Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an air-core coil and an air-core coil manufacturing method.
In the present specification, the “height of the air core coil” refers to the thickness of the air core coil orthogonal to the winding direction of the fusion wire. Further, the “width of the air-core coil” means a distance in a direction orthogonal to both the winding direction of the fusion wire and the height direction of the air-core coil. Furthermore, the “space factor” is the sum of the cross-sectional areas of the fusion core existing in the cross-section portion of the air-core coil perpendicular to the winding direction of the fusion-bond wire, and is specified from the outer shape of the cross-section of the air-core coil. The value divided by the total cross-sectional area.
Conventionally, a coil in which a fusion wire comprising a conductive wire, an insulating coating covering the periphery of the conductive wire, and a fusion coating further covering the insulating coating is wound in an air-core shape, that is, a ferromagnetic body, etc. Air-core coils that do not have a winding core are used in various motors such as linear motors and lens driving devices for optical head devices. As this type of air-core coil, there is known, for example, an air-
Various fusion wires are used for the air-
FIG. 18 shows an example of a cross section α of an air-
Further, FIG. 19 shows an example of the cross section α of the air-
Conventionally, in the case of the air-
Therefore, as a method of improving the substantial space factor of the air-
Further, as in the air-
However, in the method described in
Further, as a method for solving the above-mentioned third problem, in the winding machine for winding the
Further, as a method for solving the above-mentioned third problem, a method of winding the
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a structure capable of improving the space factor without damaging the insulating film of the fusion wire in the air-core coil formed by winding the fusion wire in an aligned winding. An object of the present invention is to provide an air core coil and a method for manufacturing the air core coil.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a structure capable of improving the dimensional accuracy without damaging the insulating film of the fused wire in an air core coil formed by being wound in an air core shape. An object of the present invention is to provide an air core coil and a method for manufacturing the air core coil.
Furthermore, another object of the present invention is to provide an air core coil that is formed by being wound in an air core shape and has a straight side portion that is linearly formed on the inner peripheral side when viewed from the height direction. An object of the present invention is to provide an air-core coil and a method of manufacturing an air-core coil that have a configuration that can sufficiently suppress bulges that occur in a straight side and can secure the dimensions required for the straight side.
In order to solve the above problems, in the present invention, a fusion wire comprising a conductive wire, an insulating coating covering the periphery of the conductive wire, and a fusion coating further covering the periphery of the insulating coating is formed into an air core in an aligned winding. In the air-core coil formed by winding, at least a part of the air-core coil is pressurized in at least one of the height direction and the direction orthogonal to the height direction within the elastic deformation range of the conducting wire. And the pressurization portion has a space factor of 84% or more and less than 91%.
In the present invention, at least a part of the air-core coil is pressurized within at least one of the height direction and the direction orthogonal to the height direction within the elastic deformation range of the conducting wire. Therefore, the space factor of the pressurized portion can be improved without damaging the insulating coating. Moreover, since the space factor of a pressurization part is 84% or more, a space factor can be improved compared with the conventional air-core coil. Furthermore, since the space factor of the pressurized portion is less than 91%, the space factor can be more efficiently improved in relation to the applied pressure.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a fusion wire comprising a conductive wire, an insulating coating covering the periphery of the conductive wire, and a fusion coating further covering the periphery of the insulating coating. In an air-core coil formed by being rotated, at least a part of the air-core coil is pressurized within at least one of its height direction and a direction orthogonal to the height direction within the elastic deformation range of the conducting wire. In addition, the dimensional accuracy in the pressurizing direction is ± 0.2% or less.
In the present invention, at least a part of the air-core coil is pressurized within at least one of the height direction and the direction orthogonal to the height direction within the elastic deformation range of the conducting wire. Therefore, the dimensional accuracy in the pressurized direction can be improved without damaging the insulating coating. Further, since the dimensional accuracy in the pressing direction is ± 0.2% or less, the dimensional accuracy in the pressing direction can be improved as compared with the conventional air-core coil.
