摩擦面に潤滑油が通過する溝を有する湿式摩擦板において、溝は撥油処理を施されていることを特徴としている。
(1) 溝14に撥油性のあるコーティング材を塗布する。
(2) 溝14を撥油効果のある形状に加工する。
(3) 溝14に撥油効果のある形状を有するフィルムを貼る。

Claims (9)
- 摩擦面に潤滑油が通過する溝を有する湿式摩擦板において、
前記溝は撥油処理を施されていることを特徴とする湿式摩擦板。 - 前記撥油処理は、撥油性のあるコーティング材料を前記溝に塗布することである特徴とする請求項1の湿式摩擦板。
- 前記コーティング材料はフッ素化合物であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の湿式摩擦板。
- 前記コーティング材料はシリコン化合物であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の湿式摩擦板。
- 前記溝は、撥油効果のある形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の湿式摩擦板。
- 前記形状は、凹凸からなることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の湿式摩擦板。
- 前記形状は、前記溝の成形時に形成することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の湿式摩擦板。
- 前記形状は、前記湿式摩擦板を構成するコアプレートに形成されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の湿式摩擦板。
- 前記撥油処理は、撥油効果のある形状を有するフイルムを溝に接着することであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の湿式摩擦板。
