Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明の車両用衝突安全システムは、原動機M,GEと、複数の衝突検知手段Fr1,Fr2,Rr1,Rr2と、演算手段HVECUと、をもち、演算手段HVECUが衝突と判定したときに原動機Mと動力源Bとの接続を遮断する車両用衝突安全システムであって、少なくとも二つの衝突検知手段からの衝突信号にもとづいて衝突と判定することを特徴とする。本発明のシステムを搭載した車両は、高い安全性をもつようになった。

Description
本発明の衝突安全システムは、電動機をもつ原動機と、電動機と電気的に接続され充放電を行う電源装置と、衝突を検知して衝突信号を発する複数の衝突検知手段と、各衝突検知手段と接続され衝突信号を受信して車両の衝突の判定を行う演算手段と、をもつ車両の衝突安全システムである。そして、本発明の衝突安全システムは、演算手段が衝突と判定したときに電源装置の充放電を停止する。電源装置の充放電の停止により、衝突時に電源装置と電動機とを結ぶ経路から高電圧がリークしなくなる。
本発明の衝突安全システムは、電動機と、電動機に電力を供給する燃料電池と、をもつ原動機と、燃料電池に接続され燃料電池の燃料極に供給される燃料ガスを貯留する燃料タンクと、衝突を検知して衝突信号を発する複数の衝突検知手段と、各衝突検知手段と接続され衝突信号を受信して車両の衝突の判定を行う演算手段と、をもつ車両の衝突安全システムである。そして、本発明の衝突安全システムは、演算手段が衝突と判定したときに燃料タンクからの燃料ガスの供給を停止する。燃料ガスの供給の停止により、衝突時に燃料タンクと燃料電池との間で燃料ガスが漏れでなくなり、燃料ガスに引火する二次災害の発生が抑えられる。
本発明の実施例として、ハイブリッド車に衝突安全システムを搭載した。本実施例のハイブリッド車は、モータとガソリンエンジンとを備えた車両である。本実施例の構成を示した模式図を図1に示した。
本実施例は、ハイブリッド車HVがエアバックシステムを備え、加速度センサFr2にかえてエアバック用加速度センサとした以外は、実施例1と同様な衝突安全システムである。本実施例の構成を示した模式図を図3に示した。
本実施例は、加速度センサABにかえて車両の前後のバンパにもうけられた歪みセンサとした以外は、実施例2と同様な構成をもち、かつハイブリッド車HVの車両前部のみあるいは車両後部のみの衝突信号にもとづいて衝突の判定を行う衝突安全システムである。本実施例のシステムの装置の構成を示した模式図を図5に示した。
本発明の実施例として、燃料電池車に衝突安全システムを搭載した。本実施例の燃料電池車はの構成を示した模式図を図7に示した。

Claims (7)
- 電動機をもつ原動機と、
該電動機と電気的に接続され充放電を行う電源装置と、
衝突を検知して衝突信号を発する複数の衝突検知手段と、
各該衝突検知手段と接続され該衝突信号を受信して車両の衝突の判定を行う演算手段と、
をもち、該演算手段が衝突と判定したときに該電源装置の充放電を停止する車両用衝突安全システムであって、
該演算手段は、少なくとも二つの該衝突検知手段からの該衝突信号にもとづいて衝突と判定することを特徴とする車両用衝突安全システム。 - 複数の前記衝突検知手段のうちひとつは保証用衝突検知手段となり、
前記演算手段が、該保証用衝突検知手段からの衝突信号と、他の該衝突検知手段のうちの少なくともひとつの該衝突検知手段からの衝突信号と、に基づいて衝突と判定する請求項1記載の車両用衝突安全システム。 - 前記保証用衝突検知手段は、エアバック用加速度センサ、歪みセンサ、感圧センサ、超音波センサ、レーザーレーダーセンサより選ばれる請求項2記載の車両用衝突安全システム。
- 前記原動機は、内燃機関をもつ請求項1記載の車両用衝突安全システム。
- 電動機と、該電動機に電力を供給する燃料電池と、をもつ原動機と、
該燃料電池に接続され該燃料電池の燃料極に供給される燃料ガスを貯留する燃料タンクと、
衝突を検知して衝突信号を発する複数の衝突検知手段と、
各該衝突検知手段と接続され該衝突信号を受信して車両の衝突の判定を行う演算手段と、
をもち、該演算手段が衝突と判定したときに該燃料タンクからの該燃料ガスの供給を停止する車両用衝突安全システムであって、
該演算手段は、少なくとも二つの該衝突検知手段からの該衝突信号にもとづいて衝突と判定することを特徴とする車両用衝突安全システム。 - 複数の前記衝突検知手段のうちひとつは保証用衝突検知手段となり、
前記演算手段が、該保証用衝突検知手段からの衝突信号と、他の該衝突検知手段のうちの少なくともひとつの該衝突検知手段からの衝突信号と、に基づいて衝突と判定する請求項5記載の車両用衝突安全システム。 - 前記保証用衝突検知手段は、エアバック用加速度センサ、歪みセンサ、感圧センサ、超音波センサ、レーザーレーダーより選ばれる請求項6記載の車両用衝突安全システム。
