の存在下で、a)のイソシアネート基とb)、c)および任意のh)のイソシアネート反応性基のモル比が約0.9:1〜約1.1:1で、反応させて得た反応生成物を含んでなる。
エチレンオキシド、1,2−プロピレンオキシド、エピクロロヒドリン、1,2−ブチレンオキシドおよび2,3−ブチレンオキシド。エチレンオキシド、プロピレンオキシド、および1,2−プロピレンオキシドとエチレンオキシドとの混合物が好ましく使用される。アルキレンオキシドは、個々に、または連続して、または混合物の形態で使われてもよい。適切な出発分子としては、例えば、水、アミノアルコール、例えば、N−アルキルジエタノールアミン(例えばN−メチルジエタノールアミン)、ジオール、例えば、エチレングリコール、1,3−プロピレングリコール、1,4−ブタンジオールおよび1,6−ヘキサンジオールが挙げられる。場合により、好適な出発分子の混合物を使用してもよい。さらに、適切なポリエーテルオールは、テトラヒドロフランのヒドロキシル基含有重合生成物である。二官能ポリエーテルの重量に基づいて、約0重量%〜約30重量%の割合の三官能ポリエーテルを使用してもよい。三官能ポリエーテルの最大量は、溶融加工可能な最終生成物を生じる量である。ここで成分b)として使用される実質的に線形のポリエーテルジオールは、好ましくは、数平均分子量Mn450〜6000を有する。これらは、個々に、またはお互いの混合物の形態の両方で使用される。

シランを、TPUの製造の間および添加工程ならびに配合の間および押出時に添加してよい。
ポリエステルA:分子量Mn=2000g/モルを有するポリエステルジオール(Bayer MaterialScience AGから市販)
HDI:1,6−ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート
HDO:1,6−ヘキサンジオール
BDO:1,4−ブタンジオール
Irganox 1010:抗酸化剤(Ciba Specialty Chemicals GmbHから市販)
Tinuvin 328:ベンゾトリアゾール系光安定剤(Ciba Speciality Chemicals GmbHから市販)
DBTL:ジブチルスズジラウレート
Silquest A-1100:3−アミノプロピルトリエトキシシラン(GE Toshiba Siliconesから市販のシラン)
Silquest A-137:オクチルトリエトキシシラン(GE Toshiba Siliconesから市販のシラン)
Silquest Y-11597:トリス−(3−トリメトキシシリル)プロピル)イソシアヌレート(GE Toshiba Siliconesから市販のシラン)
Silquest A-1524:ウレイドプロピルトリメトキシシラン(GE Toshiba Siliconesから市販のシラン)
ポリエステルA 1075g、HDO 109g、BDO 13.5g、0.5重量%のIrganox 1010(TPU100重量%に基づく)および約60ppmのDBTL(ポリオールの量に対して)の混合物を130℃に加熱し、櫂形撹拌機を用いて毎分500回転(rpm)の速度で攪拌し、その後、HDI 271gを添加した。その後、粘度が最大に上昇するまで攪拌し、TPUを取り出した。最後に、この物質を80℃で30分間、熱的後処理に付して、その後ペレット化した。さまざまなシランの正確な量(シランの詳細および相対量については表参照)を、ドラム被覆によってペレットに塗布した。シラン被覆ペレットを、次いで射出成形し、厚さ2mmのシートを形成した。
上記のとおり製造したそれぞれのTPUシートを、まず4mm厚さで12×12cmの寸法を有する低い鉄含量の白色ガラスシートに置いた。その上に、単結晶性シリコン太陽電池を置き、次いで、第2TPUシートを置き、最後に、180μmゲージのポリフッ化ビニルフィルム(即ち、Tedlar Icosolar 2442(Isovolta AGから市販))を置いた。このモジュールは、減圧貼り合わせ器内で下向きにガラスシートを備え、155℃に加熱した。モジュールを次いで、5分間排気し、6分間プレスした。
それぞれの上記のとおり製造した太陽電池モジュールについて、測定を85℃のかわりに80℃で行うこと以外は、標準IEC61215に従って湿潤加熱試験を行った。一定の時間間隔後に、(i)付着がなお効果的であるかどうか、(ii)材料が黄変したかどうかおよび(iii)TPUの分解がおこっていないかどうか(溶液粘度の測定によって決定される)を測定するために、特性試験をそれぞれの太陽電池モジュールについて行った。
