Abstract
Description
さらに本発明は、回転する連結ホイールとして構成されている工作物操作装置であって、連結ホイールが少なくとも2つの工作物を少なくとも一時的に同時に位置決めするための少なくとも1つの保持要素を有し、保持要素が連結ホイールに対し相対的に回転可能に支持されている前記工作物操作装置にも関わる。
工作物(5)を操作するための装置は、たとえばプラズマ処理装置において、或いは容器を成形するブロー成形機において、ブロー成形した容器(42)の受け渡しに用いることができる。プラズマ処理装置の基本構成は図1ないし図5から明らかであり、予成形品(41)を容器(42)に成形するための装置は図6ないし図9に図示されている。
Claims (34)
- 工作物を回転する連結ホイールにより搬送し、少なくとも2つの工作物を少なくとも一時的に1つの共通の保持要素により位置決めし、この位置決めが連結ホイールの回転軸線に対する相対的な回転運動と連結ホイールの回転軸線に対し横方向に延びる回転軸線に対する相対的な回転運動とを含んでいる、工作物の操作方法において、
保持要素(86)により互いに相対的に位置決めされる少なくとも2つの工作物(5)のための少なくとも1つのリファレンスステーションと保持要素(86)との間での工作物(5)の受け渡しを異なる時点で行うことを特徴とする方法。 - 受け渡し工程をカム制御して行うことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工作物(5)を保持要素(86)の領域でやっとこ状の固定要素(97)により位置決めすることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 固定要素(97)をカム制御して操作することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 連結ホイール(81)をほぼ垂直に延びる回転軸線のまわりに移動させることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 保持要素(86)をほぼ水平方向に延びる回転軸線のまわりに回動させることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 保持要素(86)を周期的にそれぞれ180゜往復回動させることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 保持要素(86)の回動運動を連結ホイール(81)の台座(84)の外面に位置決めされた側面曲線部により制御することを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 固定要素(97)のやっとこアーム(98,99)を互いに相対的に弾性的に緊張固定させることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- やっとこアーム(98,99)を、工作物(5)の固定のために設けられる締付け位置へ弾性的に固定させることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 連結ホイール(81)を、少なくとも1つのプラズマステーション(3)の周囲で受け渡し工程を実施するために使用することを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- プラズマステーション(3)を回転するプラズマホイール(2)により位置決めすることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 連結ホイール(81)を、少なくとも1つのブローステーション(43)の周囲で受け渡し工程を実施するために使用することを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- プラズマステーション(3)を回転するブローホイール(65)により位置決めすることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 連結ホイール(81)によりボトル状の工作物(5)を位置決めすることを特徴とする、請求項1から14までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 連結ホイール(81)を、工作物(5)の処理ステーションの周囲で受け渡し工程を実施するために使用し、処理ステーション内で少なくとも2つの工作物(5)を同時に操作することを特徴とする、請求項1から15までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 保持要素(86)が処理ステーションの領域で同時に操作される工作物(5)の数量に相当する数量の固定要素(97)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1から16までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 回転する連結ホイールとして構成されている工作物操作装置であって、連結ホイールが少なくとも2つの工作物を少なくとも一時的に同時に位置決めするための少なくとも1つの保持要素を有し、保持要素が連結ホイールに対し相対的に回転可能に支持されている前記工作物操作装置において、
保持要素(86)が工作物(5)のための少なくとも2つの固定要素(97)を有し、固定要素(97)が該固定要素(97)を互いに相対的に時間をずらして制御する制御部を備えていることを特徴とする工作物操作装置。 - 連結ホイール(81)が該連結ホイール(81)の台座(84)に対する保持要素(86)の相対的な回転運動を予め設定するためにカム制御部を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項18に記載の工作物操作装置。
- 固定要素(97)がやっとこ状に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項18または19に記載の工作物操作装置。
- 連結ホイール(81)が固定要素(97)のやっとこアーム(98,99)を位置決めするためにカム制御部と結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項20に記載の工作物操作装置。
- 連結ホイール(81)の中心線(82)が固定軸線としてほぼ垂直に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項18から21までのいずれか一つに記載の工作物操作装置。
- 保持要素(86)の回転軸線(88)がほぼ水平方向に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項18から22までのいずれか一つに記載の工作物操作装置。
- カム制御部により保持要素(86)に対し+/−180゜の回転角範囲が設定されていることを特徴とする、請求項18から23までのいずれか一つに記載の工作物操作装置。
- 保持要素(86)を位置決めするためのカム制御部が曲線軌道部(92)として形成された側面曲線部を有していることを特徴とする、請求項18から24までのいずれか一つに記載の工作物操作装置。
- 固定要素(97)のやっとこアーム(98,99)が少なくとも1つのばね(107)により互いに相対的に緊張固定されていることを特徴とする、請求項18から25までのいずれか一つに記載の工作物操作装置。
- ばね(107)により締付け位置でのやっとこアーム(98,99)の位置決めが予め与えられていることを特徴とする、請求項18から26までのいずれか一つに記載の工作物操作装置。
- 連結ホイール(81)が少なくとも1つの工作物(5)を処理するための少なくとも1つのプラズマステーション(3)に隣接して配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項18から27までのいずれか一つに記載の工作物操作装置。
- プラズマステーション(3)が回転するプラズマホイール(2)上に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項28に記載の工作物操作装置。
- 連結ホイール(81)が少なくとも1つの工作物(5)を処理するための少なくとも1つのブローステーション(43)に隣接して配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項18から27までのいずれか一つに記載の工作物操作装置。
- プラズマステーション(3)が回転するブローホイール(65)上に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項28に記載の工作物操作装置。
- 連結ホイール(81)がボトル状の工作物(5)を操作するために構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項18から31までのいずれか一つに記載の工作物操作装置。
- 連結ホイール(81)が少なくとも2つの工作物(5)を同時に処理するための処理ステーションに隣接して配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項18から32までのいずれか一つに記載の工作物操作装置。
- 保持要素(86)が処理ステーションによって受容されている工作物(5)の数量に等しく選定された数量の固定要素(97)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項18から33までのいずれか一つに記載の工作物操作装置。
