Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a speaker inspection method and a speaker accessory device suitable for inspecting whether there is a failure such as disconnection of a speaker.
By the way, in the inspection method disclosed in Non-Patent Document 1 described above, the detected sound is affected by surrounding background noise, installation conditions of the microphone to receive the sound, orientation, and the like. Therefore, this inspection method cannot be easily implemented by anyone. The inspection method using an oscilloscope can measure in detail, but requires specialized knowledge for operation. Therefore, this inspection method cannot be easily implemented by anyone. As described above, the means for failure inspection that have been provided in the past have not been easy for anyone to implement.
The present invention has been made in view of the circumstances described above, and a speaker inspection method capable of easily inspecting the presence or absence of a speaker failure without requiring skill, and a speaker convenient for such inspection. An object is to provide an accessory device.

According to these speaker attachment devices, the above-described speaker inspection method can be more easily implemented.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a diagram for explaining the principle of a speaker inspection method according to an embodiment of the present invention. In this figure, the signal source 1 is a device that generates a driving signal for the speaker 3 and may have any configuration. For example, the signal source 1 may be various audio sources such as a CD playback device and a tuner, and may be an oscillator. The amplifier 2 amplifies the drive signal output from the signal source 1 and gives it to the speaker 3. If there is no failure, the speaker 3 is driven by this drive signal, and vibrates a vibrating portion such as cone paper in front of it. A vibrating portion such as cone paper normally vibrates at a frequency of several tens of Hz to several tens of thousands of Hz, and its amplitude is about several millimeters, but it is difficult to visually confirm this vibration. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the light source 4 capable of outputting non-diffused light such as beam light is used, and the non-diffused light output from the light source 4 is emitted from the direction inclined obliquely with respect to the axis 5 of the speaker 3. The light is incident on the surface of the vibration part 3. And it is test | inspected whether the speaker 3 is operate | moving by confirming the irradiation part of the non-diffuse light in the surface of a vibration part. The light source 4 is preferably a laser having a sharp directivity and capable of irradiating the vibrating part with non-diffused light having a small spot diameter.
Various aspects can be considered for the speaker inspection method according to the present embodiment. Examples are shown below. In the example shown in FIG. 2, in the speaker 3, non-diffused light from the light source 4 is incident on the surface of the
In the example shown in FIG. 3, non-diffused light from the light source 4 is incident in a direction that passes through the surface of the edge of the
In the example shown in FIG. 4, non-diffused light from the light source 4 is incident obliquely on the surface of the
In carrying out the speaker inspection method described above, it is convenient to have a speaker accessory device that irradiates non-diffused light to an appropriate position of the vibration part of the speaker 3 from an appropriate direction. An example of such a speaker accessory device will be described below.
The
The
