Description

The present invention relates to a liquid dispensing container in which a dispensing nozzle is provided at the opening of a hollow container so that the solution contained in the container can be easily dispensed, and in particular, when the container is gripped for dispensing. In addition, a nozzle member having a plurality of pouring nozzles that can be poured out as it is without changing the direction of the container and that can prevent dripping of the internal solution is provided in the opening of the hollow container. It is related with the liquid extraction container with which the part was mounted | worn.

As a container in which a nozzle for pouring the internal solution is provided at the opening of the hollow container main body containing various liquids to facilitate the pouring of the internal solution, various liquid medicines and liquid foods and drinks, Alternatively, it is widely used for liquid containers containing liquid detergents, bleaches, and other liquid materials.
In these various liquid containers, there is a problem of liquid dripping such as the internal solution dripping from the container at the time of or after pouring the inner solution. The dispensing container is widely used for various things.

Various such liquid dispensing containers with nozzles have been proposed in JP-A-6-345116, JP-A-9-183451, JP-A-2000-225605, and others. As shown in FIG. 7 and FIG. 7, the pouring container has a nozzle member 20 having a nozzle 21 formed on the top wall portion of the container main body 29 so that the tip thereof becomes a spout 21 a, and a lid body on the nozzle member. 28 is detachably mounted.
The nozzle member 20 has an annular nozzle bottom 22 at the base of the nozzle 21, and the nozzle bottom forms an inclined surface that descends in a direction opposite to the nozzle spout 21 a across the nozzle axis. A through hole 23 communicating with the inside of the container body is provided at the lower end portion, and a cylindrical wall portion 25 is formed around the nozzle bottom portion 22 with an annular space between the nozzle 21 and the upper end thereof. A screw portion 27 is provided for screwing the lid body 28 also serving as a measuring cup.

The pouring container formed in this manner is formed by removing the lid 28, tilting the container main body 29, measuring the inner solution from the spout 21a with the lid, and screwing the lid 28 after use. When standing up, the liquid remaining in the lid body and the liquid remaining in the vicinity of the spout hang down to the nozzle bottom 22 and are returned from the through hole 23 into the container.
In addition, when the container body falls down for some reason, if the container body is brought upright to the original state, the liquid that has flowed out of the nozzle 21 and filled the space portion of the lid body 28 is similarly discharged from the through hole 23. Since it is returned to the inside, when it is used again next time, it does not cause dripping.

When using the liquid dispensing container having the above structure, the inner solution can be poured out easily and accurately by removing the lid and tilting the container. It can also prevent dripping.
However, since there is only one pouring nozzle, when the container is tilted with the lid removed and the inner solution is poured and used, the direction of the spout at the tip of the nozzle should be adjusted to the direction of tilting the container. If the pour container body is not gripped and tilted, the pour cannot be poured out, so it may feel a little inconvenient, and there is still room for improvement.

With regard to the conventional liquid dispensing container as described above, when the inner solution is poured out and used, the lid is removed, the direction of the nozzle is confirmed, and then the direction in which the container is tilted is the direction of the nozzle outlet. Since the container body must be gripped so as to fit, if the direction of the spout is misaligned, the container must be re-taken when pouring out, which can be a bit cumbersome.
Therefore, in the conventional liquid dispensing container as described above, when the above-mentioned difficulty is solved and the internal solution is to be poured and used, the lid can be removed and the nozzle orientation can be confirmed. The liquid dispensing container is structured such that the inner solution can be poured out by tilting the container as soon as the lid is removed while the container body is first gripped.

In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention provides a liquid injection device in which a nozzle member having a nozzle for pouring a solution contained therein is fitted and fixed to an opening at the upper end of a hollow container body. In the discharge container, the nozzle member is provided with two pouring nozzles made of a cylindrical wall having a semi-elliptical shape facing a bottom wall portion formed in an inner lid shape, and the pouring spout is 180 degrees. It is formed so that it can be poured out in opposite directions that are opposite to each other.
The bottom wall surface of the nozzle member is inclined toward the center so that the residual liquid flows easily, and the residual liquid flows on the inclined surface and returns to the opening hole in the center. A liquid dispensing container in which the inner solution can be dispensed in two directions by forming a nozzle member in the structure and fitting the nozzle member to the open end of the hollow container body containing the solution so as to be closely attached and fixed. Configure.

The invention of the present application is provided with two nozzles for pouring out the internal solution, and two spout nozzles for pouring the inner solution, and the nozzle member to be fitted and fixed to the mouth and neck of a hollow container containing various solutions. If you want to pour and use the solution by forming the nozzle so that it will be, even if you hold the container body in your hand without confirming the direction of the spout of the dispensing nozzle as in the past, When the lid is removed, the inner solution can be poured out from the spout without changing the container and the dripping of the inner solution can be prevented.

