Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an automotive windshield provided with a silver conductor for heating in order to melt snow and ice near the wiper.
By the way, in order to reduce the damage of the passenger at the time of an accident, it is common that the windshield of a motor vehicle has the structure of a laminated glass. This laminated glass has a structure in which two glass substrates having a thickness of about 1 to 3 mm are bonded via a resin film. The heating conductor is formed on one surface of the two glass substrates and between the two glasses.
Laminated glass has a feature that glass fragments are not easily scattered when the glass is broken, but the glass substrate itself constituting the laminated glass is thin as described above. Therefore, compared with the rear glass composed of tempered glass or the like, the windshield is originally lower in strength.
When a conductive paste is baked on a glass substrate to form a heating conductor, the silver powder in the conductive paste is subjected to sintering shrinkage, and stress is applied to the glass substrate. There was a problem that the strength of the steel further decreased.
The present invention solves the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide an automotive windshield having sufficient strength even when a heating conductor is formed.
The automotive windshield according to the present invention includes a first glass substrate, a second glass substrate bonded to the first glass substrate via a resin film, the first glass substrate, and An automotive windshield comprising a silver conductor formed between the first glass substrate and the resin film, wherein the silver conductor has a minimum grain size of 0.3 to 1.0 μm and a maximum grain size A conductive paste containing spherical silver powder having a diameter of 1.0 to 3.0 μm, nickel powder, glass frit, and an organic vehicle is fired, and the nickel powder is electrically conductive. 1 to 4% by weight in a functional paste.
Moreover, the automotive windshield according to the present invention includes a first glass substrate, a second glass substrate bonded to the first glass substrate via a resin film, and the first glass substrate. And an automotive windshield comprising a silver conductor formed between the first glass substrate and the resin film, wherein the silver conductor has a minimum particle size of 0.1 to 0.2 μm and A conductive paste containing an amorphous silver powder having a maximum particle size of 0.5 to 5.0 μm, a nickel powder, a glass frit, and an organic vehicle is baked. The conductive paste contains 2 to 3% by weight.
In the present invention, silver powder having an appropriate particle size is used without containing fine powder and coarse powder, and the detailed action is unknown, but it is presumed that the contraction stress propagating to the glass substrate is relaxed by this. Is done.
Further, since the nickel powder works to inhibit the sintering of the silver powder, the sintering shrinkage behavior of the silver powder becomes gentle, and a rapid shrinkage stress can be prevented from propagating to the glass substrate.
As described above, in the automotive windshield of the present invention, since the stress due to the shrinkage of the silver powder contained in the conductive paste for forming the heating conductor is small, the strength of the windshield is prevented from being lowered. be able to.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of an automotive windshield according to the present invention will be described. FIG. 1 is a schematic front view showing a windshield according to the present embodiment. FIG. 2 is a schematic cross-sectional view along the line AA in FIG.

The silver powder has a spherical or irregular shape, and a flat shape is not suitable. This is because when the silver powder is flat, the silver powder tends to aggregate and the sintering shrinkage behavior of the silver powder does not become gradual.

When the minimum particle size of the silver powder is less than 0.1 μm, the strength is too low. When the minimum particle diameter of the silver powder exceeds 1.0 μm, the specific resistance becomes too high.
When silver powder is indefinite shape, the maximum particle size of silver powder is 0.5-5.0 micrometers. When the maximum particle size of the silver powder is less than 0.5 μm, the strength is too low. When the maximum particle size of the silver powder exceeds 5.0 μm, the specific resistance becomes too high.

