Abstract
Description
微生物汚染は、病気の一番の原因である。バクテリアやウィルスは、水中、食物及び表面に存在する。現在、微生物の増殖を排除及び/又は低減するのに利用することのできる幾つかの異なる技術がある。しかしながら、個々の方法の有効性は、取り扱う物質と存在する微生物の種類によるものである。加えて、化学薬剤は、単独で又は衛生化の過程で生じた副生物を通じて、人間の健康に対する有害な作用を有する。
本発明の他の面及び特徴は、添付の図面とともに本発明の具体的な実施の形態の以下の記載を検討することにより、当業者には明らかになろう。

Claims (20)
- オゾン化した液体を製造する衛生化システムであって、
システムを通して液体を循環させるためのポンプと、
オゾン化する液体源と相互作用して、同時のシステムへの流入とシステムからの流出を可能にするための二重逆止め弁と、
液体に取り込むオゾンを生成するためのオゾン発生装置と、
オゾンを液体に取り込むための渦−ベンチュリであって、中心長手方向軸を有していてこの長手方向軸に対して接線方向に液体が入る内部チャンバーを備え、渦−ベンチュリの内部チャンバーは、広くなった最初の部分、オゾン進入ポートが形成された細くなったウェスト部分、及びここからオゾン化した液体が放出される広くなった混合流体出口部分を有する渦−ベンチュリとを、備え、
オゾン進入ポートにオゾンを供給するため、オゾン発生装置が、渦−ベンチュリと流体連通しているシステム。 - 液体源が、ポンプと流体連通して配置された容器内に収容されている請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 容器が、二重逆止め弁を備え、液体が、二重逆止め弁を通って容器に入り、容器から出て循環する請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 容器が、取り外し可能である請求項2又は3に記載のシステム。
- 二重逆止め弁が配置された複数の取り外し可能な容器が、交換可能に用いられる請求項2に記載のシステム。
- ポンプ、二重逆止め弁、オゾン発生装置、及び渦−ベンチュリが、ベース内に配置されている請求項1〜5の何れか一つに記載のシステム。
- オゾン発生装置が、コロナ放電オゾン発生装置を備えている請求項1〜6の何れか一つに記載のシステム。
- コロナ放電オゾン発生装置が、高電圧/高周波電源を用いてオゾンを発生させ、前記コロナ放電オゾン発生装置は、
開口端、及び各々の開口端に高圧電極を有するオゾン発生チャンバーと、
チャンバーの末端に配置された絶縁端部キャップであって、チャンバーに対して接線方向に形成された気体ポートを有し、渦流が発生装置を通るようにするキャップと、
誘電材料に接着された金属フォイルを備えた接地電極とを、
備えている請求項7に記載のシステム。 - システムと流体連通した、流体のオゾンレベルを検知するための酸化還元電位(ORP)センサを、追加して備えている請求項1〜8の何れか一つに記載のシステム。
- 溶解していない気体をオゾン化した液体から分離させるための気液分離装置を、渦−ベンチュリの下流に、追加して備えている請求項1〜9の何れか一つに記載のシステム。
- 気液分離装置から出てくる溶解していないオゾンガスを破壊するための、気液分離装置の下流にあって気液分離装置と連通したオゾン破壊装置を、追加して備えている請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 気液分離装置は、溶解していないオゾンガスを、遠心力を用いて分離し、分離装置は、
渦−ベンチュリから出る気体−液体混合物が、圧力下に通って入る入口と、
入口から続くチャンネルと、
遠心力を生じさせて溶解していないオゾンガスをチャンネルの中央部へ、液体をチャンネルの周辺部へと移動させるため、気体−液体混合物を圧力下にチャンネル内で渦にする手段と、
チャンネルの内側の周りに配置され、液体の一部が通って放出されるスロットと、
液体が通過するスロットと連通している環状チャンバーと、
気体が通ってチャンネルを出るチャンネル内の気体放出ポートを備えた気体放出弁とを、備えている請求項10又は11に記載のシステム。 - チャンバー内の液面が高いときに、気体放出ポートを閉じるため、チャンバー内の液体と相互作用するためのフロートを、追加して備えている請求項12に記載のシステム。
- オゾン発生装置への電力の供給を確認するため、高電圧高周波電源のコンデンサ結合検出装置を追加して備えたシステムであって、コンデンサ結合検出装置は、
オゾン発生装置への高電圧/高周波リード線と接触した第一のワイヤと、
オゾン発生装置への高電圧/高周波リードと非常に近接した第二のワイヤであって、第一のワイヤとの間が非常に近接しているために電気容量が生じる第二のワイヤと、
電気容量を検出してオゾン発生装置への電力供給を確認するため、第二のワイヤと導通し、マイクロプロセッサ及び単安定素子を備えた検出回路とを、
備えている請求項1〜13の何れか一つに記載のシステム。 - 前記検出回路は、外部電源によって又は前記電気容量によって作動する請求項14記載のシステム。
- 銀又は銀メッキからなる参照電極と、
白金、白金メッキ、金又は金メッキからなる酸化還元電位検出電極と、
水路と流体接触している酸化還元電位センサと、
処理時間を制御する連続監視センサとを、
備えた酸化還元電位センサを、追加して備えた請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 気体を液体に取り込むための渦−ベンチュリであって、
内部チャンバー、液体入口、気体入口、及び気体−液体混合物出口を有する円筒状の本体を備え、内部チャンバーは、液体入口と気体−液体(混合物)出口との間に螺旋状の通路を有し、
内部チャンバーは、直径が小さくなってほぼ円筒状のより狭いウェスト部分を形成する広くなった最初の部分、及びウェスト部分と比較して大きくなった直径にまで広がった広くなった出口部分を備えている渦−ベンチュリにおいて、
内部チャンバーを通って流れる液体の渦効果を生じさせるため、液体入口は、接線方向に配置されて内部チャンバーに入り、気体入口は、ウェスト部分に形成された進入ポートを通じて内部チャンバーに入る渦−ベンチュリ。 - 内部チャンバー内の広くなった出口部分の表面に形成された一以上の羽根を有する請求項17に記載の渦−ベンチュリ。
- オゾン化した液体を製造する衛生化システムであって、
システムを通して液体を循環させるための主ポンプと、
液体容器と、
液体のシステムへの流入とシステムからの流出を同時にできるようにするための、液体容器内の二重逆止め弁と、
液体に取り込むオゾンを生成するためのオゾン発生装置と、
オゾン発生装置からのオゾンを液体に取り込むための、容器内に配置されて二重逆止め弁と流体連通するスパージャーと、
オゾンをスパージャーへと移動させるための、オゾン発生装置と流体連通するオゾンポンプとを、
備えている衛生化システム。 - ポースルー濾過ユニットを、追加して備えている請求項1に記載のシステム。
