Claims (10)

  1. (i)ナノスケール粒子として沈殿すべき1種または複数の機能材料と1種または複数の界面活性物質とを、密度が少なくとも0.1g/ccである圧縮CO2相中で混合する工程であって、前記機能材料は前記界面活性剤の非存在下では前記圧縮CO2に実質的に不溶であり、前記界面活性剤が親圧縮CO2性部分および親機能材料性部分を含んでなり、圧縮CO2相、機能材料および界面活性剤が相互作用して、圧縮CO2連続相ならびにそこに分散している平均直径が10nm未満の、界面活性剤分子および機能材料分子を含んでなる複数の集合体を有する集合系を形成する工程;および
    (ii)前記圧縮CO2相を急激に減圧して、分散された機能材料および界面活性物質を、平均直径が0.5から10nm未満である複合粒子の形態で沈殿させる工程
    を含んでなるナノスケール粒子材料の調製方法。
  2. 前記機能材料に対する前記界面活性剤のモル比が少なくとも1:1である請求項1に記載の方法。
  3. 前記機能材料に対する前記界面活性剤のモル比が少なくとも10:1である請求項1に記載の方法。
  4. 前記機能材料に対する前記界面活性剤のモル比が少なくとも30:1である請求項1に記載の方法。
  5. 前記機能材料に対する前記界面活性剤のモル比が少なくとも100:1である請求項1に記載の方法。
  6. 機能材料および界面活性物質を、平均直径が0.5から5nmである複合粒子の形態で沈殿させる請求項1に記載の方法。
  7. 前記界面活性剤の親機能材料性部分が、疎CO2性部分を含んでなる請求項1に記載の方法。
  8. 前記界面活性剤が、親CO2性部分と疎CO2性部分とを有する、フッ素化、パーフルオロポリエーテルまたはシロキサン界面活性剤である請求項1に記載の方法。
  9. 前記の沈殿したナノスケール材料が流体様の性質を有し、0.1センチポワズから1010センチポワズの範囲である粘度を有する請求項1に記載の方法。
  10. 請求項9に記載の方法で得られるナノ流体。
