Abstract
Description

c)上記ポリエステル複合フィラメントは、約10%〜約80%のヒートセット後の捲縮収縮値を有する織布を提供する。
a)ポリ(エチレンテレフタレート)とポリ(トリメチレンテレフタレート)とを含む複合フィラメントを提供する工程であって、前記複合フィラメントが、少なくとも約10%のヒートセット後の捲縮収縮値を有する工程と、
b)スパンステープルヤーンを提供する工程と、
c)たて糸繊維を提供する工程と、
d)共挿入および追杼からなる群から選択される方法で、複合フィラメントおよびスパンステープルヤーンとたて糸繊維とを織り込んで布を形成する工程と
を含む。
Claims (11)
- たて糸繊維とよこ糸とを含む織布であって、
a)前記よこ糸は、追杼および共挿入構造からなる群から選択され、
b)前記よこ糸は、スパンステープルヤーンとポリエステル複合フィラメントとを含み、前記ポリエステル複合フィラメントは、ポリ(エチレンテレフタレート)とポリ(トリメチレンテレフタレート)とを含み、
c)前記ポリエステル複合フィラメントは、約10%〜約80%のヒートセット後の捲縮収縮値を有することを特徴とする織布。 - 前記スパンステープルヤーンが綿であり、
前記布が、約12%〜約35%の横方向の伸び率を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の布。 - 前記よこ糸が、追杼構造であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の布。
- 前記よこ糸が、共挿入構造であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の布。
- 前記ポリエステル複合フィラメントが、少なくとも約35%のヒートセット後の捲縮収縮値を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の布。
- 前記布が、綾織であり、
前記布が、少なくとも約2.2N−m/gの規格化したアンロードパワーを有し、
前記たて糸繊維が、スパンステープルヤーンであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の布。 - 約15%〜約35%の縦方向の伸び率を有し、約5重量%〜約25重量%の複合フィラメントを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の布。
- 横伸縮性の布を製造する方法であって、
a)ポリ(エチレンテレフタレート)とポリ(トリメチレンテレフタレート)とを含む複合フィラメントを提供する工程であって、前記複合フィラメントが、少なくとも約10%のヒートセット後の捲縮収縮値を有する工程と、
b)スパンステープルヤーンを提供する工程と、
c)たて糸繊維を提供する工程と、
d)共挿入および追杼からなる群から選択される方法によって、前記複合フィラメントおよび前記スパンステープルヤーンと前記たて糸繊維とを織り込んで布を形成する工程と
を備えることを特徴とする方法。 - 工程(b)のスパンステープルヤーンが綿であり、工程(d)の製織方法が、追杼であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 工程(a)の複合フィラメントが、約35%〜約80%のヒートセット後の捲縮収縮値を有し、
工程(d)の製織方法が、共挿入であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。 - 工程(a)が、工程(d)の布が布の総重量を基準として約5重量%〜約25重量%の複合フィラメントを含むような量で複合フィラメントを提供する工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
