Abstract
触媒活性の高い触媒構造を提供することにある。また、機能の高い排ガス処理システムを提供すること。
【解決手段】
担体と、前記担体の上に形成された触媒粒子とを備え、前記担体を構成する材料の格子定数と前記触媒粒子を構成する材料の格子定数の差が16%以下である。あるいは更に、1%以上であるように構成することが好ましい。

Description
本願発明の課題は例えば、下記の構成を備えた触媒構造体により解決される。
(1):担体と、前記担体の上に形成されたナノドットと、前記ナノドットの上に形成された触媒粒子を備えた触媒構造において、前記担体を構成する材料の格子定数と前記ナノドットを構成する材料の格子定数の差を1%以上16%以下とすることである。
(2):担体と、前記担体に隣接して形成されたナノドットと、前記ナノドットの上に形成された触媒粒子と、前記触媒粒子に接触して形成されたコーティング材料を備えた触媒構造において、前記担体を構成する材料の格子定数と前記ナノドットを構成する材料の格子定数の差を1%以上16%以下とすることである。
Claims (15)
- 担体と、前記担体の上に形成されたナノドットと、前記ナノドットの上に形成された触媒粒子とを備え、前記担体を構成する材料の格子定数と前記ナノドットを構成する材料の格子定数の差が1%以上16%以下であることを特徴とする排ガス処理用の触媒構造体。
- 担体と、前記担体に隣接して形成されたナノドットと、前記ナノドットの上に形成された触媒粒子と、前記触媒粒子に接触して形成されたコーティング材料とを備え、前記担体を構成する材料の格子定数とナノドットを構成する材料の格子定数の差が16%以下であることを特徴とする排ガス処理用の触媒構造体。
- 前記ナノドットおよび前記触媒粒子の主構成材料が高融点金属炭化物である請求項1に記載の排ガス処理用の触媒構造体。
- 前記ナノドットおよび前記触媒粒子の主構成材料がWCまたはMoCまたはTaCである請求項1に記載の排ガス処理用の触媒構造体。
- 前記担体の主構成元素がAl、Ti、TiN、W、Mo、Hfの群から選ばれる一つを有する請求項1に記載の排ガス処理用の触媒構造体。
- 前記ナノドットおよび前記触媒粒子の主構成材料がWCまたはMoCまたはTaCを有し、前記触媒粒子の大きさが2.6 nm以上4.2 nm以下であり、前記担体の主構成元素がAl、Ti、TiN、W、Mo、Hfの群から選ばれる一つを有し、前記コーティング材料の主構成材料がDNA分子である請求項2に記載の排ガス処理用の触媒構造体。
- 前記ナノドットおよび前記触媒粒子の主構成材料が高融点金属炭化物であり、前記担体の主構成元素がAl、Ti、TiN、W、Mo、Hfの群から選ばれる一つであり、前記コーティング材料の主構成材料がカーボンナノホーンである請求項2に記載の排ガス処理用の触媒構造体。
- 前記ナノドットおよび前記触媒粒子の主構成材料がWCまたはMoCまたはTaCを有し、前記担体の主構成元素がAl、Ti、TiN、W、Mo、Hfの群から選ばれる一つを有し、前記コーティング材料の主構成材料がカーボンナノホーンである請求項2に記載の排ガス処理用の触媒構造体。
- 内燃機関からの排ガス供給部と、前記排ガス供給部から供給された前記排ガスが導入される触媒コンバータとを備えた内燃機関の排ガス浄化システムであって、前記触媒コンバータは、請求項1から請求項8の何れかに記載の触媒構造体を備えていることを特徴とする排ガス浄化システム。
- 排ガスの供給部と、前記供給された排ガス中の煤塵を除去する第一バグフィルタ装置と、前記第一バグフィルタ装置を経た排ガスに含まれる有機ハロゲン化合物を除去する吸着剤充填層装置と、前記吸着剤充填層装置を経た排ガス中の酸性成分を除去する第二バグフィルタ装置を備えた排ガス処理システムであって、前記吸着剤充填層装置が請求項1から請求項8の何れかに記載の触媒構造体を備えていることを特徴とする排ガス処理システム。
- 担体を準備する工程と、物理蒸着または化学気相蒸着(CVD)により前記担体を構成する材料の格子定数との差が1%以上16%以下である格子定数を有する材料のナノドットを前記担体の上に形成する工程と、前記ナノドットの上に触媒粒子を形成する工程とを備えることを特徴とする排ガス処理用触媒構造体の製造方法。
- 前記ナノドットおよび前記触媒粒子の主構成材料が高融点金属炭化物である請求項11に記載の排ガス処理用触媒構造体の製造方法。
- 前記ナノドットおよび前記触媒粒子の主構成材料がWCまたはMoCまたはTaCである請求項11に記載の排ガス処理用触媒構造体の製造方法。
- 前記担体の主構成元素がAl、Ti、TiN、W、Mo、Hfの群から選ばれる一つを有する請求項11に記載の排ガス処理用触媒構造体の製造方法。
- 前記触媒粒子は、物理蒸着または化学気相蒸着(CVD)によって前記ナノドットの上に形成されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の排ガス処理用触媒構造体の製造方法。
