Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a tire with an electronic component assembled with an electronic component (for example, a transponder, a tire internal pressure monitoring device, etc.) having an exterior part made of resin, and an electronic component for producing the tire with an electronic component from a raw tire The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an attached tire.
A mounting rubber sheet may be used in place of a mounting rubber patch in a tire with an electronic component assembled with an electronic component (for example, a transponder, etc.) having an exterior part made of resin. A specific configuration of the tire with an electronic component in which is used is as follows.
That is, the electronic component mounting tire covers the electronic component on the surface of the inner liner in the tire formed by vulcanizing a raw tire in addition to the electronic component, and a tire formed into a predetermined product shape. And a mounting rubber sheet. And the said tire can be filled with working gas, such as air, and has the above-mentioned inner liner which prevents a working gas from leaking inside. Further, the mounting rubber sheet is adhered to the surface of the inner liner by vulcanizing the green tire by a crosslinking reaction of the green tire and a self-crosslinking reaction (crosslinking reaction of the mounting rubber sheet). It is configured.
Therefore, when manufacturing the tire with an electronic component from a raw tire, the electronic component is first attached to the inner liner of the raw tire, thereby setting the electronic component to the inner liner of the raw tire. . Next, the rubber sheet for attachment is set on the inner liner of the raw tire by sticking the rubber sheet for attachment to the inner liner of the raw tire so as to cover the electronic component. Then, the raw tire and the mounting rubber sheet are vulcanized while being pressurized from the inside of the raw tire by a bladder, so that a tire having a predetermined product shape is molded from the raw tire, and the raw tire is crosslinked. The mounting rubber sheet is adhered to the surface of the inner liner by a reaction and a crosslinking reaction of the mounting rubber sheet. Thus, the manufacture of the tire with electronic parts is completed.
By the way, when the bladder is pressed against a sharp part such as a corner part of the exterior part of the electronic component through the mounting rubber sheet during vulcanization of the raw tire or the like, the bladder and the mounting rubber There is a problem that a large force is applied locally to the sheet to damage the bladder, or the mounting rubber sheet is locally thinned to cause cutting or the like.
Therefore, in order to solve the above-described problem, the present invention provides a sharp portion such as a corner portion of the exterior portion of the electronic component through the mounting rubber sheet during the vulcanization of the raw tire or the like. An object of the present invention is to provide a tire with an electronic component having a novel configuration and a method for manufacturing the tire with an electronic component that can be suppressed from being pressed against the tire.
The first feature of the present invention (feature of the invention described in claim 1) is that a tire with an electronic component assembled with an electronic component having an exterior part made of resin can be filled with a working gas, A tire molded into a predetermined product shape by vulcanizing the tire; a spacer provided on a surface of an inner liner in the tire and having an accommodation hole for accommodating the electronic component; and the inner liner in the tire The surface of the inner tire is provided so as to cover the spacer and the electronic component, and is configured to adhere to the surface of the inner liner by a crosslinking reaction and a self-crosslinking reaction of the raw tire when the raw tire is vulcanized. And a rubber sheet for mounting.
The electronic component refers to, for example, a transponder, a tire internal pressure monitoring device, or the like. Further, the exterior part may not be molded.
According to the first feature, since the accommodation hole for accommodating the electronic component is formed in the spacer, the raw tire or the like is vulcanized in a state where the electronic component is accommodated in the accommodation hole of the spacer. be able to. Thereby, during the vulcanization of the raw tire or the like, it is possible to sufficiently suppress the bladder from being pressed against a sharp portion such as a corner portion of the exterior portion of the electronic component via the mounting rubber sheet. Yes (pressing action of the bladder against the sharp part of the exterior part).
The second feature of the present invention (the feature of the invention described in claim 2) is that, in addition to the first feature, the depth of the accommodation hole is 0.7 times the thickness of the exterior portion of the electronic component. That is more than 1.3 times.
Here, the depth of the accommodation hole is 0.7 times or more the thickness of the exterior portion of the electronic component is less than 0.7 times the thickness of the exterior portion of the electronic component This is because the effect of suppressing the pressing of the bladder against the sharp portion of the exterior portion described above cannot be effectively exhibited. On the other hand, when the depth of the housing hole is less than 1.3 times the thickness of the exterior part of the electronic component, when the thickness of the exterior part of the electronic component is 1.3 times or more, This is because during the vulcanization of raw tires and the like, the bladder cannot be sufficiently suppressed from being pressed against the edge portion of the accommodation hole in the spacer via the mounting rubber sheet.
