Description

The present invention relates to a bolt fastening structure in which a second member is fastened with a bolt while insulating a second member.

As a bolt fastening structure, a bolt fastening structure in which a second member formed of a metal material different from a specific metal is attached to a first member formed of a specific metal material is practically used.
A practical bolt fastening structure is practically sufficient if an insulating washer is interposed between a first member formed of a specific metal material and a second member formed of a metal material different from the specific metal.

As such a bolt fastening structure, a structure in which an insulating washer is interposed between a disc brake fixing portion and a knuckle is known (for example, see Patent Document 1).
JP-A-11-303906 (5th page, FIG. 1)

FIG. 12 is a diagram for explaining a conventional basic configuration. In the bolt fastening structure 200, a first member (disc brake fixing portion) 202 is formed of a steel material, and a counterbore hole 203 is provided in the first member 202. The insulating washer 204 that fits into the counterbore 203 is formed of an insulating material, the second member (knuckle) 205 attached to the first member 202 is formed of an aluminum alloy, and the insulating washer 204 is formed on the first member 202. The second member 205 is fixed by a bolt 206 via

However, in the bolt fastening structure, an insulating washer is interposed between the first member (disc brake fixing portion) 202 and the second member (knuckle) 205, and the bolt 206 is generally a steel material. There is a drawback that electrolytic corrosion occurs between the first member 202 and the second member 205 via the bolt 206. That is, electrolytic corrosion occurs between the second member 205 and the bolt 206.

In addition, if another insulating washer is added between the bolt 205 and the second member 205 in order to prevent this electrolytic corrosion, workability will be deteriorated, and an insulating film will not be applied to the bolt. This will lead to a rise in costs.

Further, in the bolt fastening structure 200, when the insulating washer 204 is fitted into the counterbore hole 203 of the first member 202, an adhesive is applied to the insulating washer 204 and bonded, so the work for fitting the insulating washer 204 is performed. There is also a problem that the assembling property of the second member (knuckle) 205 is impaired.

That is, the electric corrosion between the first member and the second member and the electric corrosion between the second member and the bolt can be easily prevented, and the workability of the assembly is reduced when the electric corrosion is prevented. It is desirable to have a bolt fastening structure that can minimize the above.

In the present invention, electrolytic corrosion occurs between the base member (corresponding to the “first member” described above) and the plate member (corresponding to the “second member” described above), and between the plate member and the bolt. It is possible to solve the above problems and easily prevent electrolytic corrosion between the base member and the plate-like member and between the plate-like member and the bolt, and between the base member and the plate-like member and between the plate-like member and the bolt. It is an object of the present invention to provide a bolt fastening structure that solves the problem that workability deteriorates when preventing erosion, and that can minimize deterioration in workability of assembly when preventing electric corrosion.

The invention according to claim 1 is a base member formed of a specific metal material, a plate member formed of a metal material different from the specific metal material to be attached to the base member, and the base member and the plate shape In a bolt fastening structure comprising an insulating washer member interposed between members and a bolt that integrally couples the base member, the plate-like member and the insulating washer member, the insulating washer member is sandwiched between the plate-like members. It is a substantially U-shaped plate-like clip formed of an insulating material and formed on an insulating washer member, an upper washer body that covers a part of the upper surface of the plate-like member, and an upper washer body By doing so, an upper surface hole that faces the bolt through hole of the plate-shaped member, a lower washer body that covers a part of the lower surface of the plate-shaped member, and a bolt is formed by forming the lower washer body. To a lower surface hole to face the hole, and a connecting portion for connecting the upper washer body and the lower washer body, comprising the.

For example, if it is possible to easily prevent electrolytic corrosion between the first member (base member) and the second member (plate member), and electrolytic corrosion between the second member (plate member) and the bolt, This is preferable because it is possible to minimize a reduction in assembly workability when preventing electrolytic corrosion.

Therefore, the insulating washer member is formed so as to be sandwiched between the plate-like members and is formed into a substantially U-shaped plate-like clip formed of an insulating material, and the upper washer body covers the upper surface of the plate-like member, and the lower portion Cover the lower surface of the plate-shaped member with the washer body, face the upper surface hole and the lower surface hole to the bolt through hole of the plate-shaped member, and fasten the plate-shaped member to the base member with bolts, between the plate-shaped member and the base member, In addition, the plate member and the bolt are insulated.

