Claims (32)
- 第2波長の励起光に応答する発蛍光性の原子団または官能基によって第1波長で放出される光を検出する検出システムであって、前記第2波長の光を拒絶し且つ前記第1波長で放出される光を光検出器へ通過させるように構成された集積型光検出器及び光学フィルタを備える検出器システム。
- 前記光検出器がa−Si:Hフォトダイオードである、請求項1に記載の検出器システム。
- 前記放出される光を平行にしてそれを前記光学フィルタへ導くレンズを含む、請求項1または2に記載の検出器システム。
- 前記レンズが前記モノリシック集積された光検出器及びフィルタと集積化されている、請求項3に記載の検出器システム。
- 前記レンズが、凸レンズ、非球面レンズ、半球レンズ、屈折率傾斜レンズ、或は、回折レンズから選択される、請求項4に記載の検出器システム。
- 前記フィルタ及び光検出器が区分化されて、各区分化されたフィルタが他の区分化されたフィルタとは異なる波長の光を通過させ、それによってそれぞれ発蛍光性の原子団または官能基が放出する異なる波長の光を検出する、請求項1または2に記載の検出器システム。
- 前記放出される光を前記区分化されたフィルタ及び光検出器へ導くレンズを含む、請求項6に記載の検出器システム。
- 前記フィルタ及び光検出器がアパーチャーを含み、前記励起光が前記アパーチャーを通過するように導かれる、請求項1乃至4の内の何れか一項に記載の検出器システム。

- 蛍光を発して所定の波長の光を放出する原子団または官能基で標識された検体を検出する検出器システムであって、
前記所定の波長の光を前記光検出器へ導くように構成された集積型光検出器及び光学的フィルタと、
異なる波長の光ビームを前記標識された検体に導き、前記所定の波長の光を放出させるレーザと、
を備える検出器システム。 - 前記放出される光を前記集積化された光検出器及び光学的フィルタに平行化し、導くレンズを含む、請求項10に記載の検出器システム。
- 前記光検出器が前記光ビームが通過するためのアパーチャーを含む、請求項10または11に記載の検出器システム。
- 前記レーザがVCSELを含む、請求項12に記載の検出器システム。
- 前記VCSELが前記集積化された光検出器及びフィルタに集積化される、請求項12に記載の検出器システム。
- 前記光検出器がa−Si:Hフォトダイオードである、請求項10乃至13の内の何れか一項に記載の検出器システム。
- 前記光検出器がa−Si:Hフォトダイオードである、請求項14に記載の検出器システム。
- 前記レンズが前記集積化された光検出器及び光学的フィルタに集積化される、請求項7に記載の検出器システム。
- チャネルに沿って分離される検体を標識する励起された発蛍光性の原子団または官能基が放出する光を検出する検出器システムであって、前記放出される光を前記光検出器へ導くように構成された、前記チャネルに沿って離間された複数の光検出器及び光学フィルタを含む検出器システム。
- 前記検体が異なる波長の光を放出する発蛍光性の原子団および官能基で標識され、異なる検出器上のフィルタが異なる波長の放出光を導くように構成されている、請求項18に記載の検出器システム。
- 各集積型光検出器及び光学フィルターの前記フィルタ及び光検出器が区分化され、区分化された各フィルタが他の区分化されたフィルタとは異なる波長の光を通過させ、それによって発蛍光性の原子団または官能基が放出する異なる波長の光を検出する、請求項18に記載の検出器システム。
- 第2波長の励起光に応答して第1波長で放出される光を検出する検出器システムであって、モノリシック集積化された光検出器及びフィルタを含み、前記フィルタが前記第1波長で放出される光を光検出器へ通過させ、前記第2波長の光を拒絶するように構成されている検出器システム。
- 前記放出される光を前記フィルタ及び光検出器に導く役割を果たすモノリシック集積されたレンズを含む、請求項21に記載の検出器システム。
- 複数の離間された箇所での発蛍光性の原子団または官能基が放出する光を検出する検出器システムであって、
各々が前記離間された箇所の内の対応する1つにおいて放出される光を検出するように配置されている複数の光検出器及び光学的フィルタを含む集積型システムを含む検出器システム。 - 前記光検出器及び光学フィルタの各々がアパーチャーを含み、レーザが前記アパーチャーを通過して対応する発蛍光性の原子団または官能基に光を投射し、光を放出させる請求項23に記載の検出器システム。
- 前記光検出器及び光学フィルタの各々が区分化され、各区分が対応する箇所に配置された発蛍光性の原子団または官能基によって放出される光を受信する、請求項24に記載の検出器システム。
- 前記フィルターが光検出器の各区分に対応し、異なる波長の光を通過させる、請求項25に記載の検出器システム。
- レンズが前記区分化された光検出器及びフィルタの各々と対応し、光を区分化されたフィルターに導く、請求項26に記載の検出器システム。
- 前記複数の光検出器及びフィルタが1次元アレイで配列されている、請求項23乃至25の内の何れか一項に記載の検出器システム。

- 隣接する電気泳動チャネルの特定箇所で第2波長の光による励起に応答して、発蛍光性の原子団または官能基が放出する第1波長の光を検出する検出器システムであって、
前記隣接するチャネルの特定箇所に配置され、前記第2波長の光を拒絶し且つ前記第1波長で放出される光を通過させるように構成された複数の集積化された光検出器及び光学フィルタを含む集積型システムを備える検出器システム。 - 前記チャネルの各々に沿った離間された特定箇所と、前記チャネルに沿った前記特定箇所における集積化された光検出器及び光学フィルタとを含む、請求項1に記載の検出器システム。
- 各特定箇所での発蛍光性の原子団または官能基が光を放出するように、前記特定箇所で励起光を適用する為の手段を含む、請求項30または31に記載の検出器システム。
