Description
The present invention relates to a multipolar coaxial cable connector and a connector assembling method, and more specifically, without changing the pitch of the fine coaxial cable, a plurality of fine coaxial cables, for example, if the required pole is 60 pieces, 30 pieces each. The present invention relates to a multipolar coaxial cable connector that can be miniaturized even if the number of poles is large by shifting the position of the ground contact of the upper and lower stages in two layers.
As shown in FIG. 25, the coaxial connector in the prior art is mounted with three aligned fine coaxial cables 111 and a

The micro coaxial cable 111 has a structure in which an inner conductor 117 is provided at the center, an outer side thereof is covered with an inner

As shown in FIG. 25, the

The contact portion 140 on the distal end side is accommodated in the terminal accommodating groove 141, the distal end portion 142 of the signal side terminal 139 protrudes into the fitting recess 136, and the

The coaxial cable connector assembled in this way can be fitted to the mating connector in a male-female relationship. That is, the
However, in the conventional coaxial connector described in the background section above, the shield and ground bar are electrically connected and integrated by sandwiching the shield of the coaxial cable with the ground bar and filling with solder. Thus, the ground bar is in contact with the ground contact of the connector. For this reason, the coaxial cables have to be arranged in a line at a specified pitch for the required number of poles.
As described above, when the number of coaxial cables having the same shape is increased with the current structure, or there is no method other than reducing the pitch of the coaxial cable itself in order to reduce the size with the same number of coaxial cables. There is.
Therefore, there is a problem that must be solved by using a current coaxial cable and a structure of a multipolar coaxial cable connector that can be reduced in size or increased in size even if the number of coaxial cables is increased.

The assembly in such a configuration will be described below.
(1) First, predetermined lengths of the
(2) Then, the 30 first terminals 53 are press-fitted into the first
(3) Similarly, the 30 second terminals 58 are also press-fitted into the second
(4) Next, as shown in FIG. 1, each coaxial cable is accommodated by housing the
(5) Next, in the upper part of the first
(6) Next, guide

Then, the
As described above, the
The coaxial cable connector assembled in this way can be fitted with the mating connector. That is, the contact portion 73 is obtained by fitting the first, second, and third fitting
In the embodiment, the description has been given by assembling the two-stage coaxial cable assembly. Of course, it can be applied.
The multipolar coaxial cable connector according to the present invention includes, for example, 30 micro coaxial cables bundled to form an assembly, and the assembly is arranged in a state where there is an upper and lower step and shifted in the horizontal direction, and each ground plate is disposed in a shell. As a result of being electrically connected via a cable, a large number of micro coaxial cables, for example 60 coaxial cables, can be assembled into a compact assembly of 30 cables each. A polar coaxial cable connector can be provided.
