Abstract
【解決手段】リニアスケールを保持して対象物に固定するリニアスケール固定装置において、リニアスケールSを嵌め込み可能で、該スケールの幅より大きい開口端を有する保持溝12が形成されたアルミベース10と、該保持溝12に嵌め込まれたリニアスケールSの脱落を防止する脱落防止部品18とを備え、前記ベース10を、対象物Mに対して、長手方向の1箇所の完全固定と、1箇所以上の片板ばね22によるX・Y方向の弾性固定とを可能にした。

Claims (5)
- リニアスケールを保持して対象物に固定するリニアスケール固定装置において、
リニアスケールを嵌め込み可能で、該スケールの幅より大きい開口端を有する保持溝が形成されたベースと、該保持溝に嵌め込まれたリニアスケールの脱落を防止する脱落防止手段とを備え、
前記ベースを、対象物に対して、長手方向の1箇所の完全固定と、1箇所以上の弾性固定とを可能にしたことを特徴とするリニアスケール固定装置。 - 前記脱落防止手段が、前記保持溝近傍のベース部に形成された凹部に嵌合可能な嵌合部と、これに連続する遮閉部とを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリニアスケール固定装置。
- 前記遮閉部が、前記保持溝に嵌め込まれたリニアスケールを押え付ける押圧手段であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のリニアスケール固定装置。
- 前記ベースに、対象物との接触面に向かって間隔が狭くなる側壁を有する固定用溝が形成され、
前記弾性固定が、前記側壁を付勢手段により前記対象物側に付勢して行なわれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリニアスケール固定装置。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のリニアスケール固定装置を用いることを特徴とするリニアスケール固定方法。
