Description

The present invention relates to a seedling transport device for a transplanting machine, which is provided with an endless transport belt that is stretched substantially laterally with respect to the machine body and transports seedlings such as vegetables and flowers in the lateral direction.

As conventional transplanters, first, those described in Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2 will be exemplified. This transplanter includes a seedling transport device that supplies a row of vegetables and flower seedlings extruded from a pot seedling box to a planting device, and the vegetables and flower seedlings supplied by the transport device are It is designed to be transplanted continuously. The seedling conveying device includes an endless conveying belt that is wound around a pair of pulleys and stretched horizontally around the machine body, and the entire vegetable / flower seedling is placed on the conveying belt and conveyed in the lateral direction. . The conveyor belt is formed wide so that the whole vegetables and flower seedlings supplied in the width direction can be surely placed.

By the way, this kind of transplanter is generally designed to be used avoiding rain, and if soil containing moisture adheres to each part, it causes a malfunction. And the soil of the vegetable and flower seedling pot contains moisture, and there is a problem that the broken soil often adheres and accumulates on the conveyor belt and malfunctions.

In addition, there is a protrusion on the outer periphery of the conveyor belt that divides and arranges vegetables and flower seedlings at a predetermined interval, and if the pot soil adheres to it and fills it, the interval between the vegetables and flower seedlings goes wrong and the planting interval is disturbed is there.

Further, in order to prevent the accumulation of soil in the pot, for example, a scraper of metal pieces, a brush, or the like may be provided to scrape off the soil adhering to the transport belt. However, the soil that has crumbled little by little from the pot is mixed with things that have fallen under the leaves of vegetables and flower seedlings, and those that have had their mustache roots cut out. There is a problem that this dango-like soil obstructs the rotation of the conveyor belt.

Therefore, in the seedling conveying device in the transplanter described in Patent Document 3, as shown in the side sectional view of FIG. 4, in order to solve these problems and prevent the accumulation of the soil of the pot P on the conveying belt 60, An outer nozzle 78 that ejects air A toward the outer peripheral surface of the conveyor belt 60 and an air A toward the inner peripheral surface of the conveyor belt 60 on the side that does not interfere with the seedling placement of the conveyor belt 60. A nozzle 79 is provided. Thus, the air blown off from the nozzles 78 and 79 blows away the soil, and the soil is dried to make it difficult for the soil to adhere.

However, as in the seedling conveying device described in Patent Document 3, in order to blow off the soil adhering to the conveying belt 60, it is necessary to blow high-pressure air A. A high-pressure air pump or high-pressure air as a supply source of high-pressure air A is required. It is necessary to equip the body of the transplanter with a tank or the like filled with, and there is a problem that the cost increases and the body becomes heavier and travelability and maneuverability are reduced.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the seedling transport device of the transplanter of the first invention is:
Transplanter equipped with an endless transfer belt that is stretched substantially laterally with respect to the machine body and is driven to circulate and carries seedlings placed on an upwardly facing portion on the outer peripheral surface of the belt in a substantially lateral direction In the seedling transport device,
A collision body supported so as to be in contact with and separated from a downward portion of the conveyor belt facing substantially downward;
Drive means for driving the colliding body to collide with the downward portion.

Although it does not specifically limit as said drive means, The following aspect is illustrated.
(1) A mode in which an urging unit that urges the collision body to move away from the downward portion is provided, and the collision body is driven so as to collide with the downward portion (including manual driving).
(2) A mode in which the collision body is driven (including manual driving) so as to collide with or separate from the downward portion.

According to this structure, the soil etc. adhering to this downward site | part can be dropped below by making the said collision body collide with the said downward site | part. For this reason, by repeating this appropriately during the circulation drive of the conveyor belt, the soil, vegetables, flower seedlings withered on the surface of the conveyor belt, those withered under the roots, etc. Soil), etc.) can be removed, and accumulation of soil can be prevented. Thus, since a high-pressure air supply source is unnecessary as compared with the prior art, it can be configured at low cost and light weight.

