Description

The present invention relates to a spiral spring device for generating a rotational force drive.

Spiral springs are widely used as springs as drive sources for winding belts or cords or as rotational force generators.
An example of the structure of a conventional mainspring device is shown in FIG.
A spiral spring 111 is housed in the case 113, the inner end 111a of the spiral spring is fixed to the shaft portion 112, and the outer end 111b is fixed to the case side.
4A shows a state in which the cords or belts 20 are wound up, and FIG. 4B shows a state in which the belts are pulled out.
Belting Pulling out belts in the direction of s is Yes and wound on the shaft portion the shaft like the shaft 112 rotates in the direction of w 0, the shaft portion side spiral spring as shown in FIG. 4 (b) When the belt is rotated and released from the belts, a rotational force is generated in the direction in which the spring spreads, and the belts are wound up.
Accordingly, since it is necessary to leave a winding force even in the state (a) in which the belts are wound, the spiral spring is not naturally opened by pre-winding the shaft portion and attaching the stopper 21 or the like to the belts. Had to do so.
The spiral spring disclosed in JP-A-63-180737 is also used by being tightened.

The present invention has been made in view of the technical problems of the background art described above, and an object of the present invention is to provide a spring device that eliminates the need for pre-winding or a stopper for imparting a take-up surplus force and obtains a stable torque.

The spring device according to claim 1 includes a spiral spring, a shaft portion, and a case in which the spiral spring is housed. The spiral spring is provided with a tightening force, and an inner end portion of the spiral spring is free. A shaft portion having an outer diameter larger than the winding inner diameter in the state is inserted and fixed, and the outer end portion of the spiral spring is fixed to the case.
Here, that the tightening force is applied to the spiral spring means that a long strip-shaped plate material is processed into a spiral shape so as to be tightened, and is wound in a natural state. .
Therefore, the spring device according to the present invention is characterized in that the spiral spring is used on the unwinding side, and the winding of the cords or belts is used in that the winding tightening force of the spiral spring is used as the rotational driving force. It can be widely used as a device.

The spring device according to claim 2 includes a spiral spring, a shaft portion, and a case in which the spiral spring is housed, and the spiral spring is provided with a tightening force, and the inner end portion of the spiral spring is free. The outer end of the spiral spring is fixed to the case, and is fixed to a shaft having an outer diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the tightened winding.
In the second aspect of the invention, the outer diameter of the shaft portion for fixing the inner end portion of the spiral spring is made smaller than the inner diameter of the tightening in the free state, contrary to the first aspect.
As in the first aspect of the present invention, when the outer diameter of the shaft portion is made larger than the inner diameter of the spiral spring in the free state and the inner portion thereof is inserted and fixed, a stable torque can be obtained from the initial stage of rewinding. Even when the winding of the belt is completed, the torque works, and although it is effective to wind up the belt strongly until the end, the soft feeling of winding the belt slowly at the end cannot be obtained.
Therefore, the invention according to claim 2 makes the outer diameter of the inner shaft portion smaller than the inner diameter in the free state of the spiral spring, and at the end of the tightening of the spiral spring, torque in the tightening direction applied to the shaft portion is generated. By avoiding this, a soft feeling can be imparted at the end of winding of the belts.

In the spring device according to the first aspect, a winding force is applied to the spiral spring, and a shaft portion having an outer diameter larger than the tightening inner diameter in a free state is provided on the inner end portion (shaft side end portion) of the spiral spring. By applying a preliminary load in the direction in which the spiral spring opens, the remaining force remains in the spring even when the belt is completely wound up. No pre-winding or belt-side stopper is required.
A stable torque can be obtained by using a spiral spring on the spreading side.
Further, when the outer diameter of the inner shaft portion is made smaller than the inner diameter of the free state of the spring as in the second aspect of the invention, the “asobi” in the rotational direction is generated in the shaft portion at the end of tightening of the spiral spring. Wind up slowly.

An example of a spring device 10 according to the present invention is shown in FIG.
The spiral spring 11 used in the present invention is processed so as to be wound in a free state as shown in FIG.
By inserting the shaft portion 12 toward the outer diameter d 1 is larger than d 0 as shown in FIG. 1 (a) with respect to the inner diameter d 0 of the inner spiral spring shank the inner end 11a of the spiral spring It is connected and fixed to the mounting portion 12a.
The spiral spring 11 is housed in the case 13, and the outer end 11b of the spiral spring is connected and fixed to the case-side connecting portion 13a so that the shaft portion and the case can rotate coaxially with each other.
As shown in FIG. 1B, for example, when the belts 20 are wound around the shaft portion 12 side with a shaft or the like connected to the back side of the paper surface in FIG. 1, the case 13 is fixed so as not to rotate. When the belts 20 are pulled out in the direction s, the shaft portion 12 rotates in the direction w, and the spiral spring spreads in the direction in which the vortex is loosened as shown in FIG.
Then, a restoring force is generated in the direction in which the shaft portion 12 is tightened as indicated by fw.
Since a restoring force is generated in the shaft portion 12 from the beginning of the drawing, a winding stopper or the like is not necessary for the belts.
Since the restoring force is generated in the direction in which the shaft portion 12 and the case 13 rotate relatively, the belts may be wound on either the shaft portion side or the case side.
Further, since a stable restoring force is generated from the initial stage of winding spread, it can be used in various ways as a spring driving source that requires a rotational force.

FIG. 2 shows another embodiment of the spring device according to the present invention.
In this case, an example in which fixed to the shaft portion 12 the outer diameter D 1 is smaller than the inner end inside diameter D 0 of the free state of the spiral spring shown in FIG.
In this way, as shown in FIG. 2A, no rotational force in the winding direction is applied to the shaft portion when the spring is tightened.
Pulling out belts 20 as shown in FIG. 2 (b), the shank is rotated in the direction of w 1, the spiral spring 11 spreads the winding.
Next, when the hand is released from the belts 20, the belts are rewound with the restoring force fw in the winding direction.
At the end of winding of the belts 20, as shown in FIG. 2 (c), the “asobi” is generated in the left and right rotational directions w 2 as shown in FIG.
Therefore, the structure shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 can be selectively used depending on whether a soft feeling is required at the end of winding of the belts or a stable torque is required from the beginning of the spiral spring.

2 shows an example of a spring device according to the present invention. Another embodiment is shown. The example of the free state of a spiral spring is shown. The example of the conventional spring apparatus is shown.
