Description
従って、本発明は、シート・フィルム、熱収縮性フィルム等に適し、ブロック共重合体水添物と、ポリプロピレン系樹脂、エチレン系重合体等のポリオレフィン系重合体とを含む組成物で、耐溶剤性、自然収縮性、低温収縮性、透明性に優れ、剛性と伸びに良好なバランスを有するブロック共重合体水添物組成物を提供することを目的とする。

〔ブロック共重合体水添物組成物〕
本発明のブロック共重合体水添物組成物は、既述の通り、ビニル芳香族炭化水素と共役ジエンとの重量比が60/40〜95/5であり、ゲルパーミエーションクロマトグラフィー(GPC)測定による数平均分子量が3万〜50万であるブロック共重合体水添物(I)と、ポリオレフィン系重合体(II)とを含む組成物であって、該組成物の30℃での貯蔵弾性率(E’)が1×109Pa以上で、かつ損失弾性率(E”)のピーク温度が60℃以上、110℃以下に少なくとも一つ存在し、前記成分(I)と前記成分(II)との重量比が1/99〜99/1である。本発明のブロック共重合体水添物は、かかる構成からなるため、耐溶剤性、自然収縮性、低温収縮性、剛性、透明性及び伸び等の物性バランスに優れたものである。

本発明のシート・フィルムは、前述したブロック共重合体水添物組成物からなるものである。本発明のシート・フィルムは、かかる構成からなることにより、耐溶剤性、剛性、伸び及び透明性に優れたものである。
本発明の熱収縮性フィルムは、前述したブロック共重合体水添物組成物からなるものである。本発明の熱収縮性フィルムは、かかる構成からなることにより、耐溶剤性、剛性、伸び及び透明性に優れたものである。本発明の熱収縮性フィルムは、該共重合体水添物組成物からなる層の単層フィルムであってもよく、また、当該層を少なくとも含む多層フィルムであってもよい。

水添前ブロック共重合体はシクロヘキサン溶媒中n-ブチルリチウムを触媒とし、テトラメチルエチレンジアミンをランダム化剤として、表1に示した水添ブロック共重合体の構造、スチレン含有量(重量%)数平均分子量、ブロック率、Tanδピーク温度及び所定の水添率を有する水添ブロック共重合体を製造した。スチレン含有量はスチレンとブタジエンの添加量で、数平均分子量は触媒量で、ブロック率はスチレン含有量、ブロック共重合体の構造で、Tanδピーク温度はブロック共重合体の構造で調整した。なお、水添ブロック共重合体の調製において、モノマーはシクロヘキサンで濃度20重量%に希釈したものを使用した。
攪拌機付きオートクレーブを用い、窒素ガス雰囲気下でスチレン20重量部を含むシクロヘキサン溶液にn-ブチルリチウムを0.065重量部、テトラメチルエチレンジアミンを0.03重量部添加し、70℃で20分間重合した。次にスチレン16重量部と1,3-ブタジエン29重量部を含むシクロヘキサン溶液を45分間連続的に添加して70℃で重合した。
ブロック共重合体水添物A−2〜A−7はブロック共重合体の構造及び数平均分子量、ブロック率、Tanδピーク温度及び水添率を調整する以外はA−1と同様な方法で調製した。
C−1、C−2は撹拌器付き10Lオートクレーブに、スチレン、メチルメタアクリレート、アクリル酸n-ブチル、アクリル酸及びエチルメタクリレートを表2に示す比率で5kg添加し、同時にエチルベンゼン0.3kgと、MFRを調整するため1,1ビス(t-ブチルパーオキシ)シクロヘキサンを所定量仕込み、110〜150℃で2〜10時間重合後、ベント押出機で未反応モノマー及びエチルベンゼンを回収して製造した。
実施例及び比較例に記載した測定、評価は以下の方法で行った。
1)スチレン含有量
スチレン含有量は、紫外分光光度計(装置名:UV−2450;島津製作所製)を用いて測定した。
数分子量は、GPC装置(HLC8220GPC;東ソ−(株)製)を用いて測定した。溶媒にはテトラヒドロフランを用い、40℃で測定した。重量平均分子量と数平均分子量が既知の市販の標準ポリスチレンを用いて作成した検量線を使用し、数平均分子量を求めた。
水添率は核磁気共鳴装置(装置名:DPX−400;ドイツ国、BRUKER社製)で測定した。
水添前のブロック共重合体を、四酸化オスミウムを触媒としてターシャリーブチルハイドロパーオキサイドにより酸化分解する方法(I.M.KOLTHOFF,etal.,J.Polym.Sci.1,429(1946)に記載の方法)でブロックスチレン含有量を測定した。また、ブロック率は同法により得たビニル芳香族炭化水素重合体ブロック成分(但し平均重合度が約30以下のビニル芳香族炭化水素重合体成分は除かれている)を用いて、次の式から求めた。
ブロック率(重量%)=(ブロック共重合体中のビニル芳香族炭化水素重合体ブロックの重量/ブロック共重合体中の全ビニル芳香族炭化水素の重量)×100
(株)レオロジ製粘弾性測定解析装置DVE‐V4を用い、振動周波数35Hz、昇温速度3℃/minの条件で、厚さ2mmの試験片を用い、温度−50℃〜150℃の範囲を測定して求めた。
80℃収縮率は、延伸フィルムを80℃のシリコーンオイル中に10秒間浸漬し、次式により算出した値である。
熱収縮率(%)=(L-L1)/L×100、
L:収縮前の長さ、L1:収縮後の長さ。
延伸フィルムを35℃で5日間放置し、次式により算出した値である。
自然収縮率(%)=(L2-L3)/L2×100、
L2:放置前の長さ、L3:放置後の長さ。
自然収縮率が小さいほど、自然収縮性は優れる。
JIS K-6732に準拠し、引張速度5mm/minでフィルムの延伸方向(シートの場合はMD方向)について測定した。試験片は幅を12.7mm、標線間を50mmとした。測定温度は23℃で行った。単位はKg/cm2。

