The present invention relates to a circuit board connection structure used in a motor control device and the like, and more particularly to a circuit board connection structure capable of achieving high-density mounting of a circuit board and reducing the size and weight of the apparatus.
The following has been proposed as a conventional circuit board connection structure.
In the conventional example 1, the solder paste is filled in the through hole, the pin contact is inserted into the through hole in a heated state, the paste solder is melted, and the circuit boards are connected to each other (for example, see Patent Document 1). ).
FIG. 8 shows the structure of Conventional Example 1. In the figure, 10a and 10b are circuit boards, 11 is a through hole, 20 is a pin contact, and 30 is paste solder. This structure is a circuit board connection method in which a plurality of circuit boards are connected in an overlapped state, and when the
In the conventional example 2, the spacers are interposed between the circuit boards and the pin contacts are heated and inserted into the through holes to melt the paste solder and connect the circuit boards to each other (see, for example, Patent Document 2).
FIG. 9 shows the structure of Conventional Example 2. In the figure, reference numeral 50 denotes a spacer, and the other reference numerals are the same as those in Conventional Example 1. Since the spacer 50 is interposed between the
FIG. 10 shows the structure of Conventional Example 3. In the figure, 60 is a tando-off pin, 60a is a bag, and the other symbols are the same as in Conventional Example 1.

However, in the connection structure of the conventional example 1, there is a disadvantage that the
Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of such problems, and can easily connect a plurality of circuit boards easily and without degrading mechanical strength, and can achieve high-density mounting of circuit boards.