Furthermore, in order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention provides an air core having a substantially rectangular fused wire, which includes a conductive wire, an insulating coating that covers the periphery of the conductive wire, and a fusion coating that further covers the periphery of the insulating coating. In the air core coil formed by being wound in a shape, the air core coil includes a plurality of straight side portions formed in a linear shape when viewed from the height direction of the air core coil, and at least one of the straight side portions is While being pressed within the elastic deformation range of the conducting wire in a direction perpendicular to the height direction of the air-core coil and the winding direction of the fusion wire, the bulging rate on the outer peripheral side of the straight side in this pressing direction is It is 5.0% or less.
Here, in this specification, “the bulging rate on the outer peripheral side of the straight side portion” means the width W1 of the straight side portion at the center portion in the longitudinal direction of the straight side portion and the straight side portion at both end portions of the straight side portion. The difference from the width W2 is expressed as a ratio and is calculated by the following equation.
Swelling rate = {1- (W2 / W1)} × 100 (Formula 1)
In the present invention, at least one of the plurality of straight side portions whose inner peripheral side is formed in a straight line when viewed from the height direction of the air core coil is in the height direction of the air core coil and the winding direction of the fusion wire. Pressurization is performed in a direction orthogonal to each other, and the bulging rate on the outer peripheral side of the straight side portion in the pressurization direction is 5.0% or less. That is, pressure is applied in the direction in which the bulge of the straight side portion occurs, and the bulge rate on the outer peripheral side of the straight side portion is 5.0% or less. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the bulge generated in the straight side portion, and to secure a dimension in a direction orthogonal to the height direction required in the straight side portion and the winding direction of the fusion wire. Moreover, since the straight side portion is pressurized within the elastic deformation range of the conducting wire, damage to the insulating coating can be prevented.
In the present invention, the air-core coil is formed in a polygonal shape, and at least any one of the plurality of linear side portions is not pressurized, and the bulge rate on the outer peripheral side in the width direction orthogonal to the height direction of the air-core coil. It is preferable that there is a straight side where 12.5% or more. If comprised in this way, it will become unnecessary to pressurize the linear side part from which a swelling rate will be 12.5% or more, and manufacture of an air-core coil will become easy.
In the present invention, the air-core coil includes a plurality of arc portions whose inner peripheral side is formed in an arc shape when viewed from the height direction of the air-core coil, and at least one of the plurality of linear side portions and the plurality of arc portions. One of them is not pressurized, and it is preferable that there is a straight side portion or a circular arc portion in which the bulging rate on the outer peripheral side in the width direction orthogonal to the height direction of the air-core coil is 12.5% or more. If comprised in this way, it will become unnecessary to pressurize the linear side part or circular arc part from which a swelling rate will be 12.5% or more, and manufacture of an air-core coil will become easy.
Here, in this specification, “the bulging rate on the outer circumferential side of the arc portion” means the width W1 ′ of the arc portion in the central portion in the circumferential direction of the arc portion and the width of the arc portion in both end portions in the circumferential direction of the arc portion. The difference from W2 ′ is expressed as a ratio and is calculated by the following equation.
Swelling rate = {1- (W2 ′ / W1 ′)} × 100 (Formula 2)
In the present invention, the air-core coil is formed by winding with an aligned winding, and a cross point where the fusion lines intersect when wound by an aligned winding is a plurality of linear side portions or a plurality of arc portions. It is preferable that the bulge rate in the width direction on the outer peripheral side of the straight side portion or the arc portion where the cross point is formed is 12.5% or more. If comprised in this way, it will become unnecessary to pressurize the linear side part or circular arc part in which the cross point was formed, and if it pressurizes, the damage of the insulating film in the cross point which tends to cause a damage to an insulating film can be prevented.
In the present invention, it is preferable that the fusion coating is a fusion resin, and the fusion resin that is thermally deformed is filled between the fusion lines. That is, it is preferable that a gap between the fusion lines formed after winding of the fusion line is filled with a fusion resin in which the fusion coating is thermally deformed during heating. If comprised in this way, the melt | fusion film which coat | covers conducting wire will be thin by the quantity of the melt | fusion film with which a space | gap is filled, As a result, the space factor of an air-core coil can be raised. In addition, variations in the dimensions of the air-core coil caused by the fusion coating, such as variations in the thickness of the fusion coating, can be suppressed. Furthermore, the adhesive strength between the fusion wires is increased by the fusion resin filled in the gap, and the rigidity of the air-core coil is also increased.
