Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for separating a component composed of a metal element forming a skeleton and a rubber element covering the metal element for each element.
In recent years, various methods and systems for effectively using resources have been devised. In order to effectively recycle, it is desirable that the object is separated for each material. For example, a rubber crawler mounted on a construction machine or the like is a component composed of a plurality of materials. The rubber crawler is composed of a metal element and a rubber element, and is composed of a ring-shaped steel wire provided as a reinforcing material, a core metal arranged at equal intervals inside the steel wire, and a cover rubber covering the core metal. The The rubber crawler is considered to be one of the components that are difficult to separate from each other because rubber is directly bonded and formed to the steel wire and the core metal.
As a method of recycling such a rubber crawler, for example, a cut rubber crawler is put into a melting furnace, a core metal or a steel wire is recycled as a steel raw material and a cover rubber is thermally recycled, or a cut rubber crawler There is a method of diverting as a roadbed material. Also, the rubber crawler may be cut and landfilled. As a device for cutting the rubber crawler, there are a guillotine shear and a disk cutter.
In this way, when recycling a structure that is difficult to separate for each material, such as a rubber crawler, it relies on a method of processing without separating each material, resulting in effective recycling. Absent. In addition, when the rubber material is thermally recycled, it is necessary to sufficiently remove sulfur oxides and the like generated at the time of combustion. Therefore, the melting furnaces that can be processed are limited, and the disposal amount is limited. In addition, diversion as roadbed material is limited in terms of disposal amount in terms of demand, and landfill treatment is not a sustainable method in terms of the capacity of the disposal site.
In addition, the rubber crawler has an inner peripheral surface meshed with a sprocket that rotates upon receipt of engine output when mounted on a construction machine, and a vehicle weight and a thrust load are directly applied via a wheel. Due to such characteristics as a product, a strong material is used for the core metal, which cannot be easily cut. However, according to the conventional method, it is necessary to cut the rubber crawler until it becomes an appropriate size suitable for the size of the melting furnace, or until it becomes a small piece for landfill processing, so there are many cutting man-hours and a lot of time And costs are spent. In addition, when the cored bar is cut with the cutting device as described above, large mechanical noise and vibration are generated, and a large amount of dust is generated from the cover rubber. There is a need for a method that can reduce the number of rubber crawler cutting steps without causing such problems.
In view of such a problem, the present invention provides a method and an apparatus capable of easily separating and collecting each component of a component composed of a metal element and a rubber element, and such a component. The purpose is to recycle effectively.
In order to achieve the above object, a metal rubber separation method according to the present invention uses a nozzle device capable of jetting a high-pressure liquid, and includes a metal element forming a skeleton and a rubber element that covers the metal element and is exposed to the outside. A crushing step in which a high pressure liquid is jetted from a nozzle device to a component, and the rubber element is crushed by a collision force of the high pressure liquid and separated from the metal element. And a recovery step for recovering each of the separated rubber element and metal element, and the jet pressure of the high-pressure liquid is set so as to give a collision force that can crush the rubber element while the metal element cannot crush . Moreover, it is preferable that the rust preventive material injection step which injects a rust preventive agent with a high-pressure liquid to a structure simultaneously with a crushing step is included. In addition, this structural body is provided with a core metal having a protrusion on one side of a rectangular plate as a metal element and a ring-shaped steel wire, and as a rubber crawler provided with a cover rubber provided to cover the core metal and the steel wire as a rubber element. Also good.
Further, the metal rubber separation device according to the present invention is a rubber separation device that separates, for each element, a structure composed of a metal element forming a skeleton and a rubber element that covers the metal element and is exposed to the outside. A support member that supports the structure, a high-pressure water generator that pressurizes and discharges the liquid, and a high-pressure liquid that is provided to face the component supported by the support member and is supplied from the high-pressure water generator It is comprised from the injection apparatus which has one or more possible nozzle apparatuses, and it is comprised so that only the rubber element of a structure may be crushed with the impact force of the high pressure liquid injected from a nozzle apparatus.
Moreover, it is preferable that the liquid is pressurized by the high-pressure water generator so that the pressure of the high-pressure liquid ejected from the nozzle device is set to 180 MPa or more. Further, the structure may be a rubber crawler provided with a core metal having a protrusion on one side of a rectangular plate as a metal element and a ring-shaped steel wire, and a cover rubber provided to cover the core metal and the steel wire as a rubber element. Good.
According to the metal rubber separation method of the present invention, the rubber elements exposed to the outside are crushed by the collision force of the high-pressure liquid ejected from the nozzle device, separated from the metal elements, and collected for each element. Further, since the rubber element is crushed by the impact force of the high-pressure liquid, it can be easily separated even if the rubber element is directly bonded to the metal element. Since the rubber element can be separated and recovered from the metal element in this way, the scene of recycling can be expanded. At this time, the rubber element is crushed, but the metal element is not damaged, so the metal element is not only recycled as a raw material, but can be reused as it is. Can be planned.
Moreover, by using the rust preventive material mixed liquid as a high-pressure liquid, rusting of metal elements expected to be reused is suppressed, and the resource value is not impaired. Furthermore, even when the component is a rubber crawler, the rubber can be separated from the core metal and the steel wire, the cover rubber can be effectively recycled as fuel, and the core metal can be reused.
According to the metal rubber separation device of the present invention, the rubber element exposed to the outside is crushed by the collision force of the high-pressure liquid ejected from the nozzle device, separated from the metal element, and collected for each element. Further, since the rubber element is crushed by the impact force of the high-pressure liquid, it can be easily separated even if the rubber element is directly bonded to the metal element. Since the rubber element can be separated and recovered from the metal element in this way, the scene of recycling can be expanded. At this time, the rubber element is crushed, but the metal element is not damaged. Therefore, the metal element is not only recycled as a raw material, but can be reused as it is, and can be effectively recycled. Can do.
Further, by setting the pressure of the high pressure liquid ejected from the nozzle device to 180 MPa or more, when the high pressure liquid is ejected at an appropriate distance from the structure, the rubber element can be reliably crushed and the metal element can be It will not hurt. Further, when the component is a rubber crawler, the rubber can be separated from the cored bar and the steel wire, and the cover rubber can be effectively recycled as fuel.
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. A

The
The crushing

The rust preventive agent supply device 4 includes a

The
In the
Hereinafter, a method for separating the metal element and the rubber element of the
The belt-shaped
When the
Further, by the operation control of the
Next, the
As a result, the
The
As described above, in this configuration, even if the rubber element is directly bonded to the metal element and is difficult to separate for each material, such as the
Moreover, the
In addition, the
Although the high-pressure liquid ejected from both
Further, the crushing
The crushing nozzle device is provided with a rust preventive
The
The
The
The
Moreover, in the said Example, although the high-
