Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a speed reducer abnormality determination device and a speed reducer abnormality determination method that are provided between a load and a motor and transmit the torque of the motor to the load at a reduced rotational speed.
For example, the following method has been proposed as a method for determining an abnormality of a mechanism portion in an apparatus that transmits a motor torque to a load via a mechanism such as a speed reducer and drives the load. That is, the power on the command side that is the input side of the servo control system, the power on the output side of the servo control system or the drive side that is the input side of the robot mechanism, and the work on the load side that is the output side of the robot mechanism Calculate the rate, determine whether there is a failure in the robot mechanism from the ratio or difference in the power ratio between the load side and the drive side, and also determine the failure in the servo control system from the ratio or difference in the power ratio between the command side and the drive side. Is determined (for example, see Patent Document 1).
In a device in which a detector that outputs a speed feedback signal and a detector that outputs a position feedback signal are directly connected to a servo motor that swings and drives an arm via a belt hung between two pulleys. Each feedback signal is fed back to the drive device that drives the servo motor based on the command signal from the control device. The torque command signal to the drive device is integrated and the time until the saturation is reached is predetermined. If it is longer than the time, it is determined that the belt has been cut (see, for example, Patent Document 2).
In the failure detection method described in Patent Document 1 described above, the power of the command side, the drive side, and the output side is obtained, the failure of the mechanical unit is determined from the difference, and the servo is calculated from the ratio of the power of the command side and the drive side. System failure is judged. However, while the device becomes complicated, it has an unsolved problem of lack of stability and reliability.
Further, in the abnormality detection device described in Patent Document 2, it is determined that the belt for driving the arm has been cut when the time until the torque command of the driving device is integrated and saturated exceeds a predetermined value. However, this method can detect this if the belt is completely cut, but cannot detect an abnormality of the speed reducer.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and includes a reduction gear abnormality determination device and a reduction gear abnormality determination method capable of determining a reduction gear abnormality with a simple configuration and high reliability. A rotating table E2 is rotatably disposed on the upper surface of the fixed table E1. The turntable E2 is rotatably supported by a rotation shaft (not shown) that stands vertically on the fixed table E1. A long lower arm E3 is pivotally supported at one end by a shaft E2a at the top of the turntable E2. At the other end of the lower arm E3, one end of an upper arm base E4 bent in an L shape is pivotally supported by a shaft E3a. The shaft E2a and the shaft E3a provided at both ends of the lower arm E3 are parallel to each other, and both the shafts E2a and E3a are rotating shafts (not shown) that rotatably support the rotating table E2 on the fixed table E1. They are orthogonal to each other at a distance.

The axes E3a and E4a provided at both ends of the upper arm base E4 are orthogonal to each other at positions separated from each other. A rear end of the wrist E6 is pivotally supported by an axis E5a at the other end of the upper arm tip E5. The axes E4a and E5a provided at both ends of the upper arm tip E5 are orthogonal to each other at positions separated from each other. An end effector E7 is rotatably supported at the tip of the wrist E6 by a rotation shaft (not shown). A rotating shaft (not shown) that supports the end effector E7 is orthogonal to the axis E5a.
Between the fixed base E1 and the rotary base E2, between the rotary base E2 and the lower arm E3, between the lower arm E3 and the upper arm base E4, between the upper arm base E4 and the upper arm tip E5, and between the upper arm tip E5 and A reduction gear drive (not shown) is provided between the wrist E6 and between the wrist E6 and the end effector E7.
FIG. 2 is a block diagram of the abnormality determination device and peripheral devices. In FIG. 2, the reduction
The
On the other hand, the rotational motion of the
The
FIG. 3 is a diagram for explaining an abnormality determination operation of the
In FIG. 3A, when a command value Xs is commanded from the host controller to the motor driver 10 (point a in the figure), the
FIG. 3B shows a change in the torque signal Tf when moving under such control. The torque signal Tf changes greatly and slowly when the
Thus, in the torque signal Tf, the vibration component specific to the
Here, the condition is
(1) When the torque signal Tf exceeds either a preset torque upper limit threshold Tu or torque lower limit threshold Td at a steady speed Vc (between bc in FIG. 3B), or
(2) When the torque signal Tf exceeds the preset torque fluctuation range Th at the steady speed Vc (between bc in FIG. 3B), it is determined that there is an abnormality.
Specifically, the maximum value T1 and the minimum value T2 of the torque between the time point b and the time point c are measured, and a difference T3 between the maximum value T1 and the minimum value T2 is obtained.
(1) Maximum value T1> Torque upper limit Tu
(2) Minimum value T2 <torque lower limit Td
(3) Difference T3> Torque fluctuation range Th
When any one of the conditions is satisfied, it is determined that there is an abnormality. Here, the torque fluctuation width Th does not mean torque fluctuation width Th = torque upper limit Tu−torque lower limit Td, and the torque fluctuation width Th is a value of a predetermined width irrespective of the torque upper limit Tu and the torque lower limit Td. . Further, the maximum torque value T1 and the minimum torque value T2 vary due to a change in ambient temperature or a change in viscosity due to the heat generated by the motor itself. If T1 rises at this time, T2 will also rise, and if T1 falls, T2 will also fall. Therefore, since T2 maintains a constant value, it is not easily affected by temperature changes.
The torque upper limit Tu, torque lower limit Td, and torque fluctuation range Th, which are the criteria for determining these abnormalities, vary depending on the
The alarm issued from the
According to the speed reducer
Further, the
Furthermore, since it further has a
Furthermore, in this embodiment, the
When performing abnormality determination for multi-joint type robots with multiple axes, to avoid fluctuations in torque due to dynamic interference between the
That is, if the abnormality determination process performed by the
In this embodiment, the abnormality determination of the

When gravity torque is applied, the gravity torque is measured with a SIN curve at a constant speed. In order to eliminate the influence of gravity torque, it is also effective to avoid measurement near SIN0 degrees (measurement near SIN90 degrees), but since the operation speed is known in advance, the frequency is below the operation speed. It is effective to take out only the torque fluctuation accompanying the reduction gear deterioration by cutting.
In particular, industrial robots have a high degree of freedom and can take any posture. However, in actual production sites, there are many cases where operation is possible only in the vicinity of SIN0 due to interference with peripheral jigs, and high-pass filters are particularly effective. It is.
