, and absorbs the difference in tension between the right and left ropes well. In addition, it is possible to safely prevent the bogie from running away even when one of the ropes is cut, and to provide a bogie towing structure for the rope towing type transportation equipment that does not complicate the frame structure of the bogie. There is.

In order to solve such problems, the present invention provides a cart that travels on an inclined track, a towing pulley that is pivotally supported by the cart, and pulls the cart by being wound around the towing pulley. A strip of rope, and the rope is clamped by a rope clamp at the outer periphery of the traction pulley, and the carriage has an attachment portion of the rope clamp or the rope clamp provided on the traction pulley. A stopper member that abuts and restricts the rotation of the traction pulley is provided.

The carriage pulling structure of the rope pulling type transportation facility of the present invention is a special processing operation in the end processing of the rope, because the single rope is wound around the pulling pulley pivotally attached to the carriage. In addition, it has a simple structure that does not require specialized processing ability, and it can absorb a difference in tension between the right and left cable strips or an imbalance in the cable length, and can travel stably. Furthermore, the rope is clamped by the rope clamp on the outer periphery of the tow pulley, and when the rope is cut, the rope clamp or the rope clamp attachment part of the tow pulley is a stopper member formed on the carriage. Since it is configured to stop the rotation of the towing pulley by abutting it, it is possible to prevent the bogie from running away even if one of the ropes is cut and to simplify the frame structure of the bogie can do.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a front view of a rope pulling type transportation facility according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a plan view. In each figure, a lower stop 2 and an upper stop 3 are installed below and above the slope 1, respectively, and passengers get on and off the vehicle 4 or unload cargo at the stops 2 and 3, respectively. A rail 5 is laid between two points of the lower stop 2 and the upper stop 3, and the vehicle 4 travels along this rail 5. The vehicle 4 is composed of a carriage 6 having wheels 8 and 8 that roll on a rail 5 and a passenger car 7 mounted on the carriage 6. A pulley 16 is pivotally supported.

A hoisting machine 9 is installed obliquely above the upper stop 3. The hoisting machine 9 has a drum 11 for winding the rope 10, an electric motor 13 and a speed reducer 12 for rotating and driving the drum 11, and a brake 14 for stopping the rotation of the drum 11. is doing. Further, a plurality of guide rollers 15 are installed near the upper stop 3 side of the hoisting machine 9, and guide the rope 10 to the drum 11 from the line.

In the present invention, the rope 10 uses a single rope. In other words, both ends of the single strip 10 are fixed to the drum 11, and the loop is extended to the vehicle 4 in the track. The intermediate portion of the rope 10, that is, the folded portion is wound around a traction pulley 16 pivotally supported on the carriage 6 of the vehicle 4, and the vehicle 4 and the rope 10 are thus connected. .

In the entire configuration of the rope pulling type transportation facility as described above, the drum 10 of the hoisting machine 9 is driven to rotate by the electric motor 13 so that the rope 10 is wound or unwound in a loop shape and pulled. The vehicle 4 connected to the rope 10 through the pulley 16 is pulled between the lower stop 2 and the upper stop 3 by the rope 10 and travels.

Next, the structure of the carriage 6 will be described with reference to FIGS. 3, 4 and 5. The lower frame member 19 of the carriage 6 has a rectangular frame body in plan view, and rolls on the rail 5 at a position opposite to the rail 5 at the front end and the rear end of the lower frame member 19. The wheel 8 is pivotally attached. Further, at the four corners of the lower frame member 19, an auxiliary wheel member 21 is extended downward to form a gate shape in a side view, and the movement of the cart 6 in the left-right direction is restricted at the lower end portion of the auxiliary wheel member 21. For this purpose, a guide wheel 17 and a jump-up prevention wheel 18 for preventing the bogie 6 from jumping up at a substantially central position of the auxiliary wheel member 21 are pivotally mounted.

Slightly behind the center position of the lower frame member 19 (with respect to the traveling direction of the carriage 6, the hoisting machine 9 side is the front and the opposite side is the rear. The same applies hereinafter). Two pulley support members 22 are fixed to each other between the left and right members with a space therebetween, and a bearing bracket 26 is fixed to each pulley support member 22. A pulley shaft 20 is fixed between the upper and lower bearing brackets 26, and the traction pulley 16 is pivotally attached to the pulley shaft 20. A semicircular groove that matches the diameter of the rope 10 is formed on the outer periphery of the pulling pulley 16, and the rope 10 is wound around the groove.