As the seedling conveying device of the transplanter of the second invention, in the first invention,
The said collision body illustrates the aspect which consists of a substantially rod-shaped body comprised so that the front end side may contact | abut / separate to the said downward part by the base end side being rotatably supported.

According to this configuration, the collision body can be realized with a simple configuration. Further, since the collision body is formed in a substantially rod shape, it is difficult for soil or the like to accumulate or accumulate.

As the seedling transport device of the transplanter of the third invention, in the first invention,
When the collision body is not driven by the driving means, an example in which the tip end side is in a retracted state that hangs substantially downward is illustrated.

According to this configuration, in the retracted state, the tip end side hangs down substantially downward and extends in a substantially straight line in the vertical direction, so that dirt or the like is unlikely to accumulate or accumulate.

According to the seedling conveying device of the transplanter of the present invention, there is an excellent effect that it is possible to prevent the accumulation of soil in the conveying belt.

1 to 3 show a seedling transport device for a transplanter according to an embodiment of the present invention. The transplanter of this example includes a machine body 1 that is movably supported by left and right traveling wheels (not shown), a seedling platform 3 that is provided on the upper part of the machine body 1 and on which a pot seedling box can be placed, and a pot Planting seedlings 4 for picking up seedlings P (pot seedlings in this example) such as vegetables and flowers from the seedling box 10, seedling transporting device 5 for transporting the taken seedlings P one by one, and planting in the field A groove digger 8 that forms a groove, a planting device 6 that receives the seedling P conveyed by the seedling conveying device 5 and plantes it in the planting groove behind the groove digger 8, and the rear of the planting device 6 And a pair of left and right earthen wheels 7 for refilling the planting groove. The pot seedling box 10 is a flexible one in which a large number of pot seedling rooms 10a are connected in series. In each figure, the arrow F indicates the front side of the aircraft.

In the seedling extraction device 4, as shown in FIG. 2, the pot seedling box 10 is curved in the seedling stage 3 and is intermittently fed one row at a time, and the extrusion basket provided at the rear of the seedling stage 3 at a predetermined position. 11 rushes into the pot seedling chamber 10a in a horizontal row of the pot seedling box 10 from the bottom, pushes the seedling P forward, and pushes its root portion Pa into the seedling receiving groove 13 of the seedling receiving base 12 provided forward. Here, as shown in FIG. 3, a protrusion 14 extending in the pushing direction is provided in the seedling receiving groove 13, so that the protrusion 14 bites into the outer peripheral surface of the root portion Pa of the seedling P. The seedling P is held in the receiving groove 13. Subsequently, the seedling receiving base 12 that has received the seedling P is rotated downward while inverting the seedling P in the reverse direction. At this time, the seedling receiving groove 13 of the jumping member 18 of the root portion Pa of the seedling P is first reached. Go through position. As a result, the seedling P is pushed out of the seedling receiving groove 13 and falls onto the conveying belt 20 of the lower seedling conveying device 5. In the seedling receiving groove 13 of the seedling receiving base 12 of this example, a portion 16 that forms an inner peripheral surface that receives the outer peripheral surface of the root portion Pa of the seedling P is made of resin, and the protrusion 14 that bites into the outer peripheral surface is made of metal. It has become. In this example, an edge portion of the metal plate 15 that extends in the pushing direction is used as the protrusion 14, and the metal plate 15 is attached to a portion 16 that forms the inner peripheral surface by screws 17 in a replaceable manner. ing. The ridges 14 in the seedling receiving platform 12 are easy to wear because they bite into the root portion Pa of the seedling P. Conventionally, the inner peripheral surface of the seedling receiving groove 13 and the ridges 14 are integrally formed of resin. Replacement was necessary. According to the structure of this example, since the protrusion 14 is metal, it is hard to wear | wear and can reduce the effort and cost of a maintenance. And when the protrusion 14 is worn out, it is only necessary to replace the metal plate 15 having the protrusion 14.

