Abstract
【解決手段】換気ユニットは、給排気モード時に、給気経路を通って室内へ供給される室外空気と排気通路を通って室外へ排出される室内空気とが熱交換される全熱交換器を備え、全熱交換器は全熱交換素子がケースに着脱自在に収納されたもの。

Claims (6)
- 室内の空気調和を行うように内部に熱交換器と送風機が配置された空気調和機本体に、前記室内の空気を室外に排出する排気動作と前記室外の空気を前記室内に導入する給気動作をする換気装置が組み込まれた空気調和機において、前記換気装置は、給排気部と排気専用部を備え、前記給排気部は給排気兼用ファンとこれに関連する給排気通路を備え、前記排気専用部は排気専用ファンとこれに関連する排気通路を備え、給気モードでは前記排気専用ファンは停止状態であって前記給排気兼用ファンの運転により前記給排気通路のうちの給気経路を通って室外空気が前記室内へ供給され、排気モードでは前記給排気兼用ファンと前記排気専用ファンの運転により前記室内の空気が前記給排気通路のうちの排気経路及び前記排気通路を通って室外へ排出され、給排気モードでは前記給排気兼用ファンの運転により前記給排気通路のうちの給気経路を通って室外空気が前記室内へ供給されると共に前記排気専用ファンの運転により前記室内の空気が前記排気通路を通って室外へ排出されるよう制御され、且つ、前記給排気モードでは、前記給気経路を通る室外空気と前記排気通路を通る室内空気とが全熱交換器にて熱交換されることを特徴とする空気調和機。
- 室内の空気調和を行うように内部に熱交換器と送風機が配置された空気調和機本体に、前記室内の空気を室外に排出する排気動作と前記室外の空気を前記室内に導入する給気動作をする換気装置が組み込まれた空気調和機において、前記換気装置は、給排気部と排気専用部を備え、前記給排気部は一方向回転の給排気兼用ファンとこれに関連する給排気通路を備え、前記排気専用部は排気専用ファンとこれに関連する排気通路を備えた換気ユニットを構成し、前記換気ユニットは、給気モードでは前記排気専用ファンは停止状態であって前記給排気兼用ファンの運転により前記給排気通路のうちの給気経路を通って室外空気が前記室内へ供給され、排気モードでは前記給排気兼用ファンと前記排気専用ファンの運転により前記室内の空気が前記給排気通路のうちの排気経路及び前記排気通路を通って室外へ排出され、給排気モードでは前記給排気兼用ファンの運転により前記給排気通路のうちの給気経路を通って室外空気が前記室内へ供給されると共に前記排気専用ファンの運転により前記室内の空気が前記排気通路を通って室外へ排出されるよう制御され、且つ、前記給排気モードでは、前記給気経路を通る室外空気と前記排気通路を通る室内空気とが全熱交換器にて熱交換されることを特徴とする空気調和機。
- 前記給排気通路は切り替え弁にて前記給気経路と前記排気経路とに切り替え制御され、前記切り替え弁は、前記給排気兼用ファンへの空気吸い込み経路を室内空気吸い込み口からの室内空気吸い込み経路と室外空気の吸い込み口からの室外空気吸い込み経路とに切り換える第1切り替え弁Aと、前記給排気兼用ファンからの空気吐出経路を室内空気の吐出口から室外へ排気する室外排気経路と室外空気の給気口から前記室内へ供給する室内供給経路とに切り換える第2切り替え弁Bを備え、前記給排気兼用ファンから吹き出される空気の流れが、前記第2切り替え弁Bを通って前記全熱交換器へ導かれる経路と、前記第2切り替え弁Bを通って室外へ導かれる経路とに切り替え制御されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の空気調和機。
- 前記全熱交換器は、前記給気経路を通る室外空気と前記排気通路を通る室内空気とが熱交換可能な透湿性区画シートを境にして交差する流れをなすように複数段に空気通路が形成された全熱交換素子がケースに着脱自在に収納され、前記ケースが前記換気装置から着脱自在であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の空気調和機。
- 室内の空気調和を行うように内部に熱交換器と送風機が配置された空気調和機本体に、前記室内の空気を室外に排出する排気動作と前記室外の空気を前記室内に導入する給気動作をする換気装置が組み込まれた空気調和機において、前記換気装置による給排気モード時に、給気経路を通って前記室内へ供給される室外空気と排気通路を通って室外へ排出される室内空気とが熱交換される全熱交換器を備え、前記全熱交換器は、前記給気経路を通る室外空気と前記排気通路を通る室内空気とが熱交換可能な透湿性区画シートを境にして交差する流れをなす全熱交換素子がケースに着脱自在に収納され、前記ケースが空気調和機の前面側から着脱自在であることを特徴とする空気調和機。
- 前記全熱交換器は、前記給気経路を通る室外空気と前記排気通路を通る室内空気とが熱交換可能な透湿性区画シートを境にして略直角に交差する流れをなすように間隔を保って積層した前記区画シート間に波形又は山形の通路部材によって空気通路を形成したものが複数段に形成された全熱交換素子がケースに着脱自在に収納され、前記全熱交換器が前面パネルで覆われた状態であり、前記ケースが空気調和機の前面パネルを開いた状態で前面側から着脱自在であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の空気調和機。
