Abstract

Claims (10)
- 結合アセンブリ(10)において、
外側端部(60)、内側端部(62)、およびそれらの間に延びる本体部分(64)を備える第1のフランジ(20)であって、前記外側端部が、端面(44)から前記本体部分へと延び、前記第1のフランジが、対合面(28)、対向する耐力面(32)、およびそれらの間に延びる開口(36)をさらに備え、前記耐力面が、前記端面から、前記外側端部、前記本体部分、および前記内側端部上を延び、前記外側端部および前記内側端部の少なくとも一方は、前記端部上を延びる前記耐力面の一部分が前記本体部分の耐力面から傾斜して延びるように、部分的な円錐台形断面形状を有する、第1のフランジ(20)と、
対合面(30)、対向する耐力面(34)、およびそれらの間に延びる開口(38)を備える第2のフランジ(22)と、
前記第1のフランジ開口および前記第2のフランジ開口を通って挿入されるようにサイズ決めされた締結具(71)と、
を備え、
前記締結具は、前記第1のフランジの対合面が前記第2のフランジの対合面にほぼ面一で接触するよう、前記第1のフランジを前記第2のフランジに固定するように構成され、前記耐力面の前記傾斜して位置合せされた部分は、前記締結具によって誘導される負荷を前記耐力面全体にほぼ均等に分配するように構成される、結合アセンブリ(10)。 - 前記第1のフランジ(20)の対合面(28)が、前記端面(44)から、前記外側端部(60)、前記本体部分(64)、および前記内側端部(62)上を延び、前記第1のフランジ外側端部が、前記対合面の一部分によって少なくとも部分的に画成される部分的な円錐台形形状を有する、請求項1記載の結合アセンブリ(10)。
- 前記第1および第2のフランジ(20、22)部材の少なくとも一方が複合材料を含む、請求項1記載の結合アセンブリ(10)。
- 対合面(28)、対向する耐力面(32)、およびそれらの間に延びる開口(36)を有する、第1のロードスプレッダ(70)をさらに備え、前記第1のロードスプレッダは、前記第1のフランジの耐力面が前記第1のロードスプレッダの対合面にほぼ面一で接触するように、前記第1のフランジ(20)に結合される、請求項1記載の結合アセンブリ(10)。
- 前記第1のロードスプレッダ(70)が、外側端部(60)、内側端部(62)、およびそれらの間に延びる本体部分(64)を備え、前記内側端部が、部分的な円錐台形断面形状を有する、請求項1記載の結合アセンブリ(10)。
- 前記第2のフランジ(22)が、外側端部(60)、内側端部(62)、およびそれらの間に延びる本体部分(64)をさらに備え、前記第2のフランジの外側端部が、外側端部から前記本体部分へと延び、前記外側端部および前記内側端部の少なくとも一方が、部分的な円錐台形断面形状を有する、請求項1記載の結合アセンブリ(10)。

前記締結具は、前記第1のフランジ対合面が前記第2のフランジ対合面にほぼ面一で接触するよう、かつ前記傾斜して位置決めされた部分が、前記締結具によって誘導される負荷を前記耐力面全体にほぼ均等に分配することを促進するよう、前記第1のフランジを前記第2のフランジに固定するように構成される、タービンエンジンアセンブリ。 - 対合面(28)と、対向する耐力面(32)と、それらの間に延びる開口(36)とを有する第1のロードスプレッダ(70)をさらに備え、前記第1のロードスプレッダは、前記第1のフランジの耐力面が前記第1のロードスプレッダの対合面とほぼ面一で接触するように、前記第1のケーシングの第1のフランジ(20)に接触して結合される、請求項8記載のタービンエンジンアセンブリ。
- 前記第1のロードスプレッダ(70)の耐力面(32)が、前記外側端部の外面から、前記外側端部(60)、前記本体部分(64)、および前記内側端部(62)上を延び、前記内側端部が、前記第1のロードスプレッダの本体部分の耐力面によって少なくとも部分的に画成される、部分的な円錐台形断面を有する、請求項8記載のタービンエンジンアセンブリ。
