Abstract
【解決手段】LED駆動回路は、電圧検出抵抗から検出された電圧によって幅が調整されるスイッチングパルスをスイッチに提供して、スイッチのオン/オフ時間を制御するPWM駆動部を有していて、電圧検出抵抗から検出された電圧値と任意のディミング電圧値を比較する比較部、及び比較部からの比較電圧値が増加するとPWM駆動部から出力されるスイッチングパルスのオン時間を増加させ、比較部からの比較電圧値が減少するとPWM駆動部から出力されるスイッチングパルスのオン時間を減少させる制御信号を生成するPWM制御部を具備し、上記ディミング電圧値に伴いPWM駆動部から出力されるスイッチングパルス幅を制御することによりLEDの輝度を調整する。

Description
上記電圧検出抵抗から検出された電圧値と任意のディミング電圧値を比較する比較部;及び上記比較部から比較された電圧値が増加すると上記PWM駆動部から出力されるスイッチングパルスのオン時間を増加させ、上記比較部から比較された電圧値が減少するとPWM駆動部から出力されるスイッチングパルスのオン時間を減少させる制御信号を生成するPWM制御部を具備し、上記ディミング電圧値に伴いPWM駆動部から出力されるスイッチングパルス幅を制御することによりLEDの輝度を調整することを特徴とするディミング回路を有するLED駆動回路を提供する。

Claims (5)
- 電圧検出抵抗から検出された電圧によって幅が調整されるスイッチングパルスをスイッチに提供することによりスイッチのオン/オフ時間を制御するPWM駆動部を有するLED駆動回路において、
上記電圧検出抵抗から検出された電圧値と任意のディミング電圧値を比較する比較部;及び
上記比較部から比較された電圧値が増加すると上記PWM駆動部から出力されるスイッチングパルスのオン(on)時間を増加させ、上記比較部から比較された電圧値が減少するとPWM駆動部から出力されるスイッチングパルスのオン時間を減少させる制御信号を生成するPWM制御部を具備し、
上記ディミング電圧値に伴いPWM駆動部から出力されるスイッチングパルス幅を制御することによりLEDの輝度を調整することを特徴とするディミング回路を有するLED駆動回路。 - 上記電圧検出抵抗から検出された電圧値を増幅し上記比較部へ提供する増幅部をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のディミング回路を有するLED駆動回路。
- 上記PWM駆動部は印加される電圧が増加する場合出力されるスイッチングパルスのオン時間を増加させ、印加される電圧が減少する場合出力されるスイッチングパルスのオン時間を減少させるコンプ(comp)端子を有するPW ICで、上記PWM制御部の制御信号が上記コンプ端子に印加されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のディミング回路を有するLED駆動回路。
- 上記PWM制御部は、上記比較部の比較値が印加されるベースと、上記コンプ端子に連結されたエミッタと、接地に連結されたコレクターを有するpnpトランジスタを含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のディミング回路を有するLED駆動回路。
- 上記LEDの輝度を調整するための操作をする操作部と、
上記操作部の操作に伴う輝度調整信号を生成するマイクロコントローラ及び
上記マイクロコントローラから生成された輝度調整信号を上記ディミング電圧で出力するデジタル−アナログ変換部をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のディミング回路を有するLED駆動回路。