The seedling conveying device 5 is stretched substantially horizontally with respect to the machine body 1 and is driven to circulate, and carries the seedling P placed on the upward portion 20a facing substantially upward on the outer peripheral surface of the belt in the substantially lateral direction. Endless transport belt 20, seedling receiver 21 that receives seedling P that has fallen from the edge of the transport belt 20, feed claw 22 that feeds seedling P downward from seedling receiver 21, and root Pa of the seedling P that has been sent out An endless lowering belt 23 that holds the pot (in this example, a pot) and lowers it vertically and supplies it to the planting device 6, and a stagnation prevention unit 24 that prevents stagnation on the surface of the conveyor belt 20.

The conveyor belt 20 is wound around a pair of left and right longitudinal pulleys 31 and 32 that are rotatably supported by a pair of frame plates 30 that are disposed at intervals in the front and rear direction. On the outer periphery of the conveyance belt 20, projections 26 for dividing and arranging the seedlings P one by one are arranged at predetermined intervals. The width of the conveyor belt 20 is formed wide so that the entire seedling P supplied in the width direction can be placed reliably.

The soil accumulation prevention unit 24 is driven so as to collide with the downwardly-facing portion 20b and the colliding body 35 that is supported so as to be in contact with and separated from the downward-facing portion 20b facing the substantially downward direction of the transport belt 20. Drive means 36.

The collision body 35 is formed of a substantially rod-shaped body configured such that the proximal end side 35a is rotatably supported so that the distal end side 35b abuts and separates from the downward portion 20b. Further, when the collision body 35 is not driven by the driving means 36, the collision body 35 is configured to be in a retracted state S in which the distal end side 35 b hangs substantially downward.

The drive means 36 includes a pulling spring 37 as an urging means for urging the collision body 35 to move away from the downward portion 20a, and for manually driving the collision body 35 to collide with the downward portion 20a. And an operation mechanism 38. The operation mechanism 38 includes an operation lever 39 rotatably supported on the machine body 1 with an operation point 39a at one end side in the length direction, a load point 39b at the other end side, and a fulcrum 39c at a substantially central portion. 35, a driven lever 40 protruding from the proximal end side 35a of the 35, and a link member 41 for connecting the load point 39b of the operating lever 39 and the distal end side of the driven lever 40 are provided. Then, when the operation lever 39 is manually rotated upward, the front end side 35b of the collision body 35 is rotated upward against the pulling spring 37 in conjunction with the operation lever 39 and collides with the downward portion 20b of the conveyor belt 20 to operate. When the lever 39 is released, the front end side 35b of the collision body 35 is returned to the original retracted state S by the tension spring 37.

According to the seedling transporting device 5 of the transplanter of the present example configured as described above, by causing the collision body 35 to collide with the downward portion 20b, the soil or the like attached to the downward portion 20b can be dropped downward. it can. For this reason, by repeating this appropriately during the circulation drive of the conveyor belt 20, soil attached to the surface of the conveyor belt 20 or the underside of the seedlings P, the one having a beard root cut, etc. Soil), etc.) can be removed, and accumulation of soil can be prevented.

Further, the collision body 35 is composed of a substantially rod-like body configured such that the proximal end side 35a is rotatably supported and the distal end side 35b is in contact with or separated from the downward portion 20b. It can be realized with a simple configuration and at a low cost. Further, since the collision body 35 is formed in a substantially rod shape, it is difficult for soil or the like to accumulate or accumulate.

Further, when the collision body 35 is not driven by the driving means 36, the distal end side 35b is configured to be in a retracted state S in which the distal end side 35b hangs substantially downward. Hangs down substantially downward and extends in a substantially straight line in the vertical direction, so that it is difficult for soil or the like to accumulate or accumulate.

In addition, this invention is not limited to the said embodiment, For example, it can also be suitably changed and embodied as follows, for example in the range which does not deviate from the meaning of invention.
(1) As the drive means 36, it shall be set as the aspect automatically driven in synchronism with planting operation | movement etc.
