Abstract
Description
本発明の各種態様を、例示的実施形態を参照しながら以下に説明する。しかしながら、本発明は以下の実施形態に限定されるものではなく、あらゆる適性のあるシステム又は装置にも使用できる旨理解頂きたい。
Claims (23)
- 材料取り扱い工具において、
工具本体と、
前記工具本体に取り付けられた複数の針であって、各前記針は、材料を作業域から取り出し、材料を作業域に置くように構成配置されている複数の針と、
前記工具本体内で動かすことのできる複数のプランジャであって、各前記プランジャは、前記複数の針の対応する1つと関係付けられ、前記プランジャを通して流体が流れることを許容する通路を有している複数のプランジャと、
各前記通路に個別にアドレスして各前記通路内の流れを個別に制御できるように構成配置されている制御装置と、を備えている工具。 - 前記制御装置は複数のアクチュエータを備え、各前記複数のアクチュエータは対応する通路を開閉することができる、請求項1に記載の工具。
- 各前記複数のアクチュエータは、対応する通路に関して流体の流れを制御する薄膜弁を含んでいる、請求項2に記載の工具。
- 前記制御装置は、前記複数のアクチュエータに、対応する通路を開閉するための信号を供給する複数の制御スイッチを備えている、請求項2に記載の工具。
- 各前記複数の制御スイッチは、対応するアクチュエータに流体信号を供給する弁を備えている、請求項4に記載の工具。
- 前記制御装置は、アクチュエータにより開かれた通路を通る流れを制御する複数の駆動スイッチを備えている、請求項2に記載の工具。
- 各前記複数の駆動スイッチは、対応する通路に流体の流れを供給する弁を含んでいる、請求項6に記載の工具。
- プランジャの通路を閉じると、前記プランジャが前記工具本体内で動くときに、対応する針に流体を吸引すること及び対応する針から流体を排出することの内の一方が起こることになる、請求項1に記載の工具。
- 前記各プランジャの或る部分が前記工具本体の第1部分に固定され、前記各プランジャの第2の部分が前記工具本体の第2部分の流路と滑動可能に係合されており、前記工具本体の第1部分が前記工具本体の第2部分に対して移動すると、各前記流路に圧力変化が生じて前記プランジャがその通路を閉じることになる、請求項1に記載の工具。
- ロボット操作式材料取り扱い工具において、
工具本体と、
前記工具本体に取り付けられた第1の個数の針であって、各前記針は、材料を作業域から取り出し、材料を作業域に置くように構成配置されている第1の個数の針と、
前記工具本体内で動かすことのできる複数のプランジャであって、各前記プランジャは、前記複数の針の対応する1つと関係付けられ、前記プランジャを通して流体が流れることを許容する通路を有している複数のプランジャと、
それぞれが対応するプランジャと関係付けられ、前記プランジャ内の通路に対して流れを制御する第1の個数の薄膜弁と、
前記薄膜弁に信号を供給することにより各前記薄膜弁を制御するように構成配置されている弁制御装置と、を備えており、
前記弁制御装置は、前記薄膜弁を制御して、各前記通路の流れを個別に制御する工具。 - 前記弁制御装置は複数の第1弁を含み、各前記弁は、対応する薄膜弁の群に空気圧信号を供給し、前記薄膜弁を開状態と閉状態の間で制御して、対応する通路を開閉する、請求項10に記載の工具。
- 前記弁制御装置は複数の第2弁を含み、各前記第2弁は、対応する薄膜弁に流体の流れを供給する、請求項11に記載の工具。
- 前記複数の針と、対応する薄膜弁とは、MxNの配列に配置されている、請求項10に記載の工具。
- 前記弁制御装置はM個の弁を含み、各前記弁は、対応する行の薄膜弁に空気圧力信号を供給する、請求項13に記載の工具。
- 前記弁制御装置はN個の弁を含み、各前記弁は、対応する列の薄膜弁に流体の流れを供給する、請求項13に記載の工具。
- プランジャの通路を閉じると、前記プランジャが前記工具本体内で動くときに、対応する針に流体を吸引すること及び対応する針から流体を排出することの内の一方が起こることになる、請求項13に記載の工具。
- 前記弁制御装置は、前記工具本体に取り付けられている、請求項13に記載の工具。
- 前記弁制御装置は、複数の通路に関して流れを同時に制御するために、薄膜弁を制御する、請求項10に記載の工具。
- ロボット操作式材料取り扱い工具において、
工具本体と、
前記工具本体にM列N行に取り付けられた複数の針であって、各前記針が、材料を作業域から取り出し、材料を作業域に置くように構成配置されている複数の針と、
前記工具本体内で動かすことのできる複数のプランジャであって、各前記プランジャが、前記複数の針の対応する1つと関係付けられ、前記プランジャを通して流体を流せるようにする通路を有している複数のプランジャと、
少なくとも1つのアドレス弁が対応する通路に関係付けられ、前記通路の流れを制御する複数のアドレス弁と、
前記アドレス弁に信号を供給する、M+Nに等しい個数の複数のスイッチと、を備えており、
前記複数のスイッチは、各針毎に流れを個別に制御するために、信号を前記アドレス弁に供給する工具。 - 前記複数のスイッチは前記工具本体に取り付けられている、請求項19に記載の工具。
- 前記複数のスイッチは、M列の針に関係付けられたM個のスイッチを含んでおり、各前記M個のスイッチは、対応する列の弁に対応しており、当該弁に信号を供給し、前記複数のスイッチは、更にN行の針に関係付けられたN個のスイッチを含んでおり、各前記N個のスイッチは、対応する行の弁に対応しており、当該弁に信号を供給する請求項19に記載の工具。
- 前記複数のスイッチは、流体の圧力及び流体の流れの内の少なくとも一方を、対応するアドレス弁に供給する流体弁を含んでいる、請求項21に記載の工具。
- 前記複数のスイッチは、複数の針の流れを同時に制御するために前記アドレス弁に信号を供給する、請求項19に記載の工具。
