前記棒状の食品に対して直交する方向に細長の形状を成して互いに対向して設けられる2個一対の成形部材と、
該各成形部材をそれぞれ互いに近接離間方向に往復動させる第1往復動機構と、
前記成形部材の長手方向に沿って該各成形部材をそれぞれ互いに逆向きに往復動させる第2往復動機構と、
を備えており、前記各成形部材はそれぞれ、前記第1往復動機構の動作により互いに接離可能な切断部を備え、該各切断部は、その接触時に、前記第2往復動機構の動作により互いに摺動可能なように構成されていることを特徴とする食品成形装置。
