Abstract
Description

By the way, in the driving assistance device as described above, the operation force of the operation lever is converted into an electric signal and output to the control device. Conventionally, the control amount of the accelerator or the brake cannot be adjusted with respect to the operation amount of the operation lever according to the degree of disability, physical ability, skill level, preference, etc. of the disabled person. This was one of the factors that made it difficult to operate the vehicle. Furthermore, depending on conditions such as rain / snow, high-speed driving, parking at a parking lot, etc., there are situations where it is difficult for people with physical disabilities and the like, and technology to assist driving in such situations is desired. It was rare.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to facilitate the driving of the vehicle by adjusting the operability of the operating device in accordance with the ability of the driver and the driving situation.

First, as shown in FIG. 3, the

Further, since the required braking force differs depending on the vehicle speed, a correction coefficient can be set in advance in accordance with the vehicle speed, and the control amount of the brake pedal can be corrected in accordance with the actual vehicle speed.

As shown in FIG. 6, the

For example, when the learning mode is selected on the selection screen illustrated in FIG. 7C, the

Next, the

Next, an example of processing in the driving assistance control mode of the
FIG. 13 is a flowchart illustrating a processing procedure in the driving assistance control mode of the
First, the
As another method, as shown in FIG. 14C, the vehicle speed is limited to a predetermined value, for example, about 5 km / h or less, regardless of the operation position when the operation lever is operated to the accelerator side. The control amount of the
Then, the
If the traffic congestion mode is not selected, the
If it is determined that the vehicle speed is equal to or higher than a predetermined value, it is determined whether the driver has released the operation lever 20 (step ST47). Here, as shown in FIG. 15B, when the driver releases the

In the parking mode, the
Further, the map of the operation amount of the operation lever and the control amount of the accelerator can be made as shown by a dotted line in FIG. In this way, as in the traffic jam mode, the amount of control of the accelerator does not increase if the amount of operation of the operation lever exceeds a certain level. And parking operations become possible.
As another method, as shown in FIG. 16A, the vehicle speed is controlled to a predetermined value or less, for example, about 5 km / h or less regardless of the operation position when the operation lever is operated to the travel position. The control amount of the accelerator may be controlled so as to maintain a constant speed. By doing so, it is not necessary for the user to finely adjust the position of the operation lever in order to control the speed, and the operability of repeat and parking is further improved.

