Description

The present invention relates to an electric measurement auxiliary tool used when measuring electric characteristics of electric wires, and more particularly, electric measurement auxiliary useful for measuring electric characteristics of electric wires inserted into electric wire insertion holes provided in connectors and the like. Concerning ingredients.

Conventionally, various electric measuring instruments have been proposed for measuring the characteristics of electricity flowing in an electric wire, such as the presence / absence of energization, voltage value, current value, and the like. Such an electric measuring device is provided with a contact rod or a contact clip for contacting the electric measuring device main body and the electric wire (for example, Patent Documents 1 and 2 below). Then, electrical characteristics are measured by bringing a contact rod or the like into contact with the electric wire.

Among the electric wires to be measured, there are electric wires connected to the wiring relay connector of the elevator. Such an electric wire is inserted into an electric wire insertion hole provided in the connector, and an insulating film is applied to a portion protruding from the electric wire insertion hole. Therefore, when measuring the electrical characteristics of such an electric wire, the electric measuring instrument contact rod or the like must be brought into contact with the portion of the electric wire that is not coated or inserted into the electric wire insertion hole. Don't be.

However, the electric wire insertion hole is usually formed according to the diameter of the electric wire, and the gap between the electric wire and the electric wire insertion hole is often small. On the other hand, contact bars and clips of general-purpose electrical measuring instruments are not considered to contact the electric wires in the electric wire insertion holes, and are formed relatively large in consideration of durability and the like. Therefore, it is difficult to insert such a contact rod or clip into the gap between the electric wire insertion hole and the electric wire, and if the insertion is forced, the electric wire or the electric wire insertion hole may be damaged. Although it is conceivable to reduce the shape of the contact rod of the electric measuring device, it is possible to improve the electric measuring device itself for a relatively limited use of the electric wire in the electric wire insertion hole from the viewpoint of cost and labor. Not desirable.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide an electrical measurement auxiliary tool that can easily measure electrical characteristics of an electric wire inserted into an electric wire insertion hole.

The electrical measurement auxiliary tool of the present invention is an electrical measurement auxiliary tool that assists in measuring the electrical characteristics of the electric wire inserted into the electric wire insertion hole of the connector, and is provided with a gripping portion that is gripped by an operator and protruding from the gripping portion. A contact needle that is a conductive needle-shaped member having a diameter that can be inserted into the gap between the electric wire and the electric wire insertion hole, and a connection that is electrically connected to the contact needle and can be connected to an electric measuring instrument that measures the electrical characteristics. And a portion.

In a preferred embodiment, the electric wire attaching tool further includes an electric measuring tool for attaching an electric measurement auxiliary tool to the electric wire extending outside the electric wire insertion hole when the contact needle is inserted into the electric wire insertion hole. Desirably, an electric wire fixture has a pair of clamping member urged | biased by the elastic body in the direction which clamps an electric wire.

In another preferred aspect, the elastic member biases the contact needle in a direction in which the tip of the contact needle contacts the electric wire. In another preferred embodiment, the tip of the contact needle has a larger diameter than elsewhere. In another preferred embodiment, the contact needle is inclined toward the electric wire.

According to the present invention, since the contact needle can be inserted into the gap between the electric wire insertion hole and the electric wire, the electric wire inside the electric insertion hole and the contact needle can be easily contacted. Therefore, electrical characteristics can be easily measured for the electric wires inserted into the electric wire insertion holes.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an electrical measurement auxiliary tool 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA in FIG.

This electrical measurement auxiliary tool 10 is an auxiliary tool used when performing electrical measurement of electric wires, and is particularly used when measuring with the electric wires inserted into the electric wire insertion holes provided in the electric connector.

The electrical measurement auxiliary tool 10 is roughly classified into a grip portion 12 that an operator grips, an electric wire fixture 16 that holds an electric wire, and a contact needle 14 that contacts the electric wire.

The grip portion 12 is a substantially semi-cylindrical hollow member for gripping by an operator, and a part of the contact needle 14, a connection portion 22 with an electric measuring instrument, and the like are provided therein. In the middle of the side surface of the gripping portion 12, a protruding portion 20 is formed to accommodate the operation lever 42 of the contact needle 14. The protrusion 20 is formed to be relatively thin and can be elastically deformed by an operator's pressing.

