- 前記発光構造が、450nmから480nmまで波長の一次光を放出することができる、請求項1による発光装置。
- 前記発光構造は青色発光LEDである、請求項1による発光装置。
- 前記蛍光体は薄膜層に備えられる、請求項1による発光装置。
- 前記発光スクリーンが、一般式(Sr1-a-bCabBacMgdZne)SixNyOz:Eua(ここで、0.002≦a≦0.2、 0.0≦b≦0.25、 0.0≦c≦0.25、 0.0≦d≦0.25、 0.0≦e≦0.25、 1.5≦x≦2.5、 1.5≦y≦2.5、及び1.5<z<2.5)の緑の蛍光体と赤の蛍光体とを有する、請求項1による発光装置。
