Claims (21)
- フライス工具(1)において、当該フライス工具(1)が、工具長手方向軸線(A)を中心として回転可能であり、
・内部に位置する、工具長手方向軸線(A)に対してほぼ対称的に配置されたチップ導出通路(11)と、吸出し開口(12)とを備えたスリーブ状のシャンク(2)が設けられており、
・工具長手方向軸線(A)とシャンク(2)とに対して同軸的に該シャンク(2)に保持された、切刃(7,9)としての端面切刃(7)と周面切刃(9)とを備えたフライスヘッド(3,3a,3b,3c)が設けられており、少なくとも1つの切刃(7,9)が、フライスヘッド(3,3a,3b,3c)の周面に正のすくい角(γa,γr)を形成していることを特徴とする、フライス工具。 - すくい角(γa,γr)が、フライスヘッド(3,3a,3b,3c)の周面で少なくとも10゜に設定されている、請求項1記載のフライス工具。
- 端面切刃(7)のすくい角(γa)だけでなく、周面切刃(9)のすくい角(γr)も、フライスヘッド(3,3a,3b,3c)の周面で少なくとも10゜に設定されている、請求項2記載のフライス工具。
- フライスヘッド(3,3a,3b,3c)が、一体に切刃材料から形成されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のフライス工具。