Furthermore, in order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention provides a fusion wire comprising a conductive wire, an insulating coating that covers the periphery of the conductive wire, and a fusion coating that further covers the periphery of the insulating coating. In a manufacturing method of an air core coil formed by being wound in a core shape, a fusion wire is wound in an air core shape, and then at least a part of the air core coil is orthogonal to the height direction and the height direction. While pressurizing in at least one of the directions within the elastic deformation range of the conducting wire, the space factor of the pressurized portion is set to 84% or more and less than 91%.
In the manufacturing method of the present invention, at least a part of the air-core coil is pressed in at least one of the height direction and the direction orthogonal to the height direction within the elastic deformation range of the conductive wire, so that the insulating coating is damaged. The space factor of the pressurized portion can be improved without any problems.
In the manufacturing method of the air-core coil formed by being rotated, the fusion wire is wound in an air-core shape, and then at least any one of the height direction and the direction orthogonal to the height direction of at least a part of the air-core coil. On the other hand, pressure is applied within the elastic deformation range of the conducting wire, and the dimensional accuracy in the pressing direction is ± 0.2% or less.
In the manufacturing method of the present invention, at least a part of the air-core coil is pressed in at least one of the height direction and the direction orthogonal to the height direction within the elastic deformation range of the conductive wire, so that the insulating coating is damaged. Therefore, the dimensional accuracy in the pressurized direction can be improved. Further, since the dimensional accuracy in the pressing direction is ± 0.2% or less, the dimensional accuracy in the pressing direction can be improved as compared with the conventional air-core coil.
Furthermore, in order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention provides a fusion wire comprising a conductive wire, an insulating coating covering the periphery of the conductive wire, and a fusion coating further covering the periphery of the insulating coating. In the manufacturing method of the air-core coil formed by being rotated, the fusion wire is formed in an air-core shape so as to have a plurality of straight side portions in which the inner peripheral side is formed linearly when viewed from the height direction of the air-core coil. Winding, and then pressurizing at least one of the straight sides within the elastic deformation range of the conductor in a direction perpendicular to the height direction of the air-core coil and the winding direction of the fusion wire, The swelling ratio on the outer peripheral side of the straight side portion in the pressing direction is 5.0% or less.
In the manufacturing method of the present invention, at least one of the plurality of straight side portions, the inner circumference of which is formed in a straight line when viewed from the height direction of the air core coil, is wound on the height direction of the air core coil and the fusion wire. Pressurization is performed in a direction orthogonal to the rotation direction, and the bulging rate on the outer peripheral side of the straight side portion in the pressurization direction is 5.0% or less.
In the method for manufacturing an air-core coil in the present invention, it is preferable to heat the wound fusion wire after the fusion wire is wound. The wound fusion wire can be heated by at least one heating method of energizing the conducting wire, mounting to a heated mold, infrared irradiation, and hot air blowing. If comprised in this way, the pressurizing force at the time of pressurization can be lowered | hung by heating, and an air core coil can be pressurized easily. In addition, since the applied pressure can be lowered, damage to the insulating coating during pressurization can be reliably prevented. Furthermore, when heating is performed before pressurization, the fusion coating is easily melted, so that the space factor can be improved more effectively and dimensional accuracy can be ensured. Moreover, the swelling rate can be more effectively suppressed.
As described above, in the present invention, the space factor of the air-core coil formed by winding the fusion wire in an aligned winding can be improved without damaging the insulation film of the fusion wire. Moreover, in this invention, the dimensional accuracy of the air-core coil formed by being wound in the air-core shape can be improved without damaging the insulating coating of the fused wire. Furthermore, in the present invention, the bulge generated in the straight side portion of the air core coil that is formed to be wound in an air core shape and has a straight side portion that is formed in a straight shape when viewed from the height direction is sufficiently obtained. It can suppress and can ensure the dimension required for a straight side part.

