Abstract
Description

Claims (43)
- ガイドワイヤ先行型の迅速に交換可能な経管外科手術搬入装置であって、近位端と、主要シャフトと、体内管腔に沿って外科手術部位までガイドワイヤの上をつたって前進させられる遠位部とを有する経管外科手術搬入装置において、
i) ガイドワイヤのためにガイドワイヤ管腔を定めるための管状手段を備え、該管状手段は、遠位部の内部にあって、ガイドワイヤ管腔が主要シャフトの一方側まで延びており、前記管状手段は、主要シャフトの一方側まで延びている近位端開口部を有しており、
ii)管状手段より遠位で外科手術部材を受け入れる管腔を定めるスリーブ型手段を備え、該スリーブ型手段は、近位端を有しており、該近位端は、主要シャフトを覆った際に形状が嵌合するとともに、管状手段の近位端より近位に放射方向先細りになる部分を有しており、前記先細りになる部分が、近位ガイドワイヤ管腔出口ポートを定める、
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記主要シャフトはチューブであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記チューブは内側シャフトを収容し、内側シャフトは、使用時には、チューブに対して滑動することができるため、内側シャフトに手前方向の圧力を加え、それによって、チューブに手前方向引張り力を加えることにより、内側シャフトの遠位端に対して近位方向にスリーブを引き出すことができるようにしたことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記内側シャフトの遠位端がプッシャ材として構成され、スリーブを近位方向に引出す間、外科手術部位に外科手術部材を設置した位置を維持し、体内管腔に対して外科手術部材を露出させるようにしたことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の装置。
