Description
The present invention relates to a multi-core cable harness having a plurality of coaxial cables arranged in parallel and having an outer conductor of the coaxial cable grounded, and a multi-core cable harness with a connector.
In recent years, with the widespread use of mobile phones, small video cameras, and the like, in addition to the reduction in size and weight of these electronic devices, higher speed and higher image quality are required. To meet these requirements, extremely thin coaxial cables are used to connect the device main unit and the liquid crystal display, and wiring in the devices. Also, for ease of wiring, multiple coaxial cables are integrated together. A multi-core cable harness is used.
A coaxial cable used for a multi-core cable harness is configured by sequentially arranging a central conductor, an inner insulator, an outer conductor, and a jacket from the inside in a coaxial shape. The central conductor is formed, for example, by twisting seven copper alloy wires, and the outer surface thereof is covered with an insulating material such as Teflon (registered trademark) resin to form an internal insulator.
The outer conductor disposed on the outer peripheral surface of the inner insulator is formed by, for example, winding a copper alloy wire in a spiral shape with a horizontal winding, and by wrapping two polyester tapes on the outer surface, for example, and fusing them together. It is covered. In addition, the copper vapor-deposited tape may be wound around the outer surface of the outer conductor with the copper vapor-deposited surface inside, and the outer conductor may be wound in two layers with the winding direction of the copper alloy wire reversed. In addition, a braided structure may be used.
A multi-core cable harness is configured by integrating a plurality of such coaxial cables, and the terminal portion of the multi-core cable harness is connected and fixed to a connector terminal or a substrate having a predetermined pitch by conductive adhesion such as soldering. The As such a multicore cable harness, what is shown in FIG. 14 is known (for example, refer patent document 1).
In FIG. 14, 1 is a coaxial cable, 1a is its central conductor, 1b is its internal insulator, 1c is its external conductor, 1d is its jacket, 2 is a ground bar for grounding, 3 is a connector terminal or FPC The connected member which consists of board | substrates, such as, is shown.
In FIG. 14, the common ground bar 2 is integrated by soldering on the upper and lower surfaces (the lower surface side is not shown) of the
The terminal-processed multi-core cable (
By the way, as described above, electronic devices such as mobile phones and small video cameras have been further improved in performance, and the amount of information to be processed has also increased. On the other hand, since there is a demand for miniaturization and weight reduction, multi-core cable harnesses used in such electronic devices are also required to be mounted with high density, and the number of cores per multi-core cable harness, that is, the number of coaxial cables is reduced. It tends to increase. For example, two multi-core cable harnesses having 20 cores are used, and one multi-fiber cable harness having 40 cores is used.
However, when further increasing the number of cores of the multi-core cable harness in this way, grounding only at both ends of the ground bar, for example, makes the ground potential in the vicinity of the center of the ground bar unstable, resulting in an ineffective noise removal effect. There was a possibility that it would be enough.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a multi-core cable harness and a multi-core cable harness with a connector that can stabilize the ground potential even if the number of cores is increased.
A multi-core cable harness according to the present invention capable of solving the above-mentioned problems is a center conductor, an inner insulator disposed on the outer periphery of the center conductor, an outer conductor disposed on the outer periphery of the inner insulator, and A plurality of coaxial cables having a jacket disposed on an outer periphery of the outer conductor; a center conductor; an outer conductor disposed on the outer periphery of the center conductor; and a jacket disposed on the outer periphery of the outer conductor. Are arranged in parallel, and the outer diameter of the outer cover of the coaxial cable is substantially equal to the outer diameter of the outer cover of the ground cable, and the outer diameter of the outer conductor of the coaxial cable and the ground cable The outer diameters of the outer conductors are substantially equal, and the outer conductor of the coaxial cable and the outer conductor of the ground cable are conductively connected to a common ground bar.
In addition, in this invention, the said substantially equivalent means that an outer diameter difference is less than +/- 10%.
In the multi-core cable harness according to the present invention, it is preferable that the outer conductor of the ground cable is composed of two layers of transverse windings.
Further, in the multi-core cable harness according to the present invention, the plurality of coaxial cables are signal transmission signal cables, and preferably include a feeding cable having a central conductor having a larger cross-sectional area than a central conductor of the signal cable. .
In addition, a multi-core cable harness with a connector according to the present invention that can solve the above-mentioned problems includes the multi-core cable harness according to the present invention, wherein the central conductor of the coaxial cable and the central conductor of the ground cable are connectors. It is characterized by being connected to the connection terminal.