As shown in FIG. 1A, the

(Air core coil manufacturing method)
A method for manufacturing the air-
First, the
A part of the cross-section EE at one end of the
A part of the cross section FF of the central portion of the
Moreover, the state of the both ends of the
Thereafter, the fused
A part of the cross section FF at the center of the
Further, since the
The manufacturing method for forming the air-
In the
(Main effects of the first embodiment)
As described above, in the air-
Further, by applying a predetermined pressing force, variation in the size of the
In particular, in this embodiment, since the cross points 7 are not formed on the
On the other hand, since the air-
In this embodiment, as one of the manufacturing methods of the air-
Moreover, when the manufacturing method which heats by a heating step and pressurizes by a pressurization step is employ | adopted after a winding step, the fusion | melting
Among the main effects of the present embodiment described above, the effect that the space factor of the
First, the effect that the space factor of the
FIG. 8 shows the relationship between the applied pressure and the space factor, where the horizontal axis is the applied pressure (MPa, expressed as pressing pressure in the figure), and the vertical axis is the space factor (%). As shown in data S1 of FIG. 8, when the applied pressure is increased, the space factor can be increased to 84% or more, and the space factor can be increased as compared with the conventional air-core coil. On the other hand, when the
Further, data S2 in FIG. 8 shows the relationship between the applied pressure and the space factor when heating is not performed before pressurization and other conditions are the same as described above. Even in this case, when the applied pressure is increased, the space factor can be increased to 84% or more, and the space factor can be increased as compared with the conventional air-core coil. On the other hand, when heating is not performed, since the
As described above, when the wound air-

As described above, since the air-

As a result of the experiment, in the state before pressurization, the average value of the width dimension W2 in the Y direction of both end portions of the
On the other hand, when heating is not performed before pressurization and other conditions are the same as described above, the average value of the width dimension W2 before pressurization is 6.78 mm, and the average value of the width dimension W1 is 6.97 mm. Yes, the average swelling rate was 2.7%. In the 20 samples, the maximum value of the swelling rate was 5.1%. On the other hand, the average value of the width dimension W2 after pressurization was 6.77 mm, the average value of the width dimension W1 was 6.80 mm, and the bulge rate of the average value was 0.4%. In the 20 samples, the maximum value of the swelling rate was 1.5%. Thus, even if it is a case where it does not heat before pressurization, the swelling of the

In addition, the dispersion | variation in the width dimension W1 at the time of pressurizing after a heating is shown in FIG. FIG. 10 shows the variation of the width dimension W1 before and after pressing, with the horizontal axis representing the number of samples and the vertical axis representing the width dimension (mm). That is, the data S7 in FIG. 10 shows the variation in the width dimension W1 before pressurization, and the data S8 shows the variation in the width dimension W1 after pressurization.
As described above, the
More specifically, when 10 air-

FIG. 11 is a perspective view showing an air-

Here, the α winding is a winding method in which both ends after the
In the following description, the longitudinal direction of the
The air-
First, the
A part of the cross-section ee at one end portion of the
A part of the cross section ff of the central portion of the
Thereafter, the fused
A part of the cross section ff of the central portion of the
Further, since the
As in the first embodiment described above, the
(Main effects of the second embodiment)
Also in the second embodiment, the effect that the space factor of the
Further, when adopting a manufacturing method in which pressurization is performed after heating, the pressurizing force at the time of pressurization can be lowered as in the first embodiment, so that the air-

On the other hand, when heating is not performed before pressurization and other conditions are the same as described above, the average value of the width dimension W4 before pressurization is 12.58 mm, and the average value of the width dimension W3 is 13.93 mm. Yes, the average swelling rate was 9.6%. In the 20 samples, the maximum value of the swelling rate was 20.2%. In contrast, the average value of the width dimension W4 after pressurization was 12.57 mm, the average value of the width dimension W3 was 12.98 mm, and the bulge rate of the average value was 3.2%.

Further, the winding shape of the fusion wire is not limited to the rectangular air core shape described in each of the above-described embodiments, and the fusion wire may have other shapes such as a circular air core shape or a triangular air core shape. You may wind in an air core shape. In addition, for example, when winding in the shape of a triangular air core with aligned winding, the apex part of the triangle is used as a cross point forming part where all the cross points are formed so as not to pressurize the cross point forming part. Just do it. In addition, when winding in the shape of a triangular air core, three straight side portions are formed, and the height direction of the air core coil and the winding of the welding wire are formed with respect to these straight side portions. By applying pressure from a direction orthogonal to the rotation direction, the bulging rate toward the outer peripheral side of the straight side portion can be set to 5.0% or less.
1 and 11 show air core coils 1 and 21 having a certain thickness, but the air core coil of the present invention has a small dimension in the height direction (Z direction). An air core coil having a shape may be used.
In the first embodiment described above, the outer peripheral side of the
Furthermore, the air-core coil of the present invention can be used for various electronic and electric devices such as a lens driving device of an optical head device in addition to a motor such as a linear motor.