According to the second feature, since the depth of the accommodation hole is 0.7 times or more and less than 1.3 times the thickness of the exterior part of the electronic component, The bladder is pressed against the edge portion of the accommodation hole in the spacer through the mounting rubber sheet during the vulcanization of the raw tire or the like while effectively exerting the pressing suppression action of the bladder against the sharp portion. This can be sufficiently suppressed (the action of suppressing the pressing of the bladder against the edge portion of the receiving hole).
The third feature of the present invention (the feature of the invention described in claim 3) is that, in addition to the first feature or the second feature, the modulus of the spacer is 1.0 MPa or more and 5.0 MPa or less. It is that.
Here, the modulus of the spacer is set to 1.0 MPa or more. If the modulus of the spacer is less than 1.0 MPa, the spacer itself is deformed by the bladder during vulcanization of the raw tire or the like. This is because the effect of suppressing the pressing of the bladder against the sharp portion of the exterior portion described above cannot be effectively exhibited. On the other hand, the modulus of the spacer is set to 5.0 MPa or less because when the modulus of the spacer exceeds 5.0 MPa, the following property of the spacer during rolling of the tire (following property of the spacer to the tire) This is because the adhesive peeling easily occurs between the mounting rubber sheet and the inner liner.
According to the third feature, since the modulus of the spacer is 1.0 MPa or more and 5.0 MPa or less, the effect of suppressing the pressing of the bladder to the sharp part of the exterior part is effectively exhibited. During the rolling of the tire, adhesion peeling between the mounting rubber sheet and the inner liner hardly occurs.
According to a fourth feature of the present invention (a feature of the invention described in claim 4), in addition to any one of the first to third features, the shape of the inner wall surface of the accommodation hole is the That is, the electronic component has a shape along the exterior part.
The “shape along the exterior portion of the electronic component” is preferably a shape such that the entire inner wall surface of the accommodation hole is in contact with the exterior portion of the electronic component. If the inner wall surface of the hole has a shape along the exterior part, there may be a gap between the inner peripheral surface of the accommodation hole and the exterior part.
According to a fifth feature (feature of the invention described in claim 5) of the present invention, in addition to any one of the first feature to the fourth feature, the surface of the spacer is smooth. That is.
A sixth feature of the present invention (a feature of the invention described in claim 6) is that, in addition to any of the first to fifth features, the spacer is made of rubber.
A seventh feature of the present invention (feature of the invention described in claim 7) is a method for producing a tire with an electronic component for producing a tire with an electronic component in which an electronic component is assembled from a raw tire. A first setting step of setting the spacer and the electronic component on the inner liner of the green tire by affixing the spacer to the inner liner and storing the electronic component in a receiving hole formed in the spacer; Then, after the first setting step is completed, the rubber sheet for attachment is attached to the inner liner of the raw tire so as to cover the spacer and the electronic component, thereby attaching the rubber sheet for attachment in the raw tire. A second setting step for setting the inner liner, and the bladder after the second setting step is completed. The raw tire and the mounting rubber sheet are vulcanized while being pressurized from the inside of the raw tire, thereby forming a predetermined product shape tire from the raw tire, And a vulcanization step of adhering the mounting rubber sheet to the surface of the inner liner by a crosslinking reaction of the mounting rubber sheet.
The electronic component refers to, for example, a transponder, a tire internal pressure monitoring device, or the like. Further, the exterior part may not be molded.
According to the seventh feature, since the raw tire or the like can be vulcanized in a state in which the electronic component is accommodated in the accommodation hole of the spacer, the bladder is vulcanized during vulcanization of the raw tire or the like. It can suppress that it presses against sharp parts, such as a corner | angular part of the said exterior part in the said electronic component, via the rubber sheet for attachment (Bladder's pressing suppression effect | action with respect to the sharp part of an exterior part).
According to the invention described in any one of claims 1 to 7, during the vulcanization of the raw tire or the like, the bladder is disposed in the electronic component via the mounting rubber sheet. Since it can sufficiently suppress being pressed against a sharp part such as a corner part of the part, in other words, since it can exert the action of suppressing the pressing of the bladder against the sharp part of the exterior part, the bladder and the attachment It is possible to avoid as much as possible that a large force does not act locally on the rubber sheet for use, and that the bladder is damaged, or that the rubber sheet for attachment is locally thinned and cut off.
In particular, according to the invention described in any one of claims 2 to 6, the pressing action of the bladder against the sharp portion of the exterior portion and the bladder against the edge portion of the accommodation hole are described. Therefore, the above-mentioned effects can be further enhanced.

Further, since the depth of the
Furthermore, since the modulus of the
As described above, according to the embodiment of the present invention, the pressing action of the bladder 27 against the sharp portion of the
Further, during the rolling of the tire 7, it becomes difficult for adhesive peeling to occur between the mounting

(Example)
Examples of the present invention will be briefly described.
A
That is, as shown in Examples 1 to 5 and the comparative example, when the
