Abstract
Description
The present invention is a structure movement restriction device that restricts relative movement exceeding a certain amount of the upper structure relative to the lower structure, such as dropping from the lower structure of the upper structure that is structurally separated from the lower structure and supported by the support body. It is about.
For example, a movement restriction device that restricts the relative movement of the upper structure relative to the lower structure, such as a falling bridge prevention device that prevents the upper structure such as a bridge girder supported by the lower structure such as a bridge pier from falling from the lower structure, It consists of a bracket fixed to each of the lower structures and a tensile material such as a PC steel material installed between the brackets.
When retrofitting a movement restricting device to an existing structure, if the structure to be fixed is reinforced concrete, drill a bolt hole for inserting an anchor bolt for fixing the bracket in the concrete. (See Patent Documents 1 to 3).
However, in addition to the reinforcing bars, anchor bolts for fixing the support are embedded in the existing upper structure or lower structure, so that bolt holes for anchor bolts to be retrofitted may not be drilled. . This is because the drilling of the bolt holes may damage existing anchor bolts or reinforcing bars, or may prevent the anchor bolts or reinforcing bars from being covered.
For example, when the support is placed at the upper end (top end) of the lower structure, and the base plate that forms part of the support covers the entire upper end of the upper structure, the total length of the anchor bolt is the lower structure. Therefore, there is no room for drilling bolt holes on the upper end surface and the side surface near the upper end portion of the lower structure. The base plate of the support body covering the upper end of the upper structure may occur when there is a step in the upper structure.
In such a case, the bracket must be fixed to the area where the section near the upper end of the lower structure is removed, but if the bracket is fixed below the upper end of the lower structure, the tension material is inclined relative to the horizontal. Since the angle becomes large, the effectiveness of the tensile material is deteriorated, and the meaning of constructing the tensile material substantially disappears.
In view of the above background, the present invention proposes a movement restricting device that enables a tension member to be installed in a state where tension can be exerted even in a situation where the bracket cannot be fixed near the upper end of the lower structure.
The structure movement restriction device according to claim 1 is a device for restricting relative movement of the upper structure to the lower structure in a structure in which a support body supporting the upper structure is fixed on the lower structure. A bracket fixed in a state of being locked to a side surface of the lower structure facing the relative movement direction of the structure, and is constructed around the support body along the direction of the relative movement of the upper structure, at one end It is a constituent requirement to include a tension member that is directly or indirectly locked to the support body and that is connected to the bracket at the other end. The side surface of the lower structure refers to the side surface of the lower structure that the upper structure tries to indirectly lock when the upper structure tries to move relative to the lower structure.
A bracket in which a tension member is installed around the support body along the direction of relative movement of the upper structure relative to the lower structure, and is directly or indirectly locked to the support body at one end and fixed to the lower structure at the other end. When the upper structure tries to move relative to the lower structure, a tensile force is applied to the tensile member from the support body fixed to the upper structure.
The bracket is fixed to the side of the lower structure facing the direction of relative movement with respect to the lower structure of the upper structure, so that the bracket is fixed to the position where the upper end of the lower structure is removed, but is pulled to the bracket. When the materials are connected, the tensile force from the tensile material can be directly transmitted to the lower structure as a supporting pressure. The bracket is fixed to a side surface of the lower structure to which the bracket is to be locked when the upper structure is moved, for example, in a direction of dropping from the lower structure.
In particular, if the bracket protrudes from the upper end of the lower structure and is fixed to the lower structure at least at the lower end, the anchor bolt and the reinforcing bar embedded in the lower structure are damaged. It is possible to fix the bracket to the lower structure without causing it.
In this case, the tensile material is connected to the bracket protruding from the upper end of the lower structure, so that the tensile material can be installed horizontally or nearly horizontally on the elevation surface. Even in a situation where the bracket cannot be fixed to the tension member, the tension member can be installed in a state where the tension can be exerted.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, the bracket receives a tensile force from the tensile member at a portion protruding from the upper end of the lower structure, and transmits the tensile force to the lower structure as a supporting pressure in a section where the tensile force is locked to the lower structure. When the side surface of the lower structure to which the bracket is fixed forms a vertical surface and the upper end of the lower structure forms a horizontal plane, the tensile force received by the upper end of the bracket from the tensile material is directed in a direction perpendicular to the material axis of the bracket.