FIG. 18 is a flowchart illustrating an example in which the correction unit 710 performs learning mode processing. First, it is confirmed whether the learning mode is set (step ST100). If not in the learning mode, the process is terminated. For example, when the predetermined operation of the
The position of the operating
If No in step ST110, it is determined whether the position of the
SRAM(揮発性記憶手段702)およびEEPROM(不揮発性記憶手段704)に限界操作位置U1、U2およびユーザ情報を格納する(ステップS132)。
In step ST128, it is determined whether the number of operations Ia or Ib is equal to or less than a predetermined number. If either is less than the predetermined number, the process proceeds to step ST118. It is determined whether the learning mode has been canceled (step ST118). When the learning mode is canceled, the learning is terminated. For example, when the predetermined operation of the
As described above, the correction unit calculates the limit operation positions U1 and U2 of the
Further, the correcting means can set the maximum operation position of the
Furthermore, the correction means sets the average value of the maximum operation positions of the operated
Further, the user performs a predetermined operation as in step ST100, and the
Furthermore, as in step ST118, when the user performs a predetermined operation or when the
Next, FIG. 19 shows a flowchart of another example in which the correction unit 710 performs the learning mode process. Steps ST100 to ST106 are the same as those in FIG. In step ST140, the accelerator-side and brake-side learning completion flags are turned off. It is determined whether the
In step ST144, in the case of No, it is determined whether the operation lever position is on the brake side (step ST154). In the case of No, the operation lever position is neither the accelerator side nor the brake side, and the process proceeds to step ST150 and returns to step ST141. In step ST154, in the case of Yes, the acquired operation lever position is set as the brake side limit operation position U1 (step ST156). The brake-side learning plug is turned on (step ST158).
In step ST150, it is determined whether the accelerator side and brake side learning flags are on. When the learning flag on either the accelerator side or the brake side is not on, the process returns to step ST141. When the accelerator side and brake side learning flags are on, limit operation positions U1, U2 and user information are stored in SRAM (volatile storage means 702) and EEPROM (nonvolatile storage means 704) (step ST132). The driver is notified of the end of learning (step ST134).
In this way, the correcting means 710 can set the operation lever position when the signal for operating the switch is input by the user as the maximum operation position (the limit operation position in FIG. 19) of the operation lever operated during learning. . Accordingly, the user can determine the limit operation position while operating the
Further, as in the example shown in FIG. 18, the user operates the switch several times, each operation lever position is set as the maximum operation position, and the average value of the plurality of maximum operation positions is set as the limit operation position. You can also. Thereby, limit operation positions U1 and U2 closer to the driver's operation range can be calculated. The
Next, a map correction method and a control method of the
Correction means 710 obtains driver user information (step ST164). The acquisition method is performed in the same manner as in step ST114 in FIG. The limit operation position corresponding to the user information is acquired from the SRAM (step ST166). The map is corrected from the acquired limit operation position (step ST168). Details will be described later. The drive control means 712 acquires the operation lever position from the operation device 10 (step ST170). Using the map, the
A method for correcting the map on the accelerator side in step ST168 by the correction means 710 will be described with reference to FIG. Since the map correction method on the brake side is the same as that on the accelerator side, the description is omitted. In FIG. 21, the horizontal axis represents the operation amount corresponding to the operation lever position, and the vertical axis represents the control amount of the
As described above, the correction unit 710 can correct the map by correcting the relationship between the operation amount (operation position) and the control amount in a linear function based on the limit operation position U2. Thereby, the map can be corrected by a simple method. Further, for example, the primary correction coefficient can be changed between a small operation amount and a large operation amount. For example, in the range where the operation amount is small, the coefficient of the linear function can be reduced and the coefficient can be increased in the range where the operation amount is large so that the accelerator drive system does not operate greatly with few operations by the user.
When another user B operates, Y (U0 / U2 ′ × X) is calculated from the limit operation position U2 ′ of the user B as a map (dashed curve in FIG. 21). Thus, in step ST132 of FIGS. 18 and 19, the storage means stores the limit operation position U2 (learning information) together with the user information of the user who has learned. And the correction | amendment means 710 acquires the user information of the user who performs a drive like ST164 of FIG. 20, and acquires the limit operation position corresponding to user information like step ST166. As in step ST168, the map is corrected corresponding to the limit operation position. The drive control means 712 controls the brake drive system 60 (braking system) or the accelerator drive system 70 (acceleration) using the corrected map. Thereby, the user who drives can drive based on the map suitable for each operation range.
As storage means, there are volatile storage means 702 (SRAM) and nonvolatile storage means 704 (EPPROM). Then, as in step ST132 of FIGS. 18 and 19, the limit operation position (learning information) is stored in the
Further, the correction unit 710 calculates a part of the transfer function for the feedback control of the drive system according to the limit operation position, and the
Correction means 710 acquires the limit operation position from SRAM 702 (volatile storage means) (corresponding to ST166 in FIG. 20). Correction means 710 corrects the map (corresponding to ST168 in FIG. 20). At this time, a gain for feedback control of the
A user with a small limit operation position U2 may be in danger if the
Furthermore, when the operation lever position exceeds the limit operation position during driving using the map, the correction unit 710 can change the limit operation position and correct the map again. Hereinafter, the accelerator side will be described as an example using the flowchart of FIG. Since the brake side is the same as the accelerator side, the description is omitted.
Yesの場合、ステップST196に進みSRAM(揮発性記憶手段702)およびEEPEOM(不揮発性記憶手段704)に新たな限界操作位置U2およびユーザ情報を格納する。
FIG. 23 is a flowchart corresponding to steps ST170 to ST174 of FIG. The control other than step S192 is the control performed by the correction unit 710. After step ST168 in FIG. 20, the counter I is set to 0 (step ST180). The operation lever position (operation amount) is acquired from the operation device 10 (step ST182). It is determined whether the acquired operation lever position is larger than the limit operation position U2. In No, it progresses to step ST192. In the case of Yes, I = I + 1 is set and the counter is counted (step ST186). It is determined whether the counter I is smaller than the predetermined number N (step ST188). In the case of No, it is a case where the operation lever position exceeds the limit operation position by a predetermined number N or more. The limit operation position U2 is changed (step ST190). For example, a predetermined amount to be added to the limit operation position U2 is determined in advance, and the limit operation position U2 is changed to the limit operation position U2 in addition to the limit operation position U2. Alternatively, an average value of the operation lever positions exceeding the limit operation position U2 is set as the limit operation position U2. Alternatively, the maximum value of the operation lever position exceeding the limit operation position U2 is set as the limit operation position U2. Etc. can be used. Then, it progresses to step ST192. If Yes in step ST188, the process proceeds to step ST192. In step ST192, the drive control means 712 controls the
Thus, the user's limit operation position U2 can be set appropriately. In this example, before the limit operation position U2 is stored in the storage means, the map is not corrected using the limit operation position U2. Therefore, the changed limit operation position U2 is reflected on the map at the next driving. When the limit operation position U2 is changed, the map can be corrected each time even during driving. In that case, it is realizable by performing step ST168 of FIG. 20 after step ST190.
Further, the correction unit 710 can output the limit operation position U2 (learning information) to the
In the description using FIGS. 17 to 23 described above, the limit operation position is stored in the storage means in step ST132 of FIG. 18 during learning, and the map is corrected in step ST168 of FIG. 20 during operation. The map may be corrected during learning, the map may be stored in the storage means, and the map may be acquired during driving. In this way, at least one of the map (that is, the relationship between the operation position and the control amount) and the limit operation position may be stored. When the map is corrected during driving, the storage capacity of the storage device is small, but time is required for correcting the map during driving. When the map is corrected during learning, the time for correcting the map during driving is not required, but the storage capacity of the storage device is increased. Similarly, the output to the