An electric wire fixture 16 is attached near the tip of the grip portion 12. The electric wire attachment 16 attaches the electric measurement auxiliary tool 10 to the electric wire to be measured, and is a hook-shaped member provided in a direction orthogonal to the grip portion 12. The electric wire fixture 16 has a pair of clamping members 24 and 26 provided so as to intersect with each other about the fulcrum 33. The pair of clamping members 24 and 26 are connected by a compression spring 28, and are urged in a direction in which the pair of clamping members 24 and 26 close (a direction in FIG. 1).

The contact needle 14 is in contact with the electric wire inserted into the electric wire insertion hole, and is electrically connected via a connecting portion 22 and a cable 46 described later. The contact needle 14 is roughly divided into a needle part 34 that is a needle-like member protruding from the grip part 12 and a base part 38 that is accommodated in the grip part 12.

The needle part 34 is a needle-like member protruding from the rear end of the grip part 12. The needle portion 34 has a sufficiently small diameter so that it can be inserted into the gap between the electric wire and the electric wire insertion hole. Moreover, the angle is attached in the intermediate position and it inclines toward the electric wire. The needle tip 36 is folded back so as to be easily in contact with the electric wire, and has a larger diameter than other portions.

The base portion 38 is held by the grip portion 12 at a support position 40 indicated by reference numeral 40, and can be moved around the support position 40 together with the needle portion 34 by pressing an operation lever 42 provided on the base portion 38. It has become. Moreover, it is urged | biased by the tension | pulling spring 44 provided in the inner surface of the holding part 12 in the electric wire press direction (drawing left side).

The needle portion 34 described above is connected to the rear end of the base portion 38, and the cable 46 is connected to the tip end. This cable 46 is connected to the connection part 22 connected to the electrical measuring instrument. The connection part 22 is a hole through which a measuring rod of an electrical measuring instrument (for example, a voltmeter) for measuring electrical characteristics can be inserted and removed. By inserting a measuring rod into the connecting portion 22, the electrical measuring instrument and the contact needle 14 are electrically connected.

Next, the flow of measuring the electrical characteristics of the electric wire attached to the connector using the electrical measurement auxiliary tool 10 will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 3 is a diagram illustrating a state of electrical characteristic measurement using the electrical measurement auxiliary tool 10.

An electric wire 54 that is a measurement target of electrical characteristics is inserted into an electric wire insertion hole 52 provided in the connector 50. A portion of the electric wire 54 that protrudes from the electric wire insertion hole 52 is covered with a coating 56 made of an insulating material. On the other hand, the coating 56 is peeled off from the portion inserted into the electric wire insertion hole 52. Therefore, when measuring the electrical characteristics of the electric wire 54, it is necessary to electrically connect a portion 58 of the electric wire 54 inserted into the electric wire insertion hole 52 and an electric measuring instrument 60 (for example, an ammeter). .

Usually, the electric measuring instrument 60 is provided with a metal bar 64 (measuring bar) for contacting the electric wire 54 to be measured. However, the measuring rod 64 has a relatively large diameter in consideration of durability and the like. Therefore, it is often difficult to insert the measuring rod 64 into the gap between the electric wire insertion hole 52 and the electric wire 54 inserted therein. When the measuring rod 64 is forcibly inserted, the electric wire 54 or the electric wire is inserted. The hole 52 is often damaged.

Therefore, when measuring the electrical characteristics of such an electric wire 54, the electrical measurement auxiliary tool 10 described above is used. First, the operator holds the grip portion 12 in his hand and brings the electrical measurement auxiliary tool 10 near the electric wire 54 to be measured.

Then, the needle tip 36 of the contact needle 14 is inserted into the wire insertion hole. At this time, the operator presses the protruding portion 20. As a result, the operation lever 42 inside the grip portion 12 is pressed, and the tip end 36 of the needle moves against the elastic force of the tension spring 44 to the opposite side (right side in FIG. 2). In this state, if the needle portion 34 is securely inserted into the electric wire insertion hole 52, the pressure on the protruding portion 20 is released. As a result, the needle tip 36 is biased in the direction of the electric wire 54 (left side in FIG. 2) by the elastic force of the tension spring 44.