N−メチル−2−ピロリドン99.7gを、ジブチルアミン0.1重量%およびTPU0.4gと秤量した。それぞれの試料をマグネチックスターラーで攪拌した。
試料を約70℃で約1時間溶解させ、室温で一晩放置した。
試料およびブランク試料(即ち、純粋な溶媒)を、25℃でショット粘度測定ステーションを使用して測定した。
相対溶液粘度は、特定の試料とブランク試料との粘度の比率である。
ショット粘度測定ステーションは、AVS400粘度測定ステーション、ASV/S測定スタンド、ガラス製恒温バス、モデル50110ウベローデ粘度計からなる。
黄変指数は、Minolta CR-100 Chroma Meterを使用して測定した。
黄変指数は、DIN 6167に従って決定した。
装置を、それぞれの一連の測定前に、常に再較正した。測定閃光を開始した後、ディスプレイは、白色検量シートの裏面に記載された値を示さなければならない。
他の対の値については、装置を、製造業者の取扱説明書に従って較正しなければならない。検量板の参照黄変指数(YI)は3.75である。
黄変指数(YI)を、次式によって計算した:
xおよびy値を読み取り、黄変指数(IV)を上記式に従って計算した。結果を以下の表に示す。
比較例2および3について、太陽電池モジュールは、湿り加熱試験において、層剥離を示した。
本発明のシランを実施例4において使用した。耐候性であり、黄変せずおよび層剥離しないガラス複合体が、この実施例から得られた。
Claims (4)
- 熱可塑性ポリウレタンであって、
(a)1つ以上の有機ジイソシアネート成分を、
(b)数平均分子量450g/モル〜10,000g/モルを有し、平均で、少なくとも1.8から多くとも3.0個のツェレビチノフ活性水素原子を有する、少なくとも1つのイソシアネート反応性成分、および
(c)数平均分子量60g/モル〜400g/モルを有し、平均で、約1.8〜約3.0個のツェレビチノフ活性水素原子を有する、1つ以上の連鎖延長剤と、
(d)熱可塑性ポリウレタン100重量%に基づいて0.05重量%〜5重量%の、一般構造式:
nは、1〜12の整数を示し、
R1は、NHR3(R3は、水素原子、1〜20個の炭素原子を有するアルキル基、1〜20個の炭素原子を有するアリール基、または1〜20個の炭素原子を有するアラルキル基を示す。)またはOR4(R4は、水素原子、1〜20個の炭素原子を有するアルキル基、1〜20個の炭素原子を有するアリール基、または1〜20個の炭素原子を有するアラルキル基を示す。)を示し、
R2は、1〜20個の炭素原子を有するアルキル基、1〜20個の炭素原子を有するアリール基または1〜20個の炭素原子を有するアラルキル基を示す。]
で示される少なくとも1つのシラン、
(e)場合により1つ以上の触媒、
(f)熱可塑性ポリウレタン100重量%に基づいて0.1重量%〜10重量%の、1つ以上の光安定剤、
(g)場合により、1つ以上の添加剤および/または助剤、および
(h)場合により、1つ以上の連鎖停止剤
の存在下で、a)のイソシアネート基とb)、c)および任意のh)のイソシアネート反応性基のモル比が約0.9:1〜約1.1:1で、反応させて得た反応生成物を含んでなる、熱可塑性ポリウレタン。 - a)有機ジイソシアネート成分が1つ以上の脂肪族ジイソシアネートおよび/または1つ以上の脂環式ジイソシアネートを含んでなる請求項1に記載の熱可塑性ポリウレタン。
- ガラスシート上に熱可塑性ポリウレタンシートを配置することおよび加熱することを含んでなる、熱可塑性ポリウレタンおよびガラスを含んでなる複合体の製造方法において、改良が、熱可塑性ポリウレタンが請求項1に記載の熱可塑性ポリウレタンを含んでなることである方法。
- ガラスシート上に熱可塑性ポリウレタンシートを配置すること、熱可塑性ポリウレタンシートの露出面上に太陽電池を配置すること、太陽電池の露出面上の第2ポリウレタンシートを配置すること、第2熱可塑性ポリウレタンシートの露出面上にフィルムシートを配置することおよび加熱することを含んでなる太陽電池モジュールの製造方法において、改良が、熱可塑性ポリウレタンのシートの一方または両方が請求項1の熱可塑性ポリウレタンを含んでなることである方法。