Next, a rope guide 23 is provided at the front end portion of the carriage 6, and the rope 10 wound around the traction pulley 16 is narrowed by the rope guide 23 in the left and right directions, so that a constant interval is provided on the track. And extending toward the hoisting machine 9. On the other hand, a plurality of rope clamps 24 are attached to a portion of the traction pulley 16 where the rope 10 is in contact with the pulley support member 22 at a distance from the rear.

FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view of the rope clamp 24 as viewed from the front. The rope clamp 24 includes a clamp block 30, a bolt 32, and a flat spring 36. The surface of the clamp block 30 facing the traction pulley 16 is a curved surface so as to match the outer periphery of the traction pulley 16, and the center of this surface in the vertical direction is a half so as to match the rope 10. A circular groove 35 is formed. A through hole 33 is provided in the clamp block 30 so as to be distributed above and below the groove 35, and a tap hole 34 is provided in the outer peripheral portion of the traction pulley 16 corresponding to the through hole 33. After the bolt 32 is fitted and inserted into the through hole 33 via the flat spring 36, the tip of the bolt 32 is screwed into the tap hole 34. In the rope clamp 24 configured in this manner, the spring spring 36 is compressed by tightening the bolt 32, and this reaction force acts to clamp the rope 10 between the clamp block 30 and the traction pulley 16 and the rope. The rope 10 is fixed to the traction pulley 16 by a frictional force generated between the rope 10 and the rope 10.

In the rope clamp 24 configured as described above, if the reaction force of the flat spring 36 is excessively applied, it will cause the deformation of the rope 10 and disconnection. Since the spring constant of is known, the amount of compression of the flat spring 36 for obtaining an appropriate reaction force can be easily calculated, and an appropriate value can be obtained by managing the set length h of the spring member based on this amount of compression. Reaction force can be obtained. As shown in FIG. 7, if the groove portions in the clamp block 30 and the traction pulley 16 are formed of a lining material 31 having a material lower than the hardness of the rope 10, the rope 10 is temporarily connected to the rope clamp 24 or tow. Even if it slides against the pulley 16 and rubs against the lining material 31, it is possible to prevent the rope 10 from being damaged.

According to the above configuration, the cart 6 moves forward and backward by hoisting and lowering the rope 10 wound around the traction pulley 16 by the hoisting machine 9. At this time, if a difference in tension or an unbalance in the length of the right and left ropes 10 occurs, the towing pulley 16 rotates and absorbs it, and the carriage 6 is pulled by the right and left uniform tension. Stable running is obtained.

Next, the positional relationship between the shape of the traction pulley 16 and the pulley support member 22 will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 8 is a partial cross-sectional front view showing the traction pulley 16 and the pulley support member 22. The outer peripheral portion of the traction pulley 16 is thick enough to rotate with a slight gap between the upper and lower pulley support members 22 except for the portion where the rope clamp 24 is attached. The attachment portion of the clamp 24 is formed with a large thickness so as to be the same as the thickness of the clamp block 30. The pulley support member 22 is formed with a stopper member 25 at a position where the clamp block 30 and the rope clamp 24 mounting portion of the traction pulley 16 abut when the traction pulley 16 rotates (see FIG. 4). ). Therefore, with such a configuration, the traction pulley 16 can be rotated only within a range in which the stopper member 25, the rope clamp 24, and the attachment portion of the rope clamp 24 of the traction pulley 16 contact and do not interfere with each other.

Next, a case where one of the ropes 10 is cut for some reason will be described with reference to FIG. In the figure, when the rope 10A out of the ropes 10A and 10B pulling the carriage 6 is cut, the rope 10A loses tension and the towing pulley 16 rotates in the direction of arrow A toward the rope 10B. When the towing pulley 16 rotates by a certain amount, the rope clamp 24 provided on the towing pulley 16 or the attachment portion of the rope clamp 24 of the towing pulley 16 comes into contact with the stopper member 25, and the rotation of the towing pulley 16 is stopped and the rope 10A is stopped. 10B stops further rotation. Accordingly, the carriage 6 is retained by the remaining rope 10B even if one of the ropes 10A is cut, and the vehicle 4 is prevented from descending on the inclined rail 5 and falling off.