In the invention of the present application, the nozzle member to be mounted on the opening of the hollow container body capable of storing various solutions is formed into a cylindrical body having an inner lid shape that can be fitted and fixed to the opening end of the hollow container body. At the same time, two pouring nozzles are erected on the bottom wall portion of the nozzle member having an inner lid shape so that the spout is in the opposite direction.
One of the dispensing nozzles is formed to be a semi-elliptical or deformed V-shaped cylindrical wall, and the other is a semi-elliptical or deformed V-shaped cross section. A small-diameter cylindrical wall is formed so that the large-diameter pouring nozzle faces the small-diameter pouring nozzle and partly spaced outside the small-diameter nozzle. Is formed in a nozzle member having two large and small pouring nozzles, with the bottom wall portion being shaped so as to be surrounded.

Further, the bottom wall portion of the nozzle member having an inner lid shape on which the two pouring nozzles are erected is formed on a surface inclined from the outer peripheral portion toward the central portion, and the small-diameter pouring nozzle of the small-diameter pouring nozzle. A substantially elliptical opening is formed in the inner peripheral surface portion.
Then, when the inner solution is poured out, the solution remaining on the lid or the nozzle portion or the like drips from the surface of the nozzle member to the bottom wall portion, travels along the inclined surface, and enters the container from the opening. It is formed in a structure that can be returned to.

The nozzle member provided with the pouring nozzle having the above structure on the bottom wall portion is a cylindrical wall that rises upward at the outer peripheral portion of the bottom wall portion and adheres closely to the inner peripheral surface of the mouth-neck portion of the hollow container body And a double cylinder having an outer cylinder wall that is in close contact with the outer peripheral surface of the mouth and neck connected to the cylindrical wall via the top wall. A fitting cylinder portion having a heavy cylindrical shape is formed into a nozzle member that can be fixed by fitting and closely contacting it, and a screw portion is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the outer cylinder wall so that a lid can be screwed and sealed. Thus, a nozzle member having two dispensing nozzles is configured.
The nozzle member configured in this manner is formed in the liquid dispensing container of the present invention that can be poured in two directions when fitted and closely attached to the mouth and neck of the hollow container body containing various liquid materials. The

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings on the basis of an optimum embodiment thereof.
The liquid pouring container 1 shown in FIG. 1 has a liquid pouring device in which a nozzle member 3 having two pouring nozzles, which is a feature of the present invention, is mounted on the mouth and neck of a hollow container body 2 that contains various liquid substances. Out container.
As shown in FIG. 2 (a), the nozzle member 3 has a double cylindrical shape composed of an inner cylinder 5a and an outer cylinder 5b that are formed so as to be fitted and closely attached to the mouth-neck portion 2a of the hollow container 2. A fitting cylinder part 5 made of a body, a bottom wall part 6 having an inner lid shape connected to the lower end of the inner cylinder 5a of the fitting cylinder part, an inner nozzle 7 having a small diameter and a large diameter standing on the bottom wall part It is comprised from the pouring nozzle which consists of the outer side nozzle 8 of diameter, and the opening part 9 which can pour out the solution which penetrated the bottom wall part 6, and is comprised in the outer peripheral surface of the outer cylinder 5b of the said fitting cylinder part 5. Is provided with a screw portion 5c for screwing and sealing the lid body 4.

The two large and small nozzles 7 and 8 standing on the bottom wall portion 6 of the nozzle member 3 are formed in a substantially semi-elliptical shape with a small diameter near the center of the bottom wall portion 6 as shown in FIG. An inner nozzle 7 formed of a cylindrical wall and a slightly larger outer nozzle 8 formed so as to face the inner nozzle, and the large nozzle surrounds the small nozzle on the outer side. It is erected with a small gap and facing the small diameter nozzle. (In this example, it is provided so that a part of the open side surface of the inner nozzle 7 and a side surface of the outer nozzle 8 overlap each other.)
And the bottom wall part 6 of the said nozzle member 3 is formed in the surface inclined so that it may descend | fall toward a center direction, and the opening part 9 for pouring out an inner solution is the lower end part of the said small diameter inner side nozzle 7 A through hole having a substantially elliptical shape is formed along the inner surface.

The nozzle member 3 having the above-described structure is molded by injection molding using an optimal thermoplastic resin according to the application. The nozzle member molded in this way has two fitting cylinder portions 5. Since it is formed of heavy inner and outer cylinders 5a and 5b, it has good adhesion to the mouth and neck and is not easily deformed, so it is stable, so various liquid medicines, various liquid foods, or liquid It is suitable for dispensing containers that contain detergents, bleaches, liquid paints, and other liquid materials.
Therefore, after fitting and fitting to the mouth-and-neck portion 2a of the hollow container 2 containing these solutions, an appropriate sealing lid 4 is screwed and sealed to the nozzle member 3, and FIG. Can be used as a liquid dispensing container 1 as shown in FIG.

