Abstract
【解決手段】 少なくとも2つ以上のエネルギーストレージを車両の進行方向に対して左右に配置し、これらエネルギーストレージを制御するドライブユニットを前記2つ以上のエネルギーストレージの間に介装する。そして、2つ以上のエネルギーストレージよりも高さが低くなるように前記ドライブユニットを配置して、前記ドライブユニット上方かつ前記2つ以上のエネルギーストレージの間に空気通路を形成する。

Description
そこでこの発明は、冷却に必要なスペースのコンパクト化を図って周辺部品のレイアウト自由度を向上できるとともに、エネルギーストレージのみならずドライブユニットの冷却を行うことができる蓄電装置搭載車両を提供する。
この構成によれば、前駆空気通路を流通する空気を前記空気導入口を介して前記エネルギーストレージ上面に積極的に導くことが可能となり、エネルギーストレージの換気と冷却を効率良く行うことができる。
この構成によれば、前記導入管を流通する燃料によってドライブユニットをさらに冷却することができ、ドライブユニットの冷却効率をさらに高めることが可能となる。一方、導入管を流通する燃料は、ドライブユニットにより加熱されて燃料電池へ供給される。これにより、燃料循環系の燃料電池システムにおいても、燃料の湿度を一定以下に保って燃料電池に燃料を供給できるので、燃料電池の運転を安定して行うことが可能となる。
請求項2に記載した発明によれば、エネルギーストレージの換気と冷却を効率良く行うことができる。
請求項3に記載した発明によれば、ドライブユニットの冷却効率をさらに高めることが可能となる。加えて、燃料電池の運転を安定して行うことが可能となる。
以下、前記レギュレータ8及びエゼクタ9等を水素供給補機Dと総称し、加湿器5及び希釈ボックス11等を空気排出補機Eと総称することがある。
図4を併せて参照して説明すると、燃料電池2の前端部には、ラジエータ21との間に渡る冷却水流出管22及び冷却水流入管23がそれぞれ接続される。冷却水流出管22には冷却水循環用のウォータポンプ24が配置される。
これにより、空気通路20を流通する空気を前記空気導入口30、30を介してバッテリ12、12の上面に積極的に導くことが可能となり、バッテリ12、12の換気と冷却を効率良く行うことができる。
このようにすると、水素供給管10を流通する水素によってコンタクタボックス18をさらに冷却することができ、コンタクタボックス18の冷却効率をさらに高めることが可能となる。一方、水素供給管10を流通する燃料は、コンタクタボックス18により加熱されて燃料電池2へ供給される。これにより、燃料循環系の燃料電池システムにおいても、水素の湿度を一定以下に保って燃料電池2に燃料を供給できるので、燃料電池2の運転を安定して行うことが可能となる。

Claims (3)
- 少なくとも2つ以上のエネルギーストレージを車両の進行方向に対して左右に配置し、
これらエネルギーストレージを制御するドライブユニットを前記2つ以上のエネルギーストレージの間に介装してなり、
前記2つ以上のエネルギーストレージよりも高さが低くなるように前記ドライブユニットを配置して、前記ドライブユニット上方かつ前記2つ以上のエネルギーストレージの間に空気通路を形成することを特徴とする蓄電装置搭載車両。 - 前記ドライブユニットを介装するエネルギーストレージに、前記空気通路に対向する部位に空気導入口を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蓄電装置搭載車両。
- 前記ドライブユニットおよび前記2つ以上のエネルギーストレージを挟むように、前記車両の一方側に燃料電池を、前記車両の他方側に前記燃料電池へ供給する燃料を蓄える燃料タンクをそれぞれ配置して、
前記燃料タンクから前記燃料電池へ燃料を導入する導入管を前記ドライブユニットの上面に配置することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の蓄電装置搭載車両。
