Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a coaxial cable processing method and apparatus, and more particularly to a coaxial cable processing method and apparatus for exposing a central conductor from a coaxial cable in which an insulator, a shield conductor, and a jacket are sequentially laminated on a central conductor.
First, the jacket (outer jacket) is irradiated with a CO 2 laser to peel off the jacket, and the shield conductor exposed thereby is integrated by a solder bath, and then the YAG laser second harmonic ( A method of cutting the shield conductor by irradiating (wavelength: 532 nm) is known. (Patent Document 1)
Further, it is composed of a silver-plated center conductor 21 (center conductor), a transparent fluororesin insulator layer 22 (insulator), and tin-plated shield conductor layers 23 and 24 (shield conductor). A method of cutting the shield conductor layers 23 and 24 by repeatedly irradiating (scanning) the YAG laser (wavelength: 1064 nm) to the coaxial cable 20 is known. (Patent Document 2)
However, in the case of the above-mentioned

In the first processing method described here, the YAG laser light is condensed at the first focal positions F1, F1 ′ and the second focal positions F2, F2 ′ by the focal point switching means 14a, 14b of the YAG laser cutting means 4. Then, the

Therefore, in this second processing method, the first focal positions F1 and F1 ′ of the YAG laser light are photographed with a camera, and the control means analyzes the emission intensity and spectrum of the YAG laser light irradiated on the

In the third processing method, the YAG laser light is condensed at the first focal positions F1 and F1 ′ and the
On the other hand, in the case of the first method, since the