As shown in FIG. 11, when the bracket protrudes from the upper end of the lower structure and is fixed to the lower structure at the two fulcrums of the upper end and the lower end of the bracket, A compressive force acts on the fulcrum, and a tensile force acts on the fulcrum at the lower end. As a result, a pulling force acts on a fixing material such as an anchor bolt that fixes the lower end of the bracket to the lower structure, but this pulling force is smaller than the pulling force from the tensile material that directly acts on the upper end of the bracket. It may be lighter than when directly resisting the tensile force from the tensile material. It is reasonable that the bracket is fixed with the material axis facing the vertical direction.
When the bracket is fixed to the lower structure with the material axis oriented vertically, a bending moment tends to act on the section of the bracket that protrudes from the upper end of the lower structure due to the tensile force from the tensile material. In the overlapping section, deformation is constrained by the substructure, and a part of the bending moment is offset by the supporting pressure, so that the bending moment mainly occurs only in the protruding section.
When the upper end of the bracket receives a tensile force from the tensile material, the bearing pressure generated between it and the lower structure increases in the section near the upper end of the bracket, so the concrete in the lower structure may be damaged, such as being collapsed. is there. If there is a possibility of damage to the concrete, the movement restricting device as described in
Here, when the bracket is fixed to the reinforced concrete structure corresponding to the lower structure at least at the lower end, and the tensile force is applied to the upper end of the bracket protruding from the structure, the load on the lower end and the upper end of the bracket− The results of examining the relationship of displacement are shown below. Here, H-shaped steel was used for the bracket, and the bracket was arranged so that the direction of the strong axis coincided with the direction of action of the tensile force.
引張力は65t(650kN)とした。 As shown in FIG. 10, the structure has a scale (4000 mm × 4000 mm × 1400 mm) that does not break due to the tensile force of the tensile material. The distance between the lower end portion of the bracket and the fixing portion at the upper end portion is 995 mm as shown in FIG. 11, and the protruding length of the bracket from the structure is 270 mm assuming an actual situation. PC steel was used as the tensile material, and the tensile force was applied to the bracket by tensioning the tensile material with a center hole jack while applying the reaction force to the reaction force receiver fixed on the structure. The tensile force was 65 t (650 kN).
In the test, two cases were assumed, where the bracket was fixed at two locations, the lower end and the upper end, and when the bracket was fixed at one location only at the lower end. Also, in order to confirm the degree of chipping (damage) of the concrete at the upper end of the structure, as shown in FIG. 12, with or without an L-shaped cross section cover plate between the upper end of the bracket and the structure The test was conducted in the following two cases.
Cases 1 to 3 of the test are as follows, and load-displacement curves of each case are shown in FIGS. In FIGS. 13 to 15, a solid line indicates a curve at the lower end, and a broken line indicates a curve at the upper end.
Case 1 = When the cover plate is sandwiched and the lower end and upper end of the bracket are fixed with a fixing material (bolts).
As shown in FIG. 13, in the case 1, when the load was up to 650 kN, the bracket itself was not greatly deformed. The fact that the displacement at the upper end tends to be larger than the displacement at the lower end to about 100 kN is considered to be due to the presence of minute looseness when the bracket is fixed. As shown in FIG. 14, even when the
In
From the above results, the following can be understood.
In
The tension member is installed along the direction of relative movement of the upper structure relative to the lower structure, locked to the support at one end, and connected to the bracket at the other end, so the upper structure tries to move relative to the lower structure. Sometimes, a tensile force can be applied to the tension member from the support body.
Since the bracket is fixed to the side of the lower structure facing the direction of relative movement with respect to the lower structure of the upper structure, the bracket is fixed to the position where the upper end of the lower structure is removed. When connected, the tensile force from the tensile material can be directly transmitted to the lower structure as a supporting pressure.
When the bracket is protruded from the upper end of the lower structure, the tensile material can be installed horizontally or nearly horizontally, so that the bracket cannot be fixed near the upper end of the lower structure. However, the tension member can be installed in a state where the tension can be exerted.
Hereinafter, the best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

The

In FIG. 8, a box-shaped
