Abstract
Description
Claims (16)
- 長骨の髄内管における挿通用脊髄ネイルであって、先端と後端とを有するネイル本体を含み、前記後端は軸に沿った孔及び交差する横方向の隙間孔を有し、前記本体は、前記先端近くでそれを貫通する少なくとも1つの入口を有して前記先端を貫通して伸びる少なくとも1つのアンカーを収容し、髄内管内で前記ネイル本体を固定することを特徴とする脊髄ネイル。
- 前記少なくとも1つの入口は隙間孔であり、前記少なくとも1つのアンカーはコーティカルスクリューであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の脊髄ネイル。
- 前記軸に沿った孔は前記先端に及び、前記少なくとも1つの入口は前記ネイル本体を貫通する前記軸に沿った孔からの出口孔であり、前記少なくとも1つのアンカーは前記先端の前記軸に沿った孔に配置された突起物本体を含み、前記突起物本体は前記出口孔を貫通して伸びる少なくとも1つの突起物を有して前記ネイル本体を固定することを特徴とする請求項1記載の脊髄ネイル。
- 前記先端が、コーティカルスクリューを収容する少なくとも1つの隙間孔を含むことを特徴とする請求項3記載の脊髄ネイル。
- ラグスクリューは前記横方向の隙間孔を通ってスライド可能に伸び、前記ラグスクリューアセンブリは先端及び後端を備えた本体を有し、前記先端は骨内で引っかけるための外部ねじ山を有していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の脊髄ネイル。
- 前記ラグスクリュー本体は軸に沿った孔を有し、前記外部ねじ山は前記孔からの少なくとも1つの出口孔を含み、突起物本体が前記孔の中に配置され、前記突起物本体は前記少なくとも1つの出口孔を通って広がる少なくとも1つの突起物を有して、前記ラグスクリューアセンブリのひっかかりを増すことを特徴とする請求項5記載の脊髄ネイル。
- 前記軸に沿った孔は前記先端に及び、前記少なくとも1つの入口は前記ネイル本体を貫通する前記軸に沿った孔からの出口孔であり、前記少なくとも1つのアンカーは前記先端の前記軸に沿った孔に配置された突起物本体を含み、前記突起物本体は前記少なくとも1つの出口孔を通って伸びる少なくとも1つの突起物を含み、前記ネイル本体を固定することを特徴とする請求項5記載の脊髄ネイル。
- スリーブロックが前記後端と前記横方向の隙間孔との間の前記軸に沿った孔における最初の位置に移動可能に配置され、前記スリーブロックは前記軸に沿った孔において前記横方向の隙間孔の方へ伸びる少なくとも1つの固定タブを有することを特徴とする請求項5記載の脊髄ネイル。
- 管状の側壁を有するスリーブが、前記ラグスクリューアセンブリの周りに前記横方向の隙間孔を通ってスライド可能に伸び、前記スリーブの前記側壁はその中に少なくとも1つのスロットを有しており、前記スリーブロックが前記軸に沿った孔において第2の位置に移動されると、前記少なくとも1つの固定タブが前記少なくとも1つのスロットにかみ合うことを特徴とする請求項8記載の脊髄ネイル。
- 前記ラグスクリューアセンブリの前記後端と前記スリーブとがほぼ同等に終端し、前記ほぼ同等の終端が相互に関係する長手方向の移動に用いられ、前記ネイル本体と前記ラグスクリューアセンブリの前記先端との間の圧縮力を伝達することを特徴とする請求項9記載の脊髄ネイル。
- 前記ラグスクリュー本体は軸に沿った孔を有し、前記外部ねじ山は前記孔からの少なくとも1つの出口孔を含み、前記孔に配置された突起物本体は前記少なくとも1つの出口孔を通って広がる少なくとも1つの突起物を有して骨内でひっかかりを増すことを特徴とする請求項10記載の脊髄ネイル。
- 前記ラグスクリューの前記後端は形成された外面を有し、前記形成された外面は前記ラグスクリュー及び前記スリーブの関係する回転を防ぐことを特徴とする請求項9記載の脊髄ネイル。