Here, since the needle part 34 is formed with a sufficiently small diameter, the needle part 34 can be inserted without applying an excessive load to the electric wire 54 and the electric wire insertion hole 52. Further, the needle portion 34 is urged in the direction of the electric wire 54 by the tension spring 44 and the needle portion distal end 36 has a large diameter, so that the needle portion distal end 36 is easily in contact with the electric wire 54. Furthermore, since the needle portion 34 is inclined toward the electric wire 54, the needle portion tip 36 is more likely to come into contact with the electric wire 54.

Further, at the time of insertion, the needle tip 36 and the electric wire 54 can be separated by pressing the protrusion 20. Thereby, at the time of insertion, the electric wire 54 is not rubbed by the needle tip 36, and the electric wire 54 can be prevented from being damaged.

If the needle tip 36 can be brought into contact with the electric wire 54, the electric measurement auxiliary tool 10 is attached to the electric wire with the electric wire fixture 16. This is done by the following procedure. First, the pair of sandwiching members 24 and 26 are spread by hand in the opening direction (direction b in FIG. 1) to widen the opening angle of the sandwiching members 24 and 26. The clamping members 24 and 26 are pressed against the electric wire 54 in a state where the opening angle is widened. When the hands are removed from the clamping members 24 and 26, a force in the closing direction (a direction in FIG. 1) is applied to the pair of clamping members 24 and 26 by the compression spring 28. As a result, the pair of clamping members 24 and 26 sandwich the electric wire 54, and the electrical measurement auxiliary tool 10 is attached to the electric wire 54.

Next, the measuring rod 64 of the electrical measuring instrument 60 is inserted into the connecting portion 22. As a result, the measuring rod 64 and the contact needle 14 are electrically connected. As a result, the electric wire 54 and the electric measuring instrument 60 are electrically connected. As a result, it is possible to measure the electric characteristics of the electric wire 54 with the electric measuring instrument 60. Further, when inserting the measuring rod 64, the electrical measurement auxiliary tool 10 is attached to the electric wire 54. Therefore, when inserting the measuring rod 64, the operator may remove both hands from the electrical measurement auxiliary tool 10, and the measuring rod 64 can be inserted more easily. That is, by providing the electric wire fixture 16, a connection operation with the electric measuring device 60 can be easily performed.

Note that when the measuring rod 64 is inserted, the contact between the needle tip 36 of the contact needle 14 and the electric wire 54 may be insufficient. This is because the posture of the electrical measurement auxiliary tool 10 as a whole may move during the operation of attaching the wire fixture 16 to the wire 54. In that case, the posture of the electrical measurement auxiliary tool 10 is adjusted by hand as appropriate, and the needle tip 36 and the electric wire 54 are reliably brought into contact with each other. As described above, since the needle portion 34 is urged in the direction of the electric wire 54 by the tension spring 44, the needle portion tip 36 can be brought into contact with the electric wire 54 with a slight attitude adjustment.

If the electrical characteristics can be measured, the pair of holding members 24 and 26 are again spread in the opening direction by hand, and the wire fitting 16 is removed from the wire 54. And the protrusion part 20 of the holding part 12 is pushed by hand, and the needle part 34 is moved in the direction away from the electric wire 54 against the urging force of the tension spring 44. Then, with the needle portion 34 and the electric wire 54 separated from each other, the entire electrical measurement auxiliary tool 10 is lifted and the needle portion 34 is extracted from the electric wire insertion hole 52. In this manner, by pressing the protruding portion 20 and separating the needle portion 34 and the electric wire 54, the needle portion 34 is pulled out, whereby the electric wire 54 can be prevented from being scratched by the needle tip 36.

As described above, by using the electrical measurement auxiliary tool 10 of the present embodiment, it is possible to easily measure the electrical characteristics of the electric wire 54 inserted into the electric wire insertion hole 52. Moreover, the electric wire 54 and the electric wire insertion hole 52 are not damaged at the time of measurement. Furthermore, since the contact needle 14 is configured to be movable by a simple operation, it is possible to prevent the electric wire 54 from being scratched by the contact needle 14 when being inserted into and removed from the electric wire insertion hole 52.

In addition, you may change suitably the shape, material, etc. of each member which comprises the electrical measurement auxiliary tool 10 as long as the function is not impaired.
