Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an apparatus for solid-liquid separation of manure and the like and processing the separated liquid (sewage).
In recent years, full-fledged flush toilets have become widespread due to the development of public sewage systems from toilets that have been cleaned in private septic tanks and then flowed to general sewage. On the other hand, toilets that bioprocess manure (or manure) have been developed without requiring special maintenance in leisure camping or outdoor work (for example, Patent Documents 1 to 3). Such simple toilets tend to be frequently used in leisure boats and outdoor work because of the advantage that they can be easily transported and carried.
On the other hand, in a simple flush toilet, a plurality of treatment tanks are provided, and after solid-liquid separation by precipitation or the like, liquid components are appropriately treated and further reused as water for washing (for example, Patent Documents). 4).
However, in a simple toilet or the like for bioprocessing, it is not possible to use washing water that can be washed with water every time after use, and in a simple flush toilet, there is a disadvantage that a treatment device such as manure is increased.
In view of the above problems, the present invention provides an apparatus for treating sewage such as manure.
In the present invention, a liquid processing apparatus that mainly processes liquid such as sewage purifies liquid such as sewage by passing it through a filter. Such sewage can occur in flush toilets including biotreatment tanks. The flush toilet includes, for example, a toilet, a tube connected to the toilet that discharges urine and washing water from the toilet, a separation unit connected to an outlet of the tube, and a biotreatment connected to the separation unit A tank may be provided. In addition, the tube may include a sensor that detects manure or washing water in the tube. The separation unit includes a chamber that receives a mixture of manure and washing water discharged from the tube, a filter that separates the mixture of manure and washing water that has entered the chamber into liquid and mainly solid, and the filter. A first discharge port for discharging mainly separated solids and a second discharge port for discharging mainly liquids separated by the filter may be included. When the faucet is opened by using the toilet, the sensor detects urine or washing water, generates a signal, and the volume of the chamber can be changed according to the signal.
More specifically, the following are provided.
(1) A filter unit mainly for purifying a liquid, an introduction opening for introducing a liquid to be treated, a treatment liquid reservoir disposed below the opening, and a substantial treatment liquid reservoir A filter disposed on at least a portion of the bottom surface, a processing liquid discharge chamber disposed below the filter, and a discharge port disposed on at least a portion of a substantial bottom of the processing liquid discharge chamber. In the filter unit, the inlet opening to the outlet are substantially sealed, and the treatment liquid reservoir has a maintenance opening that can be sealed.
Here, although the said filter unit is a filter processing apparatus using gravity, it can also apply to the filter process under the pressurization with non-pressurized water pressure or a pump. The substantially bottom surface of the processing liquid reservoir may mean a structure in which the liquid to be processed can pass through the filter by normal water pressure. Therefore, although it is not always necessary to be physically disposed on the bottom surface, when it is disposed on the bottom surface, normal water pressure due to gravity can be used, which is more preferable. The same is true for the outlet.
More preferably, the treatment liquid reservoir is larger than the treatment liquid discharge chamber. It is because it becomes easy to apply the pressure for a process. Therefore, when the filter is provided so as to partition the internal space of the filter unit, it is more preferable that the filter is positioned slightly below the center.
(2) The filter unit has a substantially triangular outer shell in a side view, and the outer shell includes the maintenance opening on a surface corresponding to one side of the triangular shape. 1) The filter unit described.
It is more preferable that the filter unit has a triangular rice ball shape (or prism shape) in order to make a processing apparatus using them compact. That is, it is more preferable that the filter unit is provided so that two vertices of the triangle are further arranged at the top and the bottom in the filter unit arranged to be a triangle when viewed from the side. Even more preferably, one side of the triangle is substantially upright in a side view, an introduction opening is provided at one corner of the triangle, and a discharge opening is provided at the opposite corner. Furthermore, it is more preferable that the triangular shape in the side view has an isosceles triangular shape protruding sideways. If it does in this way, it will become easy to make the position of a filter a little below from the center, and the maintenance performed from a maintenance opening will become easier.
(3) A liquid processing apparatus using a plurality of filter units according to (1) or (2) above.
These filter units can all have the same outer shape, and the triangular rice ball shape (or the shape of a low triangular prism) is excellent in space filling and convenient for transportation. Furthermore, even if the outer shape is the same, each filter can have a unique function by changing the inside filter and the like, and a more efficient processing apparatus can be configured by combination.
(4) The filter unit includes substantially one side that is a side view of a substantially vertical surface in a side view, one side that is a side view of an upward slope, and one side that is a side view of a downward slope. The prism shape is a triangular shape, and includes the introduction opening and the discharge port in the vicinity of the upper and lower corners above and below the substantially vertical side, respectively, and the plurality of filter units are arranged at least vertically The liquid processing apparatus according to (3), including two filter unit pairs, wherein the discharge port of the upper filter unit and the introduction opening of the lower filter unit are watertightly connected.
By combining the filter units, it is possible to utilize the water pressure due to the water head, and it is possible to accelerate the filter process only by its own weight without a pump. Therefore, it is more preferable that the pipe connecting the filter unit is connected in a watertight manner.
(5) The liquid processing apparatus according to (4), wherein the liquid processing apparatus includes at least two filter unit pairs arranged above and below, and the filter unit pairs are arranged to face each other.
Here, the term “countering” refers to a state in which the filter unit pairs can be arranged close to each other by the convex portions of the filter units engaging with each other. Here, a triangular shape is given as an example, and each apex angle corresponds to a convex portion, but this is not restrictive.
(6) The liquid processing apparatus according to (5), wherein a number of tanks corresponding to the number of the filter unit pairs are provided below each of the filter unit pairs.

(8) The partition plate has a double or more “<” shape, and the upper left atrial chamber and the lower left atrial chamber and the right atrial chamber are vertically arranged by the number of bends.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below in more detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 schematically illustrates an outline of a

FIG. 8 shows the two filtration units shown in FIG. 7 arranged side by side. The configuration is almost the same as that of FIG. 1, but will be briefly described below.

FIG. 10 illustrates the

FIG. 11 shows another embodiment of the

FIGS. 13A and 13B show another embodiment of the filter unit. Similarly, the
FIG. 13B is a cross-sectional view showing still another filter unit. Similarly, it has an
FIG. 14 shows a
Here, the
The liquid that has passed through the
As with the left-side filtration sequence, each of the