The upper washer main body and the lower washer main body are connected to each other by providing a connecting portion that connects the upper washer main body and the lower washer main body to the insulating washer member.

The invention according to claim 2 is characterized in that a vertical wall portion that covers the edge of the bolt through hole is formed around the upper surface hole and / or the lower surface hole.

Further, the vertical wall portion is provided with a positioning function by fitting the vertical wall portion into the bolt through hole.

In the invention according to claim 1, the insulating washer member includes an upper washer body that covers a part of the upper surface of the plate-shaped member, and an upper surface hole that faces the bolt through hole of the plate-shaped member by being formed on the upper washer body. A lower washer body that covers a part of the lower surface of the plate-like member, a lower surface hole that faces the bolt through hole by forming in the lower washer body, and a connecting portion that connects the upper washer body and the lower washer body. Therefore, it is possible to easily insulate between the plate member and the base member and between the plate member and the bolt.

As a result, it is possible to easily prevent electrical corrosion between the plate-like member and the base member, and between the plate-like member and the bolt, and to minimize degradation of assembly workability when preventing electrical corrosion. There is an advantage that you can.

Therefore, the insulating washer member 43 is formed into a substantially U-shaped plate-like clip formed so as to be sandwiched between the plate-like members 42 and made of an insulating material, and the upper washer main body 51 is used to form the upper surface of the plate-like member 42. The lower washer body 52 covers the lower surface of the plate member 42, the upper surface hole 53 and the lower surface hole 54 face the bolt through hole 47 of the plate member 42, and the plate member 42 is mounted on the base member 41 with bolts 44. By fastening, the plate-like member 42 and the base member 41 are insulated from each other, and the plate-like member 42 and the bolt 44 are insulated.

That is, an upper washer main body 51 that covers a part of the upper surface of the plate-like member 42, an upper-surface hole 53 that faces the bolt through hole 47 of the plate-like member 42 by being formed in this upper washer main body 51, and the plate-like member 42. A lower washer body 52 that covers a part of the lower surface of the lower washer body, a lower surface hole 54 that faces the bolt through hole 47 by being formed in the lower washer body 52, and a connecting portion 55 that connects the upper washer body 51 and the lower washer body 52, , It is possible to easily insulate between the plate member 42 and the base member 41 and between the plate member 42 and the bolt 44.

As a result, electric corrosion between the plate member 42 and the base member 41, and between the plate member 42 and the bolt 42 can be easily prevented, and deterioration in workability of assembly can be minimized when preventing electric corrosion. Can be stopped.

By providing the insulating washer member 43 with the connecting portion 55 that connects the upper washer main body 51 and the lower washer main body 52, the upper washer main body 51 and the lower washer main body 52 can be connected. As a result, the upper washer main body 51 and the lower washer main body 52 can be integrally formed, and the number of parts can be reduced. Furthermore, the cost for preventing electrolytic corrosion can be reduced.

It can be said that the bolt fastening structure 40 is formed by forming upper and lower vertical wall portions (vertical wall portions) 57 and 58 that cover the edge 47a of the bolt through hole 47 around the upper surface hole 53 and the lower surface hole 54.
By forming upper and lower vertical wall portions (vertical wall portions) 57 and 58 covering the edge 47a of the bolt through hole 47 around the upper surface hole 53 and the lower surface hole 54, the edge 47a and the bolt 44 of the bolt through hole 47 are formed. It is possible to reliably prevent contact with the side surface.
As a result, for example, it is not necessary to subject the bolt 44 to a surface treatment such as an insulating coating, so that an increase in cost for preventing electrolytic corrosion can be suppressed.

Further, since the bolt fastening structure 40 is configured to fit the upper and lower vertical wall portions (vertical wall portions) 57 and 58 into the bolt through holes 47, the upper and lower vertical wall portions 57 and 58 have a positioning function. be able to. As a result, it is possible to improve workability when the plate member 42 is fastened to the base member 41.

In the bolt fastening structure 40, the base member 41 is formed of a specific metal material (steel material), the plate-like member 42 is formed of a metal material (aluminum alloy) different from the specific metal material, and the bolt 44 is formed of the specific metal. Since it is formed of a material (steel material) and the steel material and the aluminum alloy are insulated by the plate-like member 42, the electrolytic corrosion between the steel material (base member 41 and the bolt 44) and the aluminum alloy (plate-like member 42) is prevented. It can be said that it can be done.