延伸フィルム又はシートの表面に流動パラフィンを塗布し、ASTM D1003に準拠して測定した。
MD方向15cm×TD方向15cmの延伸フィルム又はシートにメチルエチルケトン/イソプロピルアルコール(比率は7/3)を刷毛で塗り、30℃で7日間乾燥後、塗布前後の10℃のフィルムMD方向の伸びの保持率で判定した。

Claims (13)
- ビニル芳香族炭化水素と共役ジエンとの重量比が60/40〜95/5であり、ゲルパーミエーションクロマトグラフィー(GPC)測定による数平均分子量が3万〜50万であるブロック共重合体水添物(I)と、ポリオレフィン系重合体(II)とを含む組成物であって、該組成物の30℃での貯蔵弾性率(E’)が1×109Pa以上で、かつ損失弾性率(E”)のピーク温度が60℃以上、110℃以下に少なくとも一つ存在し、前記成分(I)と前記成分(II)との重量比が1/99〜99/1であるブロック共重合体水添物組成物。
- 前記成分(I)のブロック共重合体水添物に組み込まれているビニル芳香族炭化水素のブロック率が20〜95重量%である請求項1記載のブロック共重合体水添物組成物。
- 前記成分(I)のブロック共重合体水添物の動的粘弾性測定の関数tanδのピーク温度が−70℃を越え、10℃以下の範囲に少なくとも1つ存在する請求項1または2に記載のブロック共重合体水添物組成物。
- 更に、脂肪酸アミド、パラフィン、炭化水素系樹脂および脂肪酸から選ばれる少なくとも1種の滑剤を、前記成分(I)及び(II)の合計100重量部に対して、0.01〜5重量部含有する請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のブロック共重合体水添物組成物。
- 更に、ベンゾフェノン系紫外線吸収剤、ベンゾトリアゾール系紫外線吸収剤、ヒンダード・アミン系光安定剤から選ばれる少なくとも1種の紫外線吸収剤又は光安定剤を、前記成分(I)及び(II)の合計100重量部に対して、0.05〜3重量部含有する請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のブロック共重合体水添物組成物。
- 前記成分(I)及び(II)と共に、更に(III)ビニル芳香族炭化水素系重合体を含み、前記成分(I)及び(II)の合計と前記成分(III)との重量比が99.9/0.1〜20/80である請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のブロック共重合体水添物組成物。
- 前記成分(III)のビニル芳香族炭化水素系重合体が、下記のa)〜c)から選ばれる少なくとも1種である請求項6に記載のブロック共重合体水添物組成物。
a)スチレン系重合体
b)ビニル系芳香族炭化水素と脂肪族不飽和カルボン酸、脂肪族不飽和カルボン酸無水物および脂肪族不飽和カルボン酸エステルから選ばれる少なくとも1種の脂肪族不飽和カルボン酸又はその誘導体との共重合体
c)ゴム変性スチレン系重合体 - 更に、脂肪酸アミド、パラフィン、炭化水素系樹脂および脂肪酸から選ばれる少なくとも1種の滑剤を、前記成分(I)、(II)及び(III)の合計100重量部に対して、0.01〜5重量部含有する請求項6または7に記載のブロック共重合体水添物組成物。
- 更に、ベンゾフェノン系紫外線吸収剤、ベンゾトリアゾール系紫外線吸収剤、ヒンダード・アミン系光安定剤から選ばれる少なくとも1種の紫外線吸収剤又は光安定剤を、前記成分(I)、(II)及び(III)の合計100重量部に対して、0.05〜3重量部含有する請求項6〜8のいずれかに記載のブロック共重合体水添物組成物。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載のブロック共重合体水添物組成物からなるシート・フィルム。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載のブロック共重合体水添物組成物からなる層の単層フィルムであるか、又は当該層を少なくとも含む多層フィルムである熱収縮性フィルム。
- 延伸方向における80℃の熱収縮率が10〜65%である請求項11記載の熱収縮性フィルム。
- 延伸方向における引張弾性率が7000〜30000Kg/cm2である請求項11または12に記載の熱収縮性フィルム。