Furthermore, in the multi-core cable harness according to the present invention, it is preferable that the twist direction of the central conductor of the ground cable and the twist direction of the external conductor are opposite to each other.
Moreover, the multi-core cable harness which concerns on this invention WHEREIN: It is preferable that the twist direction of the said center conductor of the said ground cable and the twist direction of the inner layer of the said external conductor are reverse directions.
Moreover, the multi-core cable harness which concerns on this invention WHEREIN: It is preferable that the twist pitch of the said outer conductor of the said ground cable is larger than the twist pitch of the said center conductor.
In the multi-core cable harness according to the present invention, it is preferable that the twist pitch increases in the order of the center conductor of the ground cable, the inner layer of the outer conductor, and the outer layer of the outer conductor.
The multi-core cable harness of the present invention includes a central conductor, an inner insulator, an outer conductor, a plurality of coaxial cables provided with an outer jacket in order from the center to the outer side, no inner insulator, and a central conductor, an outer conductor, an outer sheath. A ground cable having a cover in order from the center toward the outside is arranged in parallel, and a ground bar is conductively connected to the outer conductor of the coaxial cable and the outer conductor of the ground cable. Since the ground cable has a structure in which the center conductor and the external conductor are in contact with each other and are electrically connected, the center conductor of the ground cable is electrically connected to the ground bar, and the center conductor also falls to a common ground potential. It is also possible to ground from the center conductor of the ground cable to a connection terminal such as a connector. Therefore, the ground can be grounded via the connection terminals such as the connector and the board other than both ends of the ground bar, and the ground potential can be stabilized even if the number of cores is further increased.
In addition, since the ground cable can be arranged at any location with respect to a plurality of coaxial cables, the coaxial cable and the ground cable are not dependent on the structure of the connector or the board etc. to which the multi-core cable harness is connected, depending on the connection destination. It can be arranged and grounded at any intermediate position in the cable parallel direction. For this reason, the degree of freedom in designing connectors, boards, etc. is increased, and it is not necessary to make unnecessary design changes or to prepare a plurality of types of connectors, boards, etc. having different designs. Therefore, the ground potential can be stabilized and low-cost wiring can be performed.
Furthermore, the multi-core cable harness with a connector provided with the multi-core cable harness of the present invention has a dedicated conductor for grounding at an intermediate position while stabilizing the ground potential by connecting the center conductor of the ground cable to the connection terminal of the connector. There is no need to use a connector, making it highly versatile.
Hereinafter, the example of embodiment of the multi-core cable harness and the multi-core cable harness with a connector which concern on this invention is demonstrated.
FIG. 1 is a view showing an example of a multi-core cable harness according to the present invention, wherein (A) is a plan view of the multi-core cable harness, and (B) is an end view as viewed from the F direction in (A). In FIG. 1A, the
As shown in FIG. 1, the
The
As shown in FIG. 2, the
As the
The end portion of the
The
Similar to the
As shown in FIG. 3, the
As described above, unlike the normal coaxial cable, the
Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the end portion of the
Further, the twisting direction of the
Thus, when the
Further, a
The
The
Also in this
Further, the end portion of the

FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA in FIG.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 7, the
As shown in FIG. 8, the
Further, by providing the locking
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 7, the
A joining
Further, as shown in FIG. 7, a
As shown in FIG. 9, the
Further, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 9, the
Each
The ground bars 20 and 30 may have a simple elongated flat plate shape without providing a locking claw portion for locking the
Next, the manufacturing method of the said
First, all the
Then, the end portions of all the
Next, by adjusting the wavelength and intensity of the YAG laser, the
When the
Thereafter, the wavelength and intensity of the CO2 laser are adjusted to cut the
When the lead processing is performed, the
The joining of the
As described above, the
For example, in the
Note that the number and arrangement of the various cables in the above embodiment are examples, and can be changed as appropriate. For example, there may be two or more ground cables.
In addition, since the
The
In FIG. 12, the schematic plan view of the one end side of the multi-core cable harness with a connector is shown. FIG. 13 is a sectional view taken along the line DD in FIG. 12 corresponding to the connection position of the ground cable.
As shown in FIGS. 12 and 13, the connector-equipped
When batch soldering by pulse heat is performed, if the outer diameters of the
As shown in FIG. 13, in the terminal portion of the
When the multi-fiber cable harness with
