Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a filter unit and a liquid processing apparatus for solid-liquid separation of manure and the like and processing the separated liquid (sewage).
In recent years, full-fledged flush toilets have become widespread due to the development of public sewage systems from toilets that have been cleaned in private septic tanks and then flowed to general sewage. On the other hand, toilets that bioprocess manure (or manure) have been developed without requiring special maintenance in leisure camping or outdoor work (for example, Patent Documents 1 to 3). Such simple toilets tend to be frequently used in leisure boats and outdoor work because of the advantage that they can be easily transported and carried.
On the other hand, in a simple flush toilet, a plurality of treatment tanks are provided, and after solid-liquid separation by precipitation or the like, liquid components are appropriately treated and further reused as water for washing (for example, Patent Documents). 4).
However, in a simple toilet or the like for bioprocessing, it is not possible to use washing water that can be washed with water every time after use, and in a simple flush toilet, there is a disadvantage that a treatment device such as manure is increased.
In view of the above problems, the present invention provides an apparatus for treating sewage such as manure.
In the present invention, a liquid processing apparatus that mainly processes liquid such as sewage purifies liquid such as sewage by passing it through a filter or the like. Such sewage can occur in flush toilets including biotreatment tanks. The flush toilet includes, for example, a toilet, a tube connected to the toilet that discharges urine and washing water from the toilet, a separation unit connected to an outlet of the tube, and a biotreatment connected to the separation unit A tank may be provided. In addition, the tube may include a sensor that detects manure or washing water in the tube. The separation unit includes a chamber that receives a mixture of manure and washing water discharged from the tube, a filter that separates the mixture of manure and washing water that has entered the chamber into liquid and mainly solid, and the filter. A first discharge port for discharging mainly separated solids and a second discharge port for discharging mainly liquids separated by the filter may be included. When the faucet is opened by using the toilet, the sensor detects urine or washing water, generates a signal, and the volume of the chamber can be changed according to the signal.
More specifically, the following are provided.
(1) A filter unit mainly for purifying a liquid, wherein the filter unit is disposed on an upper surface of at least a part of the container, an inlet having an inlet for introducing the liquid to be processed, and the container. A filter unit including a filter for filtering from bottom to top, wherein the container is substantially sealed except for the inlet and the filter unit.
Here, the filter unit is a filter processing device using gravity. That is, what is usually removed by the filter process has a specific gravity larger than that of water and tends to settle. However, since this filter unit is processed by the filter unit on the upper surface of the container containing the processing liquid, the material removed by the filter processing settles down due to gravity, so that it remains difficult to remain attached to the filter. Here, the upper surface may be a surface where a part of the space defined by the container is present at least below the upper surface. The lower side may include a vertically lower side and / or a diagonally lower side of the surface. In this way, a relatively heavy solid or particulate matter is likely to settle due to gravity even when it does not pass through the filter, and is difficult to adhere to the filter surface. In order to move the treated water from the bottom to the top in this way, a predetermined water pressure is required, but this can be easily achieved by a known pump or the like. Even when a pump is not used, it can be achieved by various methods. For example, a method using a position head.
In addition, the substantially sealed state is for preparing the above-described predetermined water pressure. Strictly speaking, even if not the sealed state, if this predetermined water pressure is obtained, the substantially sealed state is substantially It can be said that there is.
(2) The filter unit according to (1), wherein the filter unit is located above the introduction port.
The upper and lower positions of the filter unit and the introduction port may be the same or either one may be above. When the inlet is the same or above, a space where solid objects that cannot pass through the filter part can settle away from the filter part (although it may be filled with a liquid to be filtered) Is preferably ensured. Further, when the filter unit is above the introduction port, it is difficult to accumulate what is removed by the filter process in the filter unit, and it is easier to prevent clogging. The shape of the container is not particularly limited, but in a container having a large space in the middle, it can be configured such that a filter portion is provided above the space and an inlet is provided below the space.
(3) Furthermore, a holding chamber that holds the filtered liquid on the filter unit, and a discharge port that discharges the processed liquid that communicates with the holding chamber, the discharge port includes: The filter unit according to (1) or (2), wherein the filter unit is located above the filter section.
With such a holding chamber, the processed liquid can be temporarily held, and a post process is easily performed. In addition, since the discharge port is above the filter portion, particles and the like that are likely to settle are difficult to be discharged from the discharge port.
(4) Further comprising another filter unit above the filter unit, wherein the holding chamber is substantially in a sealed state except for the filter unit and the other filter unit. The filter unit according to any one of (1) to (3) above.
