Abstract
Description
The present invention particularly relates to a label sheet suitable as a delivery slip.
Conventionally, as a label sheet used for a delivery slip, for example, one having a structure shown in FIGS. 8 and 9 is known.
In the
Further, the
On the other hand,
This invention is made | formed in view of the situation mentioned above, The place made into the objective is providing the label sheet which can prevent the protrusion of an adhesive layer reliably and can eliminate various printing troubles.
In order to achieve the above-described object, the label sheet according to the present invention is provided between a lower sheet made of a single piece of paper material and an upper sheet made of a single piece label substrate having the same shape as the lower sheet. An adhesive layer coated and formed along the peripheral edge and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer coated and formed on at least a part of a region surrounded by the adhesive layer are provided.
Further, in order to achieve the above-described object, the label sheet according to the present invention includes a lower paper made of a long paper material and an upper paper made of a long label base material having the same shape as the lower paper. An adhesive layer applied and formed along both sides in the longitudinal direction, and an adhesive layer applied and formed on at least a part of a region sandwiched between the adhesive layers are provided. To do.
Here, in the present invention, the adhesive layer means a substance that is liquid before use and has a property of becoming solid at room temperature after being attached and dried. It can be formed by applying and curing an adhesive.
(A) Solution type adhesive (rubber or acetyl cellulose dissolved in a mixture of organic solvents)
(B) Aqueous adhesive (dissolved in water like starch paste or glue even in the same solution)
(C) Emulsion type adhesive (a polymer insoluble in water such as vinyl acetate mixed with water in a colloidal state)
(D) Liquid reactive adhesives (similar to many thermosetting resins, initially fluid with low molecular weight or low molecular weight polymer)
(E) Hot-melt adhesive (a linear polymer copolymer that is solid at room temperature but softens at 80 to 110 ° C. and has sufficient fluidity for adhesion at 160 to 180 ° C.)
In addition, as resin contained in the various adhesives, urea resin, vinyl acetate resin, cellulose, ethylene-vinyl acetate, epoxy resin, and the like can be used.
Further, in the present invention, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer means a substance that has adhesiveness at room temperature and adheres to an adherend with light pressure. For example, a polymer and a tackifier are attached to the following various elastomers. It can be formed by applying a blended adhesive and drying it.
(A) Rubber system (natural rubber, SBR, butyl rubber)
(B) Acrylic (solvent type, emulsion type)
(C) Hot-melt system (d) Silicone system In addition, as an adhesive used for a label sheet like this invention, the acrylic adhesive of said (b) is especially desirable.
In the present invention, the following modifications can be considered for the label sheet having the above configuration.
For example, it is possible to employ a structure in which a release agent layer is applied to a partial area on the paper material and a separable separation piece is set in the area of the label base material corresponding to the release agent layer. In the case of such a structure, the upper paper and the lower paper are peeled off via the release agent layer. Therefore, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer remains on the back surface side of the separated piece separated from the upper paper, which is suitable for a usage form in which the separated piece is attached as a label for sticking.
Moreover, it is also possible to set the said adhesive layer with a weak adhesive and to set the isolation | separation piece which can be cut | disconnected to the one part area | region of the said label base material. Here, the weak pressure-sensitive adhesive is obtained by weakening the adhesive strength of the above-mentioned various pressure-sensitive adhesives, and the components contained in the pressure-sensitive adhesive are not changed, and the tackifier (for example, polyterpene, rosin ester type) that is the component is not changed. The adhesive strength is adjusted by reducing the content ratio of the resin or the like. According to such a structure, the applied weak pressure-sensitive adhesive penetrates into the paper material, and the adhesive force between the paper material and the weak pressure-sensitive adhesive applied to the paper material is the same between the label substrate and the weak pressure-sensitive adhesive that are bonded together later. Since it is stronger than the adhesive force, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer composed of the weak pressure-sensitive adhesive is left on the lower paper side, and only the label base material is peeled off. Therefore, since the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is eliminated on the back side of the separation piece separated from the upper paper, this paper piece is suitable for a usage form in which optical reading is performed by post-processing.
Furthermore, a separation piece that can be separated in a partial region of the label base material may be set, and a structure in which a release agent layer is applied to the back surface of the label base material constituting the separation piece may be employed. In such a structure, the upper paper and the lower paper are peeled off via the release agent layer, so the release agent layer is attached to the back side of the separation piece separated from the upper paper, and the adhesive layer is on the lower paper side. Left behind. Therefore, when performing the above optical reading, there exists an advantage that malfunctions, such as a feed trouble by the adhesive layer adhering to a separated piece, can be prevented reliably.
According to the present invention, the label base material composing the upper paper and the paper material composing the lower paper are securely bonded by the adhesive layer at the peripheral edge and both sides thereof. When printing is performed, when the label sheet passes between the transport rollers, the pressed adhesive layer is blocked by the adhesive layer and does not protrude outward from the end of the label sheet. There is an effect that various printing troubles caused by the protrusion can be surely prevented.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in FIG. 1, the label sheet S1 of the first embodiment is formed into a single piece of lower paper P1 made of
As shown in FIG. 1 b, the lower paper P <b> 1 is provided with an
On the other hand, the upper paper P <b> 2 is provided with a
When the upper paper P2 is bonded onto the lower paper P1 having the above configuration, the single-sheet label sheet S1 shown in FIG. 1c is completed. That is, the
Therefore, according to the present embodiment, various printing troubles caused by the sticking out of the pressure-
Furthermore, in this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, it is suitable when using the
In the present embodiment, the
Next, another embodiment will be described. As shown in FIG. 3, the label sheet S <b> 2 of the second embodiment is obtained by laminating an upper paper P <b> 2 made of a single piece of
As shown in FIG. 3 b, the lower paper P <b> 1 is provided with an
As in FIG. 1, the upper paper P <b> 2 is provided with a
When the upper paper P2 is bonded onto the lower paper P1 having the above configuration, the single-sheet label sheet S2 shown in FIG. 3c is completed. This label sheet S2 is also securely bonded to the
Moreover, in this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, it is suitable when using the
Subsequently, still another embodiment will be described. As shown in FIG. 5, the label sheet S <b> 3 of the third embodiment is obtained by laminating an upper paper P <b> 2 made of a single piece of
As shown in FIG. 5 c, the upper paper P <b> 2 is provided with a
As shown in FIG. 5 b, the lower paper P <b> 1 is provided with an
When the upper paper P2 is pasted on the lower paper P1 having the above-described configuration, the single-sheet label sheet S3 shown in FIG. 5c is completed. This label sheet S3 is also securely bonded to the
Further, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6, the
By the way, in each embodiment mentioned above, although the example which applied this invention to the single piece form was demonstrated, it is also possible to apply to the continuous form which is demonstrated below.
As shown in FIG. 7, the label sheet S4 of the fourth embodiment is formed into a long paper having the same size and shape as the lower paper P1 made of the
As shown in FIG. 2B, the lower paper P1 is provided with
The upper paper P2 is provided with a
When the upper paper P2 is bonded onto the lower paper P1 having the above-described configuration, a continuous label sheet S4 is completed. Also in this label sheet S4, the