- 骨折に圧縮力を用いる脊髄ネイルシステムキットであって、前記キットは、先端、後端、軸に沿った孔、前記軸に沿った孔と交差する前記後端内の横方向の隙間孔、及び前記先端を貫通する複数の入口を有する脊髄ネイルと、前記入口を通って伸びる複数のアンカーと、一端に外部ねじ山を備え且つ他端に内部ねじ山を備えたラグスクリューと、前記ラグスクリューの前記他端より大きい内径と外径とを備えた孔を有して前記横方向の隙間孔を通ってスライド可能に伸び、前記孔を露出する少なくとも1つの横方向のスロットを有するスリーブと、前記後端において前記軸に沿った孔の中でスライドする大きさにされ、前記横方向の隙間孔の方へ伸びる前記軸に沿った孔に配置された少なくとも1つの固定タブを有するスリーブロックと、前記ラグスクリューの内部ねじ山に対する相補的なねじ山を備え、前記スリーブをかみ合わせる肩部を有するコンプレッションスクリューと、から成り、前記キットは前記脊髄ネイルの前記軸に沿った孔の前記後端の第1の固定位置に配置されたスリーブロックを備えたサブアセンブリを含み、それによって、前記横方向に沿った孔を通して前記ラグスクリューを挿入し、前記横方向の孔を通る前記ラグスクリューの上に前記スリーブを挿入して前記少なくとも1つのスロットを前記軸に沿った孔と整列させ、前記アセンブリの前記スリーブロックを前記軸に沿った孔の第2の固定位置にスライドさせて前記少なくとも1つの固定タブを前記スリーブロックと前記ネイルとの間で長手方向の移動及び回転移動を妨げる前記少なくとも1つのスロットにかみ合わせ、前記ラグスクリューの前記内部ねじ山内で前記コンプレッションスクリューを回して、前記キットの組み立てが成され、前記肩部が前記スリーブと前記ラグねじとの間の長手方向の移動を設ける前記スリーブとかみ合い、前記ネイルと前記ラグスクリューとの間の圧縮力を生成して前記入口を通る前記アンカーを挿入することを特徴とする脊髄ネイルシステムキット。
- 前記キットは、カニューレを挿入したネイルを備えた別のサブアセンブリを含み、前記カニューレを挿入したネイルの前記先端に配置された突起物本体が前記複数の入口を通って伸びる複数の突起物を有することを特徴とする請求項13記載の脊髄ネイルシステムキット。
- 前記キットは、前記先端から前記後端への孔を有する前記ラグスクリューを備えた第3のサブアセンブリを含み、前記ラグスクリューの前記先端は前記外部ねじ山を貫通する前記孔からの複数の出口孔を有し、前記孔の前記先端に配置された突起物本体は前記出口孔を通って伸びる複数の突起物を有し、前記突起物本体を処理して前記出口孔を通し前記突起物を広げて前記キットを組み立てることを特徴とする請求項14記載の脊髄ネイルシステムキット。
- 脊髄ネイルシステムであって、長骨におけるインプラント用脊髄ネイルを含み、前記脊髄ネイルは、先端、後端、及びそこを通る軸に沿った孔を有し、横方向の隙間孔は前記後端の前記軸に沿った孔と交差し、前記軸に沿った孔からの前記先端を通る入口と、前記入口を通って広がる突起物を有する前記先端に移動可能に配置された突起物本体とが含まれ、スリーブが前記横方向の隙間孔に移動可能に配置されて管状の側壁及び孔を有し、前記側壁内のスロットが前記孔を見せ、前記スリーブの前記孔は内面を有し、前記内面の一部が平たい形状に形成され、ラグスクリューが前記スリーブ内でスライド可能に配置されて本体及び先端を有し、外部ねじ山が前記先端上にあり、内部ねじ山が前記本体内にあり、前記本体が平たい形状に形成された外面を有し、前記スリーブの前記内面の前記平らな形状及び前記ラグスクリューの前記外面の前記平たい表面がかみ合わされて前記スリーブと前記ラグスクリューとの間の関連する回転を防ぎ、前記スリーブの前記スロットが前記ネイルの前記軸に沿った孔に配置され、スリーブロックが前記後端と前記隙間孔との間の前記軸に沿った孔に移動可能に固定されて前記スリーブの方へ前記軸に沿った孔内で伸びる付随的な固定タブを有し、前記固定タブが前記スロットとかみ合わされて前記スリーブと前記ネイルとの関係する回転及び長手方向の移動を防ぎ、前記軸に沿った孔の前記後端のエンドキャップが前記孔を閉じて前記スリーブロックとかみ合わされ、コンプレッションスクリューが前記スリーブとかみ合う肩部を有して前記ラグスクリュー本体において前記内部ねじ山をかみ合わせ前記ラグスクリューと前記スリーブとの間の関連する長手方向の移動を防ぐ、ことを特徴とする骨髄ネイルシステム。
