Description
本発明によれば、以下の硬化性組成物、その硬化物及び積層体を提供できる。
[1]有機溶剤を除く組成物全量を100質量%として、
(A)重合性不飽和基を有する有機化合物を結合させてなる金属酸化物粒子 30〜80質量%、及び
(B)分子中に芳香環構造を有し、3個以上の(メタ)アクリロイル基を有するウレタン(メタ)アクリレート 5〜50質量%
を含有する硬化性組成物;
[2]前記(A)成分の粒子中における有機化合物が、重合性不飽和基に加えて、下記式(1)に示す基を有する上記[1]に記載の硬化性組成物。
[3]前記(A)成分の粒子中における有機化合物が、分子内にシラノール基を有する化合物又は加水分解によってシラノール基を生成する化合物である上記[1]又は[2]に記載の硬化性組成物;
[4]前記(B)成分の(メタ)アクリロイル基1つ当たりの分子量が、400以下である前記[1]〜[3]のいずれかに記載の硬化性組成物;
[5]前記(B)成分の分子中に芳香環構造を有し、3個以上の(メタ)アクリロイル基を有するウレタンアクリレートが、下記式(3)で示される化合物である上記[1]〜[4]のいずれかに記載の硬化性組成物;
[7]透明基材上に上記[6]に記載の硬化層を有する積層体;及び
[8]透明基材、上記[6]に記載の硬化層及び低屈折率層をこの順に積層してなる反射防止膜。