When the liquid dispensing container 1 that has become a product in this way is used over the hands of the consumer, the lid 4 is in a state in which the liquid dispensing container 1 is grasped in the hand after unpacking. When the container is twisted and opened, a dispensing nozzle composed of two nozzles appears and can be dispensed, so that the inner solution is poured out by inclining the container body 2 in the hand.
At that time, in the dispensing nozzle of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 2, the two nozzles 7 and 8 are provided in a positional relationship shifted by 180 degrees so that the nozzles can be dispensed. The inner melt can be poured out by deciding the spout within a range of 90 degrees within a certain degree of freedom of the wrist and tilting the container.
Therefore, when grasping the hollow container main body 2 with the pouring container in hand for use, the hollow container main body 2 is grasped without worrying about which direction of the nozzle outlet. The lid may be twisted.

The container gripped in this way is in a state in which the nozzles 7 and 8 protrude when the lid 4 is removed, so that the inner solution can be poured out by tilting the container body 2 as it is, and in this way When the hollow container body 2 having finished pouring out the inner solution is erected in its original state and then sealed by screwing the lid body 4, the hollow container body 2 may adhere to the inner surface of the lid body or be poured out. The liquid material remaining after wetting the surface of the nozzle and the bottom wall surface naturally flows down toward the bottom wall portion.
Then, the liquid material that has flowed down in this way flows along the base portion of the inner and outer nozzle standing portions while flowing down on the inclined surface of the bottom wall portion 6 to the center portion, and at the lowest portion of the bottom wall portion. It flows down from the opening 9 penetrating an inner portion of a small-diameter nozzle 7 and returns to the container body 2.

In the liquid dispensing container 1 of the present invention configured as described above, when the contents are poured out and used, the dispensing nozzle appears when the lid 4 is removed by picking up the dispensing container. Thus, the inner solution can be poured out. At this time, the two pouring nozzles 7 and 8 are provided in a positional relationship facing each other with an offset of 180 degrees. By making the shape of the part 9 and the nozzles 7 and 8 elliptical, it is easy to converge on the nozzle surface when the inner solution flows.
Therefore, even if the container is held in a state where the orientation of the nozzle spouts 7a and 8a is deviated from the normal position, in order to tilt the container to the correct spout side, the wrist is within a range of 90 degrees. By simply changing the direction of the wrist, the hollow container body 2 can be easily tilted toward the pouring spout in a normal state.
Also, as described above, both the nozzles 7 and 8 are erected so that the open side surface of the inner nozzle 7 and the side surface of the outer nozzle 8 partially overlap each other, so that when the hollow container body is tilted, The inner solution flowing out from the opening 9 to the nozzles 7 and 8 does not scatter.

In the above-described invention, as shown in FIG. 2, the nozzle member is erected on the inner side and the outer side with two large and small nozzles 7 and 8 having different sizes facing each other. However, the present invention is not limited to the one having such a structure.
For example, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, it is possible to use the nozzle member 13 having a structure in which the ejection nozzles 17 and 18 having the same shape and the same size are arranged to face each other. In this case, as shown in FIG. 2, there is no portion where the nozzles partially overlap each other, so that there is a possibility of scattering if care is not taken when pouring out the internal solution.
The nozzle member 13 is erected at a symmetrical position with an elliptical or circular opening 9 formed in the bottom wall 6 interposed therebetween, and the center of the bottom wall 6 tilted toward the center. The opening 9 is penetrated through the portion so that the internal solution remaining on the nozzle member surface can easily flow along the base of the nozzle to the opening.

The nozzle member 13 having such a structure has the same function as the nozzle member 3 of the above embodiment, but besides that, the structure is slightly simpler than that of the nozzle member described above. Such a nozzle member can easily reduce the molding cost because it is easy to manufacture a molding die for molding the nozzle member 13.
The shape of the nozzle portion is such that the cross-sectional shape of the cylindrical wall is formed into a semi-elliptical shape or a V shape, so that when the content liquid flows, it is drawn toward the bottom of the V shape due to viscosity and the like. Therefore, it is preferable because it flows.

Moreover, in said example, the fitting part 5 which fits the nozzle member 3 to the mouth-and-neck part 2a of a container is formed in a double cylinder wall shape, and the mouth-and-neck part is closely attached in this cylinder wall. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the fitting portion may be formed in a simple cylindrical shape like a conventional inner lid as shown in FIG.
In that case, the screw portion 5c for screwing and fixing the lid 4 is provided on the surface of the mouth-neck portion 2a of the container body 2, but the manufacturing cost of the nozzle member 5 can be kept somewhat low, It is also easy to form the lid 4 so as to be in close contact with the inner surface of the nozzle member 3.
As described above, in the present invention, the two nozzles 7 and 8 (17, 18) for dispensing are provided so as to face the nozzle member 3 attached to the mouth and neck of the dispensing container containing the liquid. Therefore, when the inner solution is to be poured out, it is not necessary to confirm the direction of the spout of the nozzle one by one and grip and tilt the container body, which is very convenient.
