Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明は、燃料レール及びこれにインジェクターを結合したLPG車両の燃料レール構造において、前記燃料レールはその断面をL字状とし、前記インジェクターを結合した上側レール部と、LPG燃料の液状噴射を防止するための下側レール部とを含み、前記下側レール部は燃料レールとインジェクターを結合した部位より低く位置することを特徴とし、前記上側レール部は、内部の圧力変動を防止するようにホールが形成された隔壁を所定の間隔を置いて複数構成することを特徴とする。

Description
すなわち、従来のLPG車両の燃料レールは、吸気マニホールドの外部にブラケットを用いてボルトで固定するものであって、燃料レールにはインジェクターが連結される。
しかし、従来のLPG車両の燃料レールは、温度が低い場合、燃料レールの下部に存在する液状のLPG燃料が噴射されて空燃比制御に悪影響を与えるという短所があった。燃料レールの圧力が2barである場合100%ブタンは40度、プロパンが30%混合された場合は15度以上の温度を確保することで液状噴射を防止することができる。従って、このような液状噴射を防止するためには、付加的な加熱装置を必ず必要とした。
前記インジェクターを結合した上側レール部と、LPG燃料の液状噴射を防止するための下側レール部とを含み、前記下側レール部は燃料レールとインジェクターを結合した部位より低く位置することを特徴とし、前記上側レール部は、内部の圧力変動を防止するようにホールが形成された隔壁を所定の間隔を置いて複数構成することを特徴とする。
図1乃至図3に示す通り、本発明のLPG車両の燃料レール構造は、燃料レール10及びこれにインジェクター20を結合した気相噴射システムのLPG車両において、燃料レール10は、その断面をL字状とし、インジェクター20を結合した上側レール部11と、LPG燃料の液状噴射を防止するための下側レール部12で構成することを特徴とする。
すなわち、本発明は、図1乃至図3に示したように、LPG燃料を使用する燃料レール10の断面形状を、上側レール部11と下側レール部12に区分するL字状で構成する一方、上側レール部11にはホール31を有する複数の隔壁30を備える。

- 燃料レール及びこれにインジェクターを結合したLPG車両の燃料レール構造において、
前記燃料レールはその断面をL字状とし、
前記インジェクターを結合した上側レール部と、LPG燃料の液状噴射を防止するための下側レール部とを含み、
前記下側レール部は燃料レールとインジェクターを結合した部位より低く位置することを特徴とするLPG車両の燃料レール構造。 - 前記上側レール部は、内部の圧力変動を防止するようにホールが形成された隔壁を所定の間隔を置いて複数構成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLPG車両の燃料レール構造。
