Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a member joining bolt and a method for joining segments of a shield tunnel using the same.
Further, the taper plate ring is useful when an unexpected meandering occurs at the time of shield tunnel construction and the meandering correction is required immediately, or when the meandering correction by rotating the segment is not allowed using the taper segment.
However, when joining segments via a taper plate ring, it is necessary to devise measures that do not interfere with the shield jack or the segment to be assembled next, and the taper plate ring is temporarily fixed to the existing segment. Special work was required, such as forming an internal thread in the hole.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and in joining segments through a taper plate ring, a member that can easily join segments without requiring special work on the taper plate ring.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of a bolt for joining members according to the present invention will be described based on the drawings.

[Segment joining method]
Next, a method for joining members using the joining bolt according to the present invention will be described. Here, a method for joining segments to be lined inside the shield tunnel via a tapered plate ring will be described.

As mentioned above, although embodiment of the bolt for member joining which concerns on this invention was described, this invention is not limited to said embodiment, In the range which does not deviate from the meaning, it can change suitably. For example, in the above-described segment joining method, in the temporary joining of the existing segment and the taper plate ring member, the member joining bolt is inserted into the bolt hole from the existing segment side, but may be inserted from the taper plate ring side. In short, it suffices if the tapered plate ring can be pressed by the locking plate.