When the silver powder has an indefinite shape, the nickel powder is contained in the conductive paste in an amount of 2 to 3% by weight. When the content of the nickel powder is less than 2% by weight, the strength of the
It is preferable to use nickel powder having an average particle size of 0.2 to 1.0 μm.
As the glass frit, it is preferable to use glass that starts softening flow at a temperature lower than the softening point (about 730 ° C.) of soda lime glass generally used as a glass substrate. The viscosity of the glass frit at 500 to 550 ° C. is preferably 10 3 to 10 6 Pa · s. By using a glass frit having a low viscosity and high fluidity in this way, the glass frit functions to relieve the shrinkage stress of the silver powder. Specific examples of the glass having such a softening point and viscosity include PbO—B 2 O 3 —SiO 2 , Bi 2 O 3 —B 2 O 3 —SiO 2 , SiO 2 —B 2 O 3. And low melting point glass. In consideration of the influence on the environment, a glass frit containing no Pb is preferable.
The glass frit is preferably contained in a proportion of 3 to 10 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the silver powder. When the content ratio of the glass frit is less than 3 parts by weight, the bonding strength between the substrate and the conductor may be lowered, or the color developability may be lowered. When the content ratio of the glass frit is more than 10 parts by weight, the glass may float on the surface of the conductor after firing, solder wettability may be reduced, and the bonding strength between the substrate and the conductor may be reduced. Moreover, it is preferable to use a glass frit having an average particle size of 0.5 to 5.0 μm.
The organic vehicle contains an organic binder and a solvent. As the organic binder, one or more resins selected from the group consisting of ethyl cellulose resin, nitrocellulose resin, alkyd resin, acrylic resin, styrene resin, and phenol resin can be used. As the solvent, one or more solvents selected from the group consisting of α-terpineol, butyl carbitol, butyl carbitol acetate, diacetone alcohol, and methyl isobutyl ketone can be used.
The organic vehicle is preferably contained in a proportion of 10 to 40 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the silver powder. When the content ratio of the organic vehicle is less than 10 parts by weight, the organic vehicle may not be sufficiently wetted with respect to the solid content in the conductive paste, and the viscosity of the conductive paste may become too high. When the content ratio of the organic vehicle is more than 40 parts by weight, the viscosity of the conductive paste becomes too low, or residual charcoal tends to be generated during firing, and the sinterability of the conductor may be lowered.
Further, the conductive paste may contain molybdenum silicide or molybdenum boride. By containing these additives, the formation of silver colloid from the silver powder is promoted, and the darkening of the
First, silver powder, glass frit, nickel powder, molybdenum silicide (MoSi 2 ) powder and organic vehicle as raw materials were prepared. As the glass frit, Bi 2 O 3: 72.4~75.2 wt%, B 2 O 3: 3.9~4.2 wt%, SiO 2: 6.6~7.0 wt%, Al 2 Bi-based lead-free glass having a composition of O 3 : 3.9 to 6.0 wt% and ZnO: 9.6 to 10.3 wt% was prepared. This glass had a viscosity of 10 5 Pa · s at 500 ° C. and an average particle diameter of 1.0 μm. A nickel powder having an average particle size of 0.6 μm was prepared. As the molybdenum silicide powder, one having an average particle diameter of 1.0 μm was prepared. As the average grain value, the average / maximum / minimum values of 50 measured values measured using SEM (manufactured by JEOL) were used. The organic vehicle was prepared by dissolving ethyl cellulose and alkyd resin in a mixed solvent of butyl carbitol, butyl carbitol acetate and terpineol.
Next, each raw material was mixed at a ratio shown in Table 1 below, and kneaded with a three-roll mill to prepare conductive paste samples 1 to 27.
Next, a slide glass substrate (soda lime glass, dimensions 76 mm × 26 mm × 1.5 mm) was prepared, and conductive paste samples 1 to 27 were printed on the slide glass substrate, respectively. The printed shape was a 30 mm × 30 mm square. Next, each printed sample was dried at 150 ° C. for 10 minutes and then fired in the atmosphere at 600 ° C. for 45 seconds (3 minutes until entering the furnace and then exiting) to form a silver conductor.
膜厚は、膜厚測定装置として接触式膜厚測定計Surfcom(TOKYO SEIMITSU社製)を用いて測定した。
Next, the resistance value and film thickness of the silver conductor were measured, and the specific resistance value was measured by the following formula.
Formula: Specific resistance value = resistance value × film thickness × short side length of pattern ÷ long side length of pattern Note that the resistance value was measured using a multimeter (manufactured by HIOKI) as a resistance measuring device. The film thickness was measured using a contact-type film thickness meter Surfcom (manufactured by TOKYO SEIMITSU) as a film thickness measuring device. Moreover, about the resistance value and film thickness substituted to the said calculation formula, the average value of the measured value measured 5 times for every sample was used. Table 1 below shows the average value of the film thickness and the measurement result of the specific resistance of each sample.

For the samples 2 to 6, 8, 9, and 11 to 13, the three-point bending strength of 70 MPa or more and the specific resistance of 6.0 μΩ · cm or less can be realized.
Sample 17 containing an irregularly shaped silver powder having a minimum particle size of 0.1 to 1.0 μm and a maximum particle size of 0.5 to 5.0 μm, and 2 to 3% by weight of nickel powder. , 18, 20, and 21 can achieve a strength of 70 MPa or more (three-point bending strength) and a specific resistance of 6.0 μΩ · cm or less.
