Abstract
Description
Claims (5)
- 特にモノリシックHF発振器用の複数平面螺旋巻き線を有する平面インダクタンスであって、各巻き線が“8”の形状を有し、同方向に電流を流し且つ二つのループの間に設けられた三つの交差導体を有することを特徴とする平面インダクタンス。
- 前記交差導体は互いに平行に設けられ、上部導体と下部導体とが互いに反対側で電源供給線に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の平面インダクタンス。
- 前記複数巻き線の各空芯において、多重巻き線が互いに内部に螺旋状に入り込むように設けられ、該多重巻き線の内部端部が互いに接合されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の平面インダクタンス。
- 前記電源供給線の磁界を補償するために、前記電源供給線が近傍に設けられている巻き線の空芯は他方の空芯より小さく配されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の平面インダクタンス。
- さらなる配線平面が設けられ、中央導体が部分的に上下に配されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の平面インダクタンス。