(5) A filter unit mainly for purifying a liquid, a substantially sealed container, an inlet for introducing a liquid to be processed below the container, and a post-treatment above the container A discharge port for discharging the liquid, and a filter unit that performs filtering by moving liquid to be processed from the bottom to the top in the container and between the introduction port and the discharge port. A filter unit characterized by that.
Since the three processes of introduction of the liquid to be processed, filter process, and discharge of the liquid after the process are performed from the bottom to the top against the gravity, clogging of the filter can be effectively prevented.
(6) An antibacterial agent and / or a purification treatment agent is provided in the container so as to come into contact with the liquid to be processed in the container before being filtered by the filter. The filter unit according to any one of (1) to (5) above.
Any known antibacterial agent can be used, but those that do not remain in the liquid after the filter treatment are preferable. For example, a relatively coarse powder, granule, piece, plate, wire, or the like of a metal or other substance generally known as an antibacterial agent such as copper or silver can be used.
Any known purification treatment agent can be used, but those that do not remain in the liquid after the filter treatment are preferred. For example, a relatively coarse powder, granule, piece, plate, wire, or the like of a substance generally known as a purification treatment agent such as activated carbon or zeolite can be used.
(7) A filter unit group in which a plurality of filter units according to any one of (1) to (6) above and below are connected, wherein the liquid processed by one filter unit is a filter unit (or its A filter unit group which is introduced from the inlet of the lower filter unit) and processed.
By overlapping the filter units in this way, the space can be used effectively. Here, the introduction port may be a substantially circular so-called pipe port, or may be a simple opening (regardless of shape). By being processed by the upper filter unit, the liquid that has been further filtered and purified is retained. On the other hand, if the liquid processed by the first filter unit is guided to the lower filter unit introduction port (disposed below the lower filter unit), the liquid processed by the first filter unit is guided to the lower filter unit. A high water pressure can be applied to the inlet of the lower filter unit using the height of the lower filter unit or the height of the first filter unit. With such a configuration, even if there is a pressure loss due to passage through the filter, pressure using the water head can be applied, and a pump is unnecessary, or the specifications of the pump etc. are made lower. Can do.
(8) A filter unit that mainly purifies liquid, a container that holds the liquid to be processed, and a wall that defines at least a part of the container, from a free liquid surface of the liquid to be processed And a pore passage extending over the wall and extending out of the vessel, the end of the pore passage in the vessel being immersed in the liquid to be treated in the vessel, The filter unit characterized in that the end of the pore passage outside the container is located at a position lower than the free liquid level of the liquid to be processed.
Here, the container is not limited to a sealed type, but may include an open type. The free liquid level may be an interface between gas and liquid that can be generated without applying force. In addition to gravity, the interface can be included where a force that can be exerted in a non-contact manner such as centrifugal force is working.
(9) The filter unit according to (8), wherein an antibacterial agent and / or a purification treatment agent is provided in the container so as to come into contact with a liquid to be processed in the container.
(10) The filter unit according to (6) or (9), wherein the purification treatment agent includes activated carbon.
(11) The filter unit according to any one of (1) to (6), wherein the liquid processed by the filter unit according to (8) or (9) is introduced from the introduction port.
(12) A liquid treatment apparatus for treating and purifying the liquid treated with the filter unit according to any one of (1) to (6) and (8) to (11) with a reverse osmosis membrane.
(13) A liquid processing apparatus, wherein the liquid processed as described above is further processed by a reverse osmosis membrane.
(14) A liquid processing apparatus characterized in that the liquid processed as described above further passes through a dialysis filter.
(15) Furthermore, the liquid processing apparatus characterized by processing with a photocatalyst.
(16) Furthermore, the liquid processing apparatus characterized by processing with an ozone generator.
According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a liquid processing apparatus that is small and easy to maintain.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below in more detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a
The
An introduction port 29 (see FIG. 2) is arranged in the
The
A
A
A
In this filtering process, water moves in a direction opposite to gravity, so that a predetermined pressure is applied to the
FIG. 2 shows a
FIG. 3 is a diagram showing an outline of a liquid processing apparatus using a filter unit group formed by overlapping the
As shown by the arrow, the liquid to be processed is pressurized from the
The liquid processed in the
Further, the liquid processed in the
The
FIG. 4 shows another type of
In the
A
The
The liquid processing apparatus can be configured by combining the

The liquid once stored in the
The
Next, a
The
In the
Below the
