As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the

In the
In the present embodiment, the fixed
Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the fixed
FIG. 4 illustrates only the diaphragm, the fixed electrode, and the silicon substrate that constitute the capacitance type pressure sensor of the present embodiment in order to explain the principle that the linearity of the capacitance change amount with respect to the pressure change amount can be improved. FIG. FIG. 4A is a diagram for explaining a state in which no pressure is applied to the diaphragm, and FIG. 4B is a diagram for explaining a state in which the pressure is acting on the diaphragm.
In FIG. 4, “d” indicates the width of the
The total capacity C of the
In the above equation (Equation 2), “S (r)” is the area for forming the capacitance, “ε 0 ” is the dielectric constant of vacuum, “ε r ” is the relative dielectric constant, and “a” is the
In the above formula [Equation 2], the width d-ω (r) of the
As shown in the above formula [Equation 1], the change amount ω of the width d of the
For example, when the fixed electrode has the same shape as the diaphragm as in the conventional capacitance type pressure sensor, the area S (r) for forming the capacitance is constant regardless of the distance r. As can be seen from the equation [Equation 2], when the distance r is large, the change amount ω of the width d of the
On the other hand, when the fixed
Furthermore, by making the shape of the fixed
First, y = a (2 / a 2) approximation of the
Above from equation [Equation 1] [Equation 4], both the area S 2 to form the variation ω and capacitance of the width d of the
Further, in the capacitance

(Support substrate formation process)
First, as shown in FIG. 6A, a part of the
Subsequently, a conductive metal film to be the fixed

As described in the above embodiment, in the capacitive pressure sensor of the present invention, the fixed
The fixed
Also in the capacitance type pressure sensor having the fixed
In addition, since the

Also in the capacitive pressure sensor including the fixed
Further, since the
Here, for example, n = 6 is not preferable because an influence of a decrease in sensitivity due to a decrease in the area of the fixed electrode appears.
Further, as described in the above-described embodiment, in the capacitive pressure sensor of the present invention, the diaphragm can be circular, but the capacitive pressure sensor of the present invention is limited to the above-described example. However, the shape of the diaphragm may be a rectangle.
"Example 2"
Next, a capacitive actuator according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described. FIG. 10 is a plan view showing a capacitive actuator according to the second embodiment of the present invention.
A
The
In the
Since the
