Abstract
Description
i)少なくとも1種のCo含有酸化物と、少なくとも1種のII族金属含有酸化物との混合物からなる触媒系の存在下、COとH2の混合物を生成させる有効温度でCH4とO2の混合物を反応させるステップと、
ii)少なくとも1種のCo含有酸化物と、少なくとも1種のII族金属含有酸化物混合物とからなる触媒系の存在下、この触媒系から多面黒鉛系ナノファイバーを成長させる有効温度でCOとH2の混合物の少なくとも一部を反応させるステップと
を含む方法である。

Claims (6)
- i)少なくとも1種のCo含有酸化物と、少なくとも1種のII族金属含有酸化物との混合物からなる触媒系の存在下、COとH2の混合物を生成させる有効温度でCH4とO2の混合物を反応させるステップと、
ii)少なくとも1種のCo含有酸化物と、少なくとも1種のII族金属含有酸化物との混合物からなる触媒系の存在下、前記触媒系から多面黒鉛系ナノファイバーを成長させる有効温度でCOとH2の前記混合物の少なくとも一部を反応させるステップと
を含む、多面黒鉛系ナノチューブの製造方法。 - CH4とO2の前記混合物が、約350℃〜約1000℃の温度で反応する請求項1に記載の方法。
- CH4とO2の前記混合物が、約450℃〜約1000℃の温度で反応する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記触媒がCo3O4−Co2MgO4−CoMgO2である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記黒鉛系ナノチューブが成長する前記温度が約550℃〜約700℃である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記黒鉛系ナノチューブが成長する前記温度が約600℃〜約700℃である請求項5に記載の方法。
