Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a surface treatment method, a decorative article, and a watch.
Decorative items such as exterior parts for watches have excellent aesthetic appearance, durability such as scratch resistance (scratch resistance) and scratch resistance (scratch resistance). Is required.
In order to achieve such an object, for example, there is an attempt to provide a film made of a Cr compound on the surface of a metal member.
By providing such a coating, it becomes difficult to have scratches, dents or the like with high hardness.
However, the coating as described above may be cracked due to a relatively large impact. Even when such a crack occurs, it is required to re-form the film by repair without discarding from the viewpoint of saving resources.
Conventionally, an aqueous solution of sodium carbonate has been used to remove a film composed of a Cr compound (see, for example, Patent Document 1). Thereby, the film comprised with Cr compound can be removed comparatively easily and reliably. However, when sodium carbonate is used, the film composed of the Cr compound can be removed, but there is a problem that the vicinity of the surface of the metal member as the base material is altered or discolored. When such alteration or discoloration occurs, there is a problem in that sufficient adhesion cannot be obtained even if a film composed of a Cr compound is re-formed on the substrate. Further, when the film to be re-formed is relatively thin, the discoloration as described above may adversely affect the appearance of the ornament.
In addition, prior to re-forming the coating, it may be possible to remove the portion (denatured discoloration portion) that has undergone alteration or discoloration by mechanical treatment such as buffing or chemical treatment using nitric acid or the like. However, in such a case, there is a problem that the surface of the base material becomes rough and the appearance after the re-formation of the coating film becomes inferior.
An object of the present invention is to provide a surface treatment method capable of suitably removing a film mainly composed of a Cr compound provided on a base material composed mainly of Ti in the vicinity of the surface.

[Surface treatment method]
In the surface treatment method of the present embodiment, the workpiece 1 (member 10) as described above is (3a) first subjected to anodic electrolysis using a first treatment liquid containing 5 to 20 wt% phosphoric acid. Step (3b) and a second step (3c) of applying a second treatment liquid containing 35 to 40 vol% sulfuric acid and 35 to 40 vol% nitric acid to the
<First step>
In the first step, anodic electrolytic treatment using a first treatment liquid containing phosphoric acid is performed.
The content rate of phosphoric acid in the 1st process liquid used at this process is 5-20 wt%. When the phosphoric acid content is within the above range, the
Further, in this step, it is characterized in that a liquid containing a predetermined amount of phosphoric acid (first treatment liquid) is used, and even if an electrolytic treatment using a liquid not containing phosphoric acid is performed, The effect of the present invention cannot be obtained. For example, when a liquid such as an aqueous solution of sodium carbonate is used, the
As described above, the content of phosphoric acid in the first treatment liquid used in this step is 5 to 20 wt%, preferably 6 to 18 wt%, and more preferably 7 to 16 wt%. Preferably, it is 8-15 wt%. As a result, the effects as described above appear more remarkable. Moreover, when the content rate of phosphoric acid is a value within the above range, the surface state of the
Moreover, it is preferable that the current density at the time of an anodic electrolysis process is 0.3-3.0 A / dm < 2 >, and it is more preferable that it is 0.8-2.0 A / dm < 2 >. Thereby, while preventing the bad influence with respect to the
Moreover, the liquid temperature of the 1st process liquid in this process (anodic electrolysis process) is although it does not specifically limit, It is preferable that it is 15-30 degreeC, and it is more preferable that it is 18-28 degreeC. Thereby, while preventing the bad influence with respect to the

Further, in this step, the
Second processing liquid used in this step are those containing 35~40Vol%
As described above, the content of sulfuric acid in the second treatment liquid is 35 to 40 vol%, but preferably 36 to 39 vol%. As a result, the effects as described above are further prominent.
Further, as described above, the nitric acid content in the second treatment liquid is 35 to 40 vol%, but preferably 36 to 39 vol%. As a result, the effects as described above are further prominent.

Next, a second embodiment of the surface treatment method and decorative article of the present invention will be described.
FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view showing the surface treatment method of the present embodiment.
Hereinafter, the surface treatment method and the decorative article of the second embodiment will be described with a focus on differences from the above-described embodiment, and descriptions of similar matters will be omitted.
As shown in FIG. 4, the surface treatment method of this embodiment is a mask formation step of covering a mask 4 on a part (4a) of the

Examples of the material constituting the mask 4 include resin materials such as acrylic resin, polyimide resin, polysulfone resin, epoxy resin, and fluorine resin, Au, Ni, Pd, Cu, Ag, Ti, and Cr. A metal material such as can be used.
The method for forming the mask 4 is not particularly limited. For example, coating such as dipping, brush coating, spray coating, electrostatic coating, and electrodeposition coating, wet plating methods such as electrolytic plating, immersion plating, and electroless plating, and thermal CVD. Examples thereof include chemical vapor deposition (CVD) such as plasma CVD and laser CVD, dry plating such as vacuum deposition, sputtering and ion plating, and thermal spraying.
Although the average thickness of the mask 4 is not specifically limited, For example, it is preferable that it is 100-2000 micrometers, and it is more preferable that it is 500-1000 micrometers.

The mask 4 is preferably transparent. Thereby, it becomes possible to visually recognize the close contact state with the

Next, the ornament was obtained by removing a mask using a mask remover. The removal of the mask was performed by immersing the workpiece (the substrate coated with the mask and the coating) in the masking removal agent. At this time, a mixed solution of a halogen compound solvent and a ketone solvent was used as a masking remover. Moreover, the temperature of the masking removal agent and the immersion time in the masking removal agent in this step were 30 ° C. and 30 minutes, respectively.

<Sample No. 2-10>
In the first step, sample No. 1 was used except that a 15 wt% sodium carbonate aqueous solution was used instead of the phosphoric acid aqueous solution. A decorative article was produced in the same manner as in 2-1.
<Sample No. 2-11>
In the second step, the sample No. 1 was used except that hydrofluoric acid was used as the second treatment liquid. A decorative article was produced in the same manner as in 2-10. The content of HF in the second treatment liquid was 5 wt%, and the content of nitric acid (HNO 3 ) was 37 wt%.
<Sample No. 2-12>
In the second step, instead of using the second treatment liquid, the sample No. 1 was used except that an attempt was made to remove the altered color-change layer existing near the surface of the substrate by buffing. A decorative article was produced in the same manner as in 2-10. As a result, it was not possible to sufficiently remove the deteriorated discoloration layer, and the surface of the substrate could not be selectively polished, and the mask and the coating film covered with the mask were polished.
The processing conditions for each sample are shown in Tables 4 and 5 together with the surface roughness Ra of the substrate and the surface roughness Ra of the re-formed film.
